We had the pleasure of reaching out to Streamline to help troubleshoot a faulty wiring/lighting issue. Ron Jaimes was able to come out and help us in less than 24 hours from when we reached out to Streamline and was extremely helpful. He was diligent in attempting to isolate the problem and was able to provide a quick repair once the problem was found. He communicated to us along the way what he was looking at and why and able to explain to us what the overall problem was ensuring we knew what was fixed and making sure we were confident the problem was finally resolved! This is a great company. I have had HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems in my 2 year old home. These guys have been able to quickly resolve all of my issues and did so respectfully and promptly. Jerry C was right on time. He installed a ceiling fan, moved a ceiling fan, installed a light fixture and fixed an outlet that was installed incorrectly. All work was professionally done and he is one polite man. When a decision was needed he asked us instead of just plowing ahead and he answered any questions we had. I'd hire Streamline again and would recommend the company to others.

Tom was helpful with a few different different problems. He replaced a part on our water heater and a water valve under the house. He also fixed a leak in our tub faucet. We’ve worked with Tom before and are always happy with his service, professionalism and friendliness.

This was a great Service Call. Keith He was excellent. Spent plenty of time checking the units and figuring out the problem. I would really recommend these guys!!!The new evaporator coil was ordered and delivered in the time Chris said. They scheduled an appointment for installation. He did a great job of replacing. I had a problem with one of my outlet in the house where I unplugged a light fixture and blew up the outlet. The whole room including my garage lost electricity. Streamline was very professional and kept me updated when the technician was coming. Sent me a picture of Cameron who was my electrician. He was very professional, detailed and price was reasonable. He found the source of the problem quickly, gave me an estimate and did the job in a timely manner. Also, he toured my house and educated me about everything i can look for in the future electrical wise in the house. Some things he pointed out surprised me as I didn’t know i have those things. I was very happy with the work done and he was very polite and respectful. I highly recommend streamline for your future electrical needs especially Cameron as your electrician. Service rep showed up on time, very courteous, very efficient. He checked my electrical panel, found the fuse that blew and replaced it quickly. I don't think he spent more than an hour diagnosing and fixing the problem. I was very impressed with his work and his pleasant attitude.

Replaced Gas Regulator in an existing installation. Charged 3x what had been estimated by others for a simpler job than they quoted. Arrived at 1 for a morning appointment.On the other hand, came on a 1 day notice with parts, technician was professional, and the upsell was minimal. Their quotes for the other work were all very high, so I would not use again.UPDATE:Customer Service called me and reduced the price by the diagnostic fee, since they didn't have to diagnose anything, bringing it down 2/3 of the way to where I thought it should be. I increased my stars from 2 to 3. Still almost $400 for a $80 part and 20 minutes of work + drive-time.

Fast and friendly service, at a reasonable price. After a quick and easy phone call, our plumber Matt came out the next day and took care of everything. They called me the day of the appointment to let me know his ETA. Matt explained what was going on, and was very polite and respectful.

Nate replaced my old garbage disposal with a new one that I had bought. He was friendly, professional, used his time well, and did a very good job. I will be calling Streamline Services again in the future, due to Nate's great representation of this company.

Systematically solved the problem with an aging tankless.water heater. Very happy with the results.

I just bought a home and had Robbie inspect my HVAC. He gave a detailed account of what needed to be addressed, and I got an estimate before agreeing to the work. When he came back out to perform the work, he was super friendly and did a high quality job! Happy with my service!! I also appreciate having the invoices to be paid online to avoid any unnecessary contact during COVID. I’m looking forward of taking advantage of their annual membership program as well.

4/4/22 Today Gabriel installed a new garbage disposal, faucet, and cleaned the tankless hot water heater. He was very professional and friendly. Everything appears to be working perfectly so that’s good enough for me! I live working with this company. I trust them and they are prompt with their response whenever I call.

Will was professional, courteous and wanted to assure the work was done to my satisfaction. He explained everything that he would be doing on the repairs and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend using Streamline and will use them again as the need arises.

Seaton Russell is the technician who helped us to fix the problem of sewer clog. Very responsive and did a good job in answering all questions. He was very courteous and respectful by wearing shoe covers before he stepped inside home.

Ray showed up on time and was a pleasure to interact with. He did a thorough job assessing our HVAC system and identified a list of things to keep an eye on, yet didn't try to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs. It is a theme I have noticed with all the technicians from Streamline. They do their job honestly and identify real problems, without trying to oversell you. I’ve used Streamline for all of my HVAC, plumbing,and electrical needs for the last few years, and they have been consistently a pleasure to work with. Great experience with Streamline for installing four recessed lights in our dining room and fixing a light switch that wasn't working correctly. Both the office/scheduling person (Amber) and our technician (Jerry) were polite, responsive, and very easy to work with. The end product looks great and works perfectly. The price was clear from the start and while not the cheapest quote we got - not the most expensive either. We'd happily have them do future work at our house and will recommend them to others.

They did a water test and I will be using them to install a whole house water system and to sign up for their yearly maintenance program for my appliances, water heater, HVAC, and water filtration system. More affordable than I ever dreamed and such caring service providers. They will also be doing some electrical work for me. I'll post again when the work is done, but I'm sure I'm going to be thrilled!*** 2 yrs later***Turns out I was not so thrilled. Prices for work were high, and questions not answered. I just has system taken out and a new one installed by another company. Streamline never had an answer when I asked price of replacement filter, or why my water still smelled and left stains .The filter was $500.00 and needed to be changed every 2 yrs.Incredible! I called the company. Person that answered said someone would call back the next day. Never got the call.Do your research and be careful with this company!

Greg is extremely professional and nice. He helped us with an issue in our garage. He replace a gfci and installed a new reciprocal for our tankless hot water heater. On the morning we were to close on the sale of this home a water line leak was discovered in the front yard. Called Streamline Services and they were there within 90 minutes. We showed Brandon where we thought the leak was. Brandon dug down exactly where the leak was, cut out the cracked piece of water line and replaced it. He spent approximately 30-45 minutes on the repair. We were charged $855.00, they waived the dispatch fee ($79). I ask Brandon if they could possibly reduce the bill because he was able to locate the leak instantly. He contacted his supervisor and was told that they could not reduce my bill. We called Streamline because they had done work for us in the past and we were pleased. On this call we were in a bind to get the repair done before closing and simply trusted them to do right by us. We simply feel that basically charging us nearly $1,700 per hour is ridiculous. Brandon was great, but I will not be calling Streamline in the future and will not recommend them.

Greg D. from Streamline Service was amazing. We needed a plumber to fix a few items from a home sale inspection on short notice. Streamline Services was very responsive and able to have someone at our house just when we needed them! Greg D. was all we could ask for in a tradesperson. He was on time, tried everything he could to repair one of the items (rather than replace it), and had a very positive attitude. He gave us an estimate of the charges before he started, and everything was completed quickly and very professionally. We couldn't have been happier.

Our heat went out and we called Streamline and were told they would send a technician out right away, even though it was after-hours. Keith showed up within an hour and got right to work and was extremely cordial and knowledgable. I worked with Johnathan D and I can’t speak highly enough of the service he provided. I hired streamline to do a simple install for a lamp. They went ahead and did a check of the electrical in the house, and after a bit of triaging, gave me the bad news that I needed a new electrical panel. Johnathan talked me through the entire process, then, just to verify, I called my uncle to double check what he was saying. Johnathan talked through everything again with my uncle and we all agreed that this was the right fix to do. I never felt pressure to buy anything, Jonathan was very upfront with what the issues were and what needed to be done. Top tier communication, and I really appreciated how much he made me feel like a partner in the process. Really can’t say enough how good of an experience it was.

From beginning to end Streamline went beyond to do a spectacular job re-piping all of the gas lines in my home. The issues were identified, explained and we were given options on how to handle the issue. The job was the cleanest and most organized that I have seen. Jacob (Jake) took control of the situation and made sure that we were not only warm again, but satisfied as customers. I highly recommend using Streamline for all service needs. I called Streamline when I changed from an electric range to a gas range. I had never used them before. Josh answered and was very pleasant and helpful. They were able to schedule me within 24 hours of calling. Dennis came out gave a me a good price and got the job done with confidence. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I called the office number to schedule an appointment for some plumbing repairs and to have an electrical outlet installed in my crawl space. The woman on the phone was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. She scheduled two technicians, one plumber (Russel) and an electrician (Trevor). On the morning of my appointment I received text notifications that each technician was on the way, over an hour before scheduled. Both technicians were very punctual, arriving at the beginning of the scheduled appointment. Both men were very friendly, knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I would describe the quality of work as excellent. Both technicians were in and out before lunch doing everything that I asked to be repaired and installed. I was provided quotes for all of the work to be done and estimates on additional issues that need addressing.I would recommend Streamline Plumbing & Electric and plan on using them in the future.

By far the best plumbing/service technician I have ever met. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding a variety of processes in my home--from water quality and filtration, pressure, water softener and reverse-osmosis unit. Fixed my issue quickly and then took the time to review and offer options for additional problems/changes I requested. Also, the company was very responsive when I called for an appointment and made sure to send out someone who specializes in the area of my concern. I received multiple notifications letting me know the status of the technician's arrival time and he was prompt--thank you! Very fairly priced and a great value. I highly recommend this company!

Thanks Streamline. Tom did a wonderful job explaining everything that I had a question about. His 40+ years of experience really showed.

First off, they were quick to respond to my water heater issue that morning. However, they couldn’t fix the issue and their guy spilled his coffee, didn’t tell me, and tried to hide it by putting the piece of insulation from the water heater over it. I paid over $300 for a coffee soaked piece of insulation. The issue with my water heater was a bad gas valve. They gave me a quote to fix it for over $600. Another company came out and fixed the gas valve that night for way less. Will never use Streamline again. Unprofessional and overpriced.

Absolute recommend. My tech was Joseph M. and his partner was great. They explained the process of the service and was very thorough. In addition, they provided different options of preventative maintenance for extending the life of my tankless. At no time was it a sales pitch, which was definitely nice and felt genuine. Streamline has a great asset in Joseph and would try out all their other services because of this experience. Again, highly recommend.

My technician (Daniel) was polite, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to my needs and made recommendations and provided solutions. Installed electrical outlets on my screen porch without any issue. No sales pressure. Will definite use this company again. Very happy with result. 😀

Our Tech Joe was great! We just moved into a new home, and the delivery of our washer was improperly done. Joe was able to diagnose the issue immediately, and fix the issue, and subsequent foul smell in a matter of minutes!

Mitch did a great job with getting the mini-split system working for our kids school room. He was courteous and good to work with for this problem. He explained what was wrong with the system and how he will fix it.

My elderly mother (95 years old) had a clogged toilet. Streamline Services sent out a plumber who told her that she needed to replace the toilet at a cost of $900. I told her that made no sense, went over and using an ordinary plunger got the toilet unclogged in about 30 seconds. My guess is this company takes advantage of elderly people and rips them off. If you have these people out to do any work, before you sign anything, get a 2nd opinion and a 3rd opinion.Oh, and they also charged her $200 for a diagnostic that was wrong. $200 to get lied to? Who needs that?

Jacob McCaslin, the electrician, was very meticulous in the analysis of the problem. Ready to answer all my lay questions carefully. He loves his job and that shows in the care he puts in it.

We are still negotiating terms. I will repost my experience when the job is complete. Update, install is complete. Very satisfied with the way things went. Very knowledgeable about their job. And professional. But they did leave bad oil stains on the siding of my house around the outside unit where oil blew back while filling the unit. When I mentioned it to them, I was told I need to power wash it. And a carbon monoxide detector was not installed as I was told it would. Perhaps they forgot. Other than that everything went well. To update, I got the detector and a 50$ gift card as well. This company has been very responsive to my concerns. I would highly recommend them.

On numerous occasions, I have had to call and follow up regarding various things (scheduling corrections to observations from county inspector actions and rebates). I've followed up via email and phone and have not received a response about my latest inquiry.

Very pleased with Streamline Services, with Douaa in the office and with Jason doing the work. We had an urgent plumbing issue (pipe leak in the ceiling), my regular plumber wasn’t available, and they were able to come out the same day. Douaa was helpful, friendly, positive, and clear. Jason did the work efficiently and well, and is an excellent communicator. He explained what was going on, and made sure I signed off on each step of the work (company policy). He was respectful of the house, and the furnishings. When I look back on the timeline it was 4 hours from my first call with them to the conclusion of the job. Impressive! The company as a whole communicates well with its customers. Several heads up texts or emails or calls when the work was scheduled and when Jason was on his way. Definitely pleased with their work and would happily hire them again.

Quick response time with a knowledgable plumber.

So initially, I would give this business 5 stars but after one of the technicians, I think his name was Josh, I simply cannot. I would actually dock it down to 3 stars due to our service yesterday for the installation of a new HVAC system, but it wouldn't be fair to the other 4 guys who did represent the company well. The first two guys, Victor and Chad, who did the diagnostic were great. They called ahead to say they were on the way, came early before I had work. They were open and communicative, very friendly, clean cut and professional. Open with the problems and did not pressure us to spend more money, but just explain our options. Next guy, John, also called ahead and was actually ready sooner than we were, so he held off at the gas station. Very considerate. He was also extremely friendly, professional, communicative, informative, and clean cut. Finally, day of service, called ahead from Mitch, came in and greeted. Not as openly friendly and talkative like the previous but seemed fine. As the day went on, I was impressed with Mitch as he communicated with me when I asked questions, was friendly and helpful. The other technician, Josh maybe, had a bad attitude, not as friendly, seemingly mocked me upstairs after I attempted to be kind and offer them a snack. He also kept his shoe covers on while being outside, so it makes no difference when he comes inside with dirty shoes covers. I had requested if they need a bathroom, to use the downstairs. Yet, when I went upstairs later to use MY bathroom, it was clearly used by someone which was extremely upsetting. Josh(maybe his name) also used the bathroom downstairs and did not wash his hands, which made me feel like I had to disinfect my entire house after they left. I also wish that my carpet was fully covered everywhere the entire time, to prevent dirt and damage but it was not. I would like to recommend this company but in fear of someone getting this poor technician, I do not want to. He did this company a disservice from how great everyone else was. He either needs to not be apart of this team, or needs to be trained better.

This company is top notch. They are extremely professional as well as knowledgeable in all their fields of service and repair. I use them for every service they offer ...plumbing, heating and air, electrical. Highly recommend them if you want a company you can rely on to get your problem fixed the correct way.

This is the second year in a row that we have had to deal with mold around some of our ceiling vents. This was the third HVAC company to come out and assess the situation. Prior to the visit I received a message stating that Ray would be our technician and it also included a picture. I thought that was a nice touch. Within minutes Ray found issues that the other two companies completely missed. I was having issues with an older tankless hot water heater that came with our house. Streamline helped me find a replacement that fulfilled our household needs at a reasonable price. I signed up for their Family Plan, so I will be taking advantage of their HVAC and Electrical services as well. I really appreciated the matter of fact manner in which all the interactions occurred. I never felt like I was being pushed to go one way or another. Everyone answered all of my questions and let me make the decision based on the information provided. The end result was a professionally installed hot water heater that I expect will last us a very long time as well as a new group of experts I know I can rely on for future needs. Ray Carson did a great job checking things out and making recommendations. I liked that he gave us options and let us decide how to proceed with some expected repairs to our 21-year-old system. First he installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, and then he re-piped our crawlspace which was full of end-of-life CPVC. In both cases, Paul did an outstanding job. I found water dripping through my light in my garage. I knew the source but didn’t know what caused it. That has nothing to do with a girl though, I would say that it’s a professional company that provides a good plumbing experience but the price is high.

Streamline Services has always been extremely responsive. I have used them for various electrical projects. Recently I called for service, we scheduled for a visit within a couple of days. I was asking for quotes for a handful of potential projects. Daniel, one of their technicians, came out. He prepared all the needed quotes and has since come back to do a few of the projects as I have gotten to them. I have him scheduled to come back out this week. Great service! Came out for a toilet repair which was a quick fix (little did I know!) and made sure to check the shut off valves and water heartier while here. They shared a lot of great knowledge and I didn’t feel like I was being nickeled and dimed. They also told me about a family plan what covers multiple services (a/c, plumbing, electric, etc.) which would definitely be useful for an old house like mine—never felt pressured to do it though. Streamline helped us out within an hour the first time we called to get our air conditioning fixed. The next time we needed them, they came out the very next morning, which was great. We needed additional electrical outlets run to our back deck, this would require additional circuits to handle the load and getting from out breaker box to the back deck. Called the Streamline after checking on Google, and their website to check my water heater. I was told that I can get full diagnostic and detailed problem report with $79.99, and I will get it credited back if I used them for repairs, so I proceeded with them. The mechanic came and open the bottom half of water heater and told me that to repair 2 problems. I asked if there is problem in the top area of tankless heater, I was told that there is extra fee around $200. After lot of back and forth I paid under $150for diagnostics and no credit back for repairs. I was told that it will cost around $600to fix condensate pipe, pressure valve, sight glass ($15 online) and a sensor ($15 online). I was told that they will use 3/4 pipe for condensate to avoid freezing in winter. I asked if it is just putting parts, I was told that after putting the parts they will do some tests like combustion and pressure and will have to call Navien to ensure all is well. I am pretty handy and was thinking of doing it myself but the FUD factor that they created with tests etc, made me go with them. They told me that the repairs will be likely done next day. When I called them next day three times, they told me that they will return call but never did. On day 2, I called twice again and was told that they will call back and never did. So I finally left negative review, and they called me in an hour. The Customer Service Manager promised to get the hot water back by end of day, and said that they will send another qualified technician. The new guy came to fix, and it was a total rip off. He confirmed that he had not worked on tankless before. He installed 4 parts, never called Navien, no combustion or pressure test, no 3/4 pipe for condensate. He said that it won’t make any difference.Anyways, Streamline did get hot water back for me 2 days after diagnosis of the problem. Thanks for that.My advice to all, Do your homework thoroughly and don’t get scared by the FUD factor that they create.

Will came within one business day to replace my water heater. He was respectful, professional, very knowledgeable and explained everything without talking down to me. He made a stressful situation much more manageable. The text reminders/updates were great, especially the picture and name of the technician.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Ray of Streamline Services. Ray responded quickly to our call, and upon arrival completed a thorough inspection of our unit. He showed and explained the issue with clarity, and presented us with fair options for fixing our AC. Since I paid for the service of getting a quote I feel I can provide a review. The technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable. Their pricing is astronomical! They charge what looks to be about $500/hr. Comparing quotes to others they are double. They quoted $500 to partially replace a bathtub drain with all parts supplied by me. I decided to do it myself instead and it took me 1 hr without much trouble. Just hoping to save someone $100 for a quote if you have a simple project. Can't blame them if they can charge this but I don't think the value is there.

Josh arrived on-time and took the time to understand my issues and develop a diagnostic approach. After running several test scenarios we agreed to disable one minor component of my hvac system and run through this rather mild weekend to see if symptoms are truly resolved. I will notify Streamline one way or the other.System will be fully available to me during this period.As a former field technician I am quite satisfied with this arrangement.

We originally hired Streamline because we had a pipe leak under the kitchen sink. It was an emergency service, so of course we expected to pay extra for the last minute service call. While he was here, I asked if he could repair our toilet with parts we had already purchased. He did so, and I also asked about some faucets that were leaking. An outdoor faucet was causing problems, so he replaced that too. We’ve put off so many repairs that we ended up buying the Family Plan, which will save us a good bit of money over the course of a year. As part of the plan, he also inspected and drained our water heater, tuned up our heat pump, and inspected all of our plumbing and electrical systems. The technician was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and followed COVID-19 safety protocols. I couldn’t ask for better service than Streamline. Highly recommended!

I have used Streamline both for electrical and plumbing work in my home. They communicate well about appointment arrival (they even send a picture of the technician that will be coming which I love the safety concept of it!), technicians are professional, explain everything they are doing and they give upfront pricing. All work done has been wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Trevor arrived to repair the lack of water pressure in my home. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and clearly explain the best approach to get my water pressure issues resolved. We reviews the recommendation together as well as pricing and he began the work to replace the shut off valve in my home. Once done my water pressure was back and actually worked much better than before. I was very pleased with his service and would request him again.

Greg was competent and courteous. He explained what he would be doing before he started. The work was completed in a timely manner and he cleaned up the area when he was finished. My biggest problem with this company was the cost. They replaced the flapper in 2 toilets and I was charged $425. When I questioned Greg about the exorbitant fee, he said the cost is based on the job. It took about 10-15 minutes per toilet, and the part is maybe $15 per toilet. There is no way to justify that price. I could have bought 2 new toilets for what they charged!

We've been customers of Streamline Services for a few year now, and have always been very happy with how responsive and timely they are. We recently made the decision to do a plumbing upgrade for our entire home, and to add a full house water filtration system. This morning I had a new stove installed. While removing the old stove rocker plate water started coming the plate. I find Streamline on Google and sevice technican came within the hour. The problem was my builder drill a hole in the water line and when the rocker plate the water started flowing. But I am all fixed now.Thanks so much!!

So this was a trip. Streamlined came out spent a solid hour evaluating my system and attempts to fix it. They identified two problems, one with the pressure tank and one with the well pump. Terrible news, but Brandon walked me through the options. I picked the one that made the most sense and holymoly same day service. Moreover, the first pump they dropped was a dud. These beasts pulled it back up, went to the warehouse got another and came back to fix it. They didn't get to leave until 1015, but they were still explaining the changes and even made a cosmetic change I requested. They seek 5 star outcomes at reasonable prices. Will use again.

Jason was very thorough in examining my old Bradford White water heater which was leaking and very professional in his demeanor. He was clearly very knowledgeable, demonstrating his expertise as he outlined my options and inspiring my confidence in his suggestions. He provided me with a quote for a replacement State brand system, which was just a bit higher than the $2K I had budgeted. However, because they were unable to take care of the replacement on the same day (through no fault of his own as the company was short-staffed due to 2 plumbers being out sick), which was one of my original requirements when calling this company, I did not end up using them for the replacement project.

The team, Eddie and Chris, came to repair drain lines under the house and to replace my under the sink pipes that were cracked and leaking. They came with a good attitude, explained everything to me, showed me the work completed and were polite and professional throughout. When it became clear that reaching the drain lines under the house was not possible given the narrowness of my crawlspace, they suggested a solution that would allow this repair in the future. When they left, everything was completed to my satisfaction and everything was in good working order. Definitely recommend.

I would give them 20 stars if I could. From the first phone call, they were professional. Their service was prompt, and they replaced the hot water heater the very same day! (which we suspected was the issue). The covered every detail to make sure my home was not damaged in the process, including laying drop clothes just to remove the old hot water heater (My hot water heater was in the attic).

I told Josh the coil is under Warrenty , he still gave a estimate without the Warrenty in a email I really do not understand that. Plus he said the compressor is bad and its not bad. He was a nice guy, but that doesn't help his estimate to complete the job.

I had an urgent water heater issue. I spoke with several plumbing companies who just said “sorry, we are booked solid.” I also had an installer from Lowe’s not show up at all.Streamline rearranged in order to get out to me given the circumstances, had Chad and Jason at my home within the hour, and provided quality work and transparency in terms of pricing. They had the whole job done far faster than I expected. I couldn’t be happier with the work.

Jaden was our plumber, was polite, professional, very knowledgeable and was happy to teach and explain what he was doing. I like that they text updates and send a picture of the person coming so you know who to expect. We signed up for their membership to get yearly service for plumbing and electric and bi-yearly HVAC. Just so happy with the service they give. They really did help us smile today! 10/10 would absolutely recommend.ADDED 12/15/2022: Today we had our first check-up (electrical) with our membership. Jacob was our electrician. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was able to tell me what needs to be addressed without pushing unneeded services on us. Once again, Streamline shows why they deserve my business. So impressed by them!

I have never written a review before but I have to say Ray Carson at Streamline Services went above and beyond to make sure my AC was fixed. His work ethic is amazing. He didn’t quit until a difficult problem was solved, and for this I’m extremely grateful. I would certainly recommend this company.

Scheduling was so easy and they were very communicative about when Jason would arrive. He was very clear and honest about our issues and explained everything thoroughly. There was no pressure to purchase anything that we didn’t need. He was able to fix one of our issues on the spot and scheduled the other one, which would have taken more time. We’re very pleased and look forward to working with them again.

Ray at Streamline Services does an incredible job. He cane out for our routine check today and spent two hours under the house, checking, cleaning, and maintaining the HVAC. He brought my husband down to get a look and explained everything very well. He was thorough and professional.

Phenomenal service! Water heater went on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend…of course! Streamline Services and Gabe, the Technician, were very communicative and kept us in the loop the entire way. We had a new water heater installed in less than 24hrs!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Steven listened to my description of the issues, came up with several reasonable options, and completed the work without leaving behind anything but a working bathtub, improved pipes and a better water system. I now have a reliable plumbing service again, and it makes me so happy.

Our upstairs HVAC system broke down on one of the hottest days of the summer. We knew we needed a new system but procrastinated and put off replacing it after receiving some estimates. Because it broke down in the middle of summer, we hoped we could spend $200 to $300 to fix it so we could evaluate proposals and schedule a full replacement for $10,000+. No one was available to repair it except Streamline Services. They showed up the same day I called, and their onsite tech was great. When he learned we had a few proposals to replace the system, he asked if they could submit one as well. We said, of course! Donny from their home office visited the house the next day and provided us a great proposal very quickly. Their proposal was very competitive, however we went with our regular HVAC company. The only reason is that the quotes were roughly the same. To change companies after 7-8 years with them, Streamline would have had to significantly discount their quote, which wasn't fair to them. Bottom line, if we didn't already have a relationship with an existing HVAC company, we would have hired Donny and Streamline Services.

Greg Black came to install two light fixtures in my home. He did a wonderful job installing the fixtures and he did so in a timely manner. He also took the time to explain how the fixtures ought to be taken care of and maintained. He was very friendly and open to questions. I highly recommend Greg Black and Streamline Services!

We started using Streamline Services a few months ago to get our water softener replaced, install a water softener and a new water heater. It was a great experience so we called them when our HVAC system started acting up. This was a recurring problem that our previous company was never able to fix, despite several expensive visits. When we called Streamline, they sent out their technician Garrett, who we could not be happier with. It took several visits for him to figure out what was going on. In between visits, it was easy to tell he'd done his research, talked to co-workers, the HVAC manufacturer, and consulted the internet. VERY dedicated. Once he narrowed down the problem to 2 possible causes, he started with the cheaper option and after almost a week, our AC is still going! Streamline has been a great company to work with and Garrett has been one of the best HVAC technicians we've had. Streamline may not be the cheapest option out there (they are not over the top, though), but it's well worth the money when the job is done right! Highly recommended, especially if Garrett shows up for your HVAC work!

Excellent customer service, skilled technicians.We had a pipe burst and start flooding both inside and out -- at night, on a holiday. We called Streamline. Seaton arrived within 1-2 hours and quickly provided a permanent fix.I'm not sure if Streamline is the cheapest, but they are consistently excellent. When I let our Family Plan membership expire, they still reached out to schedule our free plumber visit because we had not used it before the membership expired -- impressive customer service. As with any service, do your research & get a second opinion for big-ticket items.

Since finding Streamline Services we have had several issues repaired on our home including plumbing and HVAC work. Every technician has been great to deal with. Extremely personable and informative regarding any work that needs to be done. They’ve always been extremely prompt and quick to repair any service issues going on with our home! Excellent crew all around from the scheduling CSR’s to the service technicians!

I scheduled a service call online on Saturday night for my tankless water heater and they were here Monday morning at 9:15am. Greg was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained my options clearly and I had hot water in less time and for less money than I expected. This company has done large and small jobs for me over the last 12 years and they are excellent.

They came out and were very thorough. John was super friendly and nice. He explained what he was doing and got us all set.

Streamline is proactive about preventive maintenance and totally trustworthy from office to technical personnel. Daniel identified and fixed issues that needed fixing to keep me safe. John came to see why heat was not working and although not a plumber, immediately checked to see if it was a valve/switch on my associated water heater part of my Apollo System. Had a broken toilet flange. Technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Went the extra mile to adjust a replacement part which wasn't fitting perfectly. Brandon deserves 5 out of 5 stars, but Streamline does not due to their high prices: Over $250 to install a small metal bracket on top of the preexisting flange (about 5 to 10 minutes plus travel time to purchase the bracket). Would have been over $500 of I didn't opt to take up and put back the toilet myself (another 10 minutes or so). Streamline could really use lowering their prices - I would have opted out if not for the mandatory $75 service fee I was already locked into.

Our technician John was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took time to thoroughly explain things to me and provided lots of flexible options for our budget. We will be using them again in the future

After their work this morning, something went wrong and we had a leak. We called and were able to speak with Felicia quickly and she was able to dispatch a technician. He was here within 2 hours and was able to fix the problem quickly. Joe was easy to communicate with and he did a good job. Now hopefully we won't have anymore problems.

I contacted Streamline to get an estimate on replacing my water heater with a tankless water heater, I was kept up to date as to the arrival time of the technician throughout the day. The technician Matthew was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. The estimate from Streamline was very detailed and in line with other estimate that I’ve received. I will be contracting with Streamline to replaced my water heater with a tankless one due in large part to the professional manner in which they have conducted themselves thus far.

We had a punctured drainage pipe in our pantry. Trevor and Chad were polite, courteous and professional throughout. Explained the process clearly on investigation, cost estimate and solution. Must also mention their customer service was also excellent. Highly recommend.

Working with Streamline was a great experience! They were efficient from beginning to end and the electrical work was great! I'm an interior designer and oftentimes, I have to be onsite when the actual work is being implemented. However, with Streamline, all I had to do is meet with the electrician in the beginning to show him the work to be done and a week later he was doing the job without me having to supervise him. I will use them every time!

A great experience all around. The phone answering service was courteous, they scheduled for the very next day. The crew showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave a quote. We went through Angi and Streamline was recommended as one of their vetted plumbing companies. Steven came out and was great. He was professional and was able to repair the outside faucets alleviating the need to replace them. He suggested moving the shutoff valve to the garage from under the house which will be great. We also had a water filter system installed which will improve water quality and eliminate any problems with chlorine in the system.While under the house, hen brought to our attention a pool of water caused by a crack in the sewer line coming from an upstairs bathroom. Will have them come back and replace it. Would definitely recommend this company for any of your plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs.

Streamline was quick to respond. John called Monday morning at 7:30 AM to let me know he’d be here at 8 AM. He was respectful, professional, and quick. John showed me pictures that he had taken of my AC unit and explained what was wrong, and what needed to be replaced. When he was finished, he stayed around to make sure it was working and cooling off the house, using a pool at the register to check the air temperature. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that not only did work on AC and heating units, they also do plumbing and electric. And they had a very reasonable and maintenance plan. I signed up that day, and the discounts applied immediately. I will be reaching out to them in the near for plumbing, work and electrical work. I sure hope John can come and do the job.

Unfortunately, we did not use Streamline due to the fact that the quoted price was $1,000 to $2,000 more for the project than ALL other quotes. If the price would have been even comparable I would have used them since Joe was such a great representative.

I was very impressed with Ray and the Streamline service in general: They were very quick to answer my call and Ray showed up within the hour. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and provided a temporary fix with instruction on next steps to remedy the issue entirely! Very appreciative of his service.

We have had previous company out to jet sysyem. For third time in a year or so, the Sewer backed up into house. Company sent out Joe. Showed him where I thought problem was and explained what I had been previously told. Explained my expectations. He surveyed the situation went to work, and explained what he was doing and what he was seeing. Determined the issues that contributed to the problem, provided several solutions. Outstanding service. Would highly recommend

All the 5 star reviews had me hopeful, but they must have had a much different experience. I called Streamline to report my heat intermittently working on and off at the end of winter. They scheduled me in quickly of which I was appreciative. The technician arrived and did the diagnostic to figure out the issue. His report was the flame sensor and blowers needed to cleaned for ~$750. I assumed this must be time consuming and difficult to clean for that price. He proceeded to work for roughly 10 minutes and told me he was done. I was shocked. 10 minutes of work for $750 worth of work seemed odd. I researched and found the services he performed are typically covered under routine maintenance. I questioned the technician on whether or not that was the case and he said it was. When I pressed further into why I was being charged $750 for something that was included under a $89 maintenance service he changed his answer and told me it wasn’t included. He then changed his answer again and said I needed to be on a service plan for it be included. After more back and forth he told me there was nothing I could do except pay the amount and take it up with the company. I shouldn’t have paid but I did. He then came back to tell me the cleaning isn’t included in maintenance regardless of being a member. I called Streamline and spoke to the service manager. He told me those services were included in a normal maintenance regardless of being a member. When questioned on why I was charged $750 for something included in an $89 maintenance charge, his only response was that I was prioritized over other people (although I’m glad I was prioritized I never asked to be especially without knowing that it would cost me 10x more for work to be performed). He never denied that the work I had done was included in the normal maintenance and never admitted that should have been a solution. So instead of the technician telling me I just needed routine maintenance he only provided one solution being $750 instead of a potential $89 and the company stands by that because I was “prioritized”. I would not trust this company to be honest or present anyone with options other than the most expensive. I am giving 2 stars only because they refunded some of the money but I still feel as though they are dishonest with their customers and/or their technicians are not informed of their companies services or what they include. Again, maybe my case was a one off, but I will not be using them going forward for any services.As a side note I used them for some plumbing services prior to this experience. Their prices are definitely higher than you would expect but the work they performed was at least quality.

Used Streamline for the first time for a plumbing/electrical issue on a tankless water heater. They adjusted who was coming out based on my info and actually got me looked at a day early. The job was explained in detail and work was done on the spot when I approved. I was happy enough with the service that I signed up for their family plan so they will come out and do routine maintenance and checkups on all hvac/plumbing/ electrical.

Nate was amazing! I cannot say enough good things. I called yesterday about having regular hot water heater maintenance performed and Nate came out 24 hours later. He did not rush the job, answered all my questions, was super accommodating, is clearly passionate about what he does and was extremely courteous and professional. I decided to enroll in an annual maintenance plan because of how great our interactions with Nate were. I totally trust this company to take care of my home's HVAC, plumbing, electrical and water heater repairs in the future!Adding a second half since we just had our second call: This time we needed a trusted electrical expert to look at our home and determine why lights were flickering. Chris was super professional, made sure I had all my questions answered, and not once did I feel pressured to move forward with services recommended. It is nice to know Streamline has our back! So far both the experts we have seen from Streamline were incredibly informative, knowledgeable, kind, professional and thorough. We will be Streamline customers for life at this rate!

Steve and other personnel I had contact with were friendly and professional, but pricing...let's just say my wallet is not happy right now.It's been quite a while now since this review and public response from Streamline. I have had no communication from them at all, let alone ASAP. Glad I wasn't holding my breath!

Jacob from streamline did an assessment of my electrical system throughout the house. He taught me some things, determined what was in good working order and what needed improvements to function better or come to code. He was knowledgeable, on time and professional.

Josh was very knowledgeable. He immediately noticed that our air conditioner fan was rotating backwards. It had probably been this way since installation about 8 years ago (not installed by Streamline). He fixed it. Now it won’t cost us a fortune to run the air conditioner as it had been. He explained what was happening very well.

Joe was down to go over the work I needed to be done. He was super thorough and detailed. He listened to all my concerns, took detailed notes took time to answer all my questions. I just purchased my property and didn’t have the plumbing layout. But joe was patient to walk with me, show me all the details while explaining what exact work would be needed.I am looking forward to getting an estimate and hopefully would be able to work with him.

I really wanted to like this company, but my experience was a comedy of errors that dragged out for 8 weeks due to negligence and constant procrastination on their part.We had a terrible leak in our ceiling that required us to expose all of the plumbing, and during the evaluation we decided with the plumber, Steven (who is actually fantastic) that we would also replace the water heater and all of the polybutylene piping. The total would be almost $10k. Steven scheduled it for the next week (3/18), and over the course of 2 days, he and an apprentice worked diligently to complete the job.The problem came when they said they had to request a permit for this, and to not close up any drywall until it passed. Due to the re-piping, this included the whole bathroom ceiling, and large holes in the guest bedroom, bathroom wall, master bathroom wall, and behind the refrigerator, washer, and sink. Three weeks went by with no word from Streamline, so we proceeded to call on 4/9, 4/13, and 4/16, every time being told the permit was being worked on and we would get a call back. On 4/21 I called the Town of Wake Forest and said they had not been contacted by Streamline at all. I relayed this information to Streamline, who magically called for an inspection immediately, and after speaking with their Customer Service rep, Jerry (not fantastic), he offered to refund me 5% (~$570). As I know mistakes happen, and they gave me a library of excuses, I told them it was no problem, accepted the refund, because all I wanted was for my ceiling/walls to be repaired.The inspection happened the next day (4/22), but we failed because they had unknowingly drilled through a truss and therefore did not meet code. It would have to be evaluated by an engineer to determine if the integrity had been compromised, and if so, repaired. After a week, Streamline got an engineer out (4/28), who determined it was compromised and had to be repaired. Streamline then sent a tech out the next day (4/29). We then just had to schedule a re-inspection and we could move forward. In the meantime, I spoke with Jerry to let him know that while I appreciated the partial refund for waiting 4 weeks for an inspection, this mistake with the truss is another problem in itself as they damaged the integrity of the house. I requested they do an additional refund to compensate for this, as well as additional weeks lost with exposed drywall all over the house. Jerry disagreed, said we were “right where we want to be” and said they would not be offering anymore reimbursement.Jerry waited to call me again until the following Monday (5/3) to tell me he had scheduled a re-inspection for the next day. I waited to go to work until after he came so I called the Inspections Office to get an approximate time. It turned out Jerry hadn’t scheduled anything. I then rescheduled it myself for Friday (5/7), and the next day Jerry called me to claim that it was indeed scheduled and that I must have cancelled it. He was clearly wrong, but he had completely run out of patience at this point with us, so he clearly didn’t care.At the re-inspection, we failed again because the tech did not follow the engineer’s instructions completely. Streamline then sent the tech back on Tuesday (5/11) to finish the job. My wife waited for him, who is 7 months pregnant, and after the tech fixed the repair, he told her that he disagreed with the engineer, and in his opinion, he actually just ruined our truss with the additional nails he put in. Why you would say that to a pregnant woman about her first home, I’m not sure. I emailed Jerry to let him know this happened, and he called me back the next day to defend the tech.We had our final re-inspection on 5/17 and we were done, 8 weeks after the job was completed. For the stress and inconvenience, Streamline decided that the $570 out of the $9300 I paid them was sufficient as reimbursement. I never raised my voice with them or used profanity, but maybe if I had I would have gotten a better refund? Please do not trust Streamline with any big jobs like this.

Streamline services is always great to work with. We use them for all our plumbing and electrical needs! Daniel was great and super professional. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with or electrical problem. They even came out the day I called no problem!!! Also the customer service remains excellent! Can’t recommend these guys enough. They are our go to for all our home needs.

All three have gone above and beyond to make sure we understand the steps and process.For the plumbing we had Will Stuart. He installed a stump pump and alarm system for the full bathroom. Ray was excellent. He took the time to explain and review options while not rushing through and identified an issue that was covered under warranty. Even when I offered to pay Streamline to replace the part, Ray recommended I call the original electrician and ended up saving me ~$300. Great company and highly recommend using them as they are cost conscious, responsive, have cost effective plans and check all the boxes you'd want from an HVAC company.

Replaced a 40 year old furnace and 18 year old AC system in attic as well as all the ducts. From consultation/quote to install went very fast and the job was done in one day. After reviewing the job their were some concerns I addressed with the team and they turned around and made it right quickly. I highly recommend Streamline Services. I used one of their competitors for a seasonal HVAC Unit cleaning and tune-up. The competitor informed me both coils were leaking (though they showed me no proof or photos to back up their claim) and gave me an estimate of repair of several thousand dollars. I then brought Streamline Services in for a diagnostic and second opinion. Streamline Services found nothing wrong, took numerous pictures and walked me through their findings. Very professional and honest. I'll be going back to Streamline Services for any future needs!

Tom did a great job of servicing my tankless water heater, including adding a much needed shutoff valve for future service! The price was reasonable and membership included a discount for the work done today as well as yearly maintenance on AC, heating, plumbing and electrical.

My AC was no longer blowing out cool air and they came out first thing in the morning! This is an extremely professional company that puts their customers first. I did not have a good experience with Streamline at all! We had a leaking faucet, called the streamline since there are many good reviews online. The technician came and looked at my faucet said we need to change the whole faucet for $ 700 - 800! I asked him if he can take it apart to see if there is worn out seals. He said if he does that, if he use any of his tools to open up anything, he is going to charge us more. So I was charged $85 for a service call and am no closer to having a diagnose on a leaking faucet! What a great company huh!

If you value your money, don't use this business.We had a water heater installed in our attic to replace the old one. We were charged $4593.95. That is about 4x the cost of an average water heater install in Raleigh, NC ($1356 according to Angi).I can in no way justify that price. They charged almost $600 to plug in a flood detecter into an outlet ($50 on amazon), and $700 for a mixing valve. I feel absolutely gutted and disgusted that we spent that much. Were first time home owners and maybe they took advantage of our lack of experience. We asked the company to reimburse to match the market price and they only returned about $500, so we still paid over $4000...still about $2500 more than market price.We were hoping the BBB would aide us in getting some reimbursement from the company.UPDATE: We have been contacted by the company several times in an attempt to resolve this. They even came out to check on some concerns we had addressed. Although I still feel we paid too much, I will say the company does have people in it who really seem to care about their customers and their employees. It seems they may be making some adjustments in the future with their flat rates according to what services the customer needs. For that reason I'll move from a 1 star to a 3 star.

Joseph was very professional. Did a thorough inspection of the home electrical system. Reviewed same with us and identified potential issues and areas for improvement. Offered alternative without pressure to choose one.

Greg came to determine if I had a water leak and where it might be. He did a thorough job of evaluating my interior plumbing and after replacing the house cutoff valve, determined that the leak was in the supply feed. He developed a pair of alternate action plans and clearly explained both alternatives and answered my questions. At all times, Greg was pleasant, professional and thorough. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure at all times that i knew what he was doing and that I was fully informed.Joe McShea would be assigned to do the actual installation. He did an excellent job, keeping me informed of progress at all times. When the job turned out to be a two day job, he made sure that I had a temporary water connection for overnight. The following day he was able to complete the job and walked me through what was done, showing me the new convenient cut off valve and showing me the water meter which showed no leakage. He explained that Streamline Services would make the appointment for the inspector to sign off on the job and would notify me when the inspector would be there. Once the job was inspected and signed off on, the trench they dug would be backfilled and restored. At all times he was pleasant and capable and made sure that I fully understood the installation.Jaden Troester would complete the job. He was here and met the inspector when he came. After the installation of the new water line was approved, he and his associate backfilled the trench and restored it to normal, reseeding the disturbed dirt and covering it with hay. He kept me informed at all points and did an excellent job of restoring the site.

Streamline has very skilled technicians for all trades and they do quality work. Cameron, in particular, is a very thorough electrician and Greg, the service manager is great to work with. I highly recommend them. Unfortunately the company charges astronomical prices for some things, so you have to pay careful attention to what you’re paying for and make sure it’s an acceptable value to you. Some things, like an 8ft fluorescent light for $1000, are ridiculous. I’d give them 5 stars if they had more reasonable prices.I will say they stand behind their work and won’t charge for something if it doesn’t meet their high standards.

We had a water heater expansion tank bust and leak water underneath our house (for probably more than a week before we discovered it 🤦‍♀️). Of course we found it on a weekend and had to get an emergency repair done. Brandon came out and was so friendly, knowledgeable and fixed it right away. Plus, he double checked the water heater and water pressure was good. I was super impressed with the service and would definitely refer this company to friends and family.

Scheduling our service call was a breeze, and then Streamline made things even better by letting me know both the name and picture of the specific technician that would be showing up, as well as his estimated arrival time--including a real-time map display showing the route he was taking to get here!And then there was the technician they sent. Jason (one of their plumbers) was friendly and clearly explained everything he was doing. In short order he was able to find the cause of a particularly tricky problem and fix it. That he was able to do so with a minimum of parts was fantastic!Many times the experience of working with home repair folks can be so frustrating--phone calls are never returned, scheduled appointments are missed, and the quality of the work can be low. We had issues with our basement toilet not flushing, and gurgling in the toilet and sink when water ran in the shower. Nate investigated many things to try and understand the cause. Eventually he had to remove the toilet to clear the line. Even then it wasn't clear the problem was completely solved, so Nate continued his investigation and eventually found the primary issue. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the investigation. We also decided to enter a service agreement with this company, and we're looking forward to the same level of thoroughness with our HVAC and electrical systems.

The carriage lights and flood lights on the back of my house mysteriously stopped working. Streamline sent an awesome tech to my house, charged a fair price, and fixed the problem quickly. I've used Streamline's plumbing and electrical services for years, and I believe I've received excellent service. Professional, timely, and good quality work. Perhaps there are cheaper outfits out there, but for the value, I appreciate Streamline's services. He did an excellent job installing an electrical box in the ceiling of our kitchen and the installation of a new light fixture.Would once again highly recommend.

Daniel did a great job of replacing a defective sump pump. The office made it easy to schedule and kept us apprised of expected arrival times. Repair done quickly and efficiently.

Jacob arrived right on time and explained that he would be driving 2 aluminum rods into the ground near our electrical meter and connecting them to the meter. About 30 minutes later, he was finished and showed me where the rods were and the bare copper wire to the meter box. He said the installation was now compliant with code and the rods had an active service life of 15 years or so, before they would need to be replaced again. He asked if I was interested in the family plan for regular maintenance, but I declined.as I don't feel we would use it enough. He then entered my credit card info into his iPad and emailed the receipt along with pictures of the installation. It then began to sprinkle, so we said our goodbyes and he was on his way to his next job. I am very satisfied with his work.

Ron, my Streamline Services Technician was excellent! He was knowledgeable, informative, and paid attention to detail. His expertise will assist me in meeting my business objectives. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and will not hesitate to call on Streamline Services in the future.

I called Streamline because they had great reviews, and perhaps they are good for other services, but I had a moderately clogged shower drain. The technician spent most of the time trying to upsell me on a dozen different things and sell me expensive service plans, with little mention of my shower drain. Finally, when asked for pricing on the clog removal, I was told it would be a $79 diagnostic fee (which required no diagnosis, it was obviously a clogged shower drain) + $315 to unclog the drain. Over $400 for a drain clog removal! He used an electric drain snake and it was done in less than 15 mins. While he did indeed unclog my drain, the pricing was obscene. I will be going with a different company in the future. This by no means reflects poorly on the technician as he did a good job, but instead on the company's policies and sales methods.

Daniel assisted us with an electrical inspection of our home, and Greg assisted us with a plumbing inspection. Both men were friendly, patient, and did a thorough job! I appreciated that both of them took the time to explain what they would be looking for during the inspections, then explain what they found and create thorough estimate options for repairs. Neither of them pressured us into making any decisions that day. Daniel actually recommended that we do some research for ourselves before we make any choices about repairs. That really showed me how much Streamline cares for their customers. They are not just looking to sell a product; they want customers to be educated on the situation and options. We have used Streamline for a few years now, and we always have a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!!!

Streamline Services... best kept HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service company secret in the Triangle!*UPDATE* 07/20/21Tech Jacob M. came out and fixed the lights that were not working in 2 out of 3 rooms that were on the same circuit. I had checked everything over and couldn't figure out why 1 room's light worked and the lights on the other 2 didn't, but their outlets were hot. Tech Jacob got to the root of the issue and did a whole electrical, smoke detector, and gas bonding maintenance check to boot. Guess lightning struck 3x for awesome technicians!*UPDATE* 11/24/21Tech Carson came out after the unit went completely dead on a 29°F night the day before Thanksgiving. He had already reviewed the records and found the issue pretty quickly once confirming the unit had power...blown relay. This Heil/ICP air handler is builder grade, bottom of the barrel junk. Ray returned the day after Thanksgiving with an apprentice (Josh) and I had heat in less than 30 mins. So if you're keeping track, that's 1 blower motor, 1 damper motor, and 1 heater assembly with relay and 3 excellent HVAC technicians and 1 excellent Electrician!

I went with Streamline because of their reviews and I now see why they got such great reviews. From when I first called they were very professional and nice. The gentleman they sent out his name was Steve and again very friendly and professional. He found the issues in my house then took the time to explain it and give us options. Streamlines prices were very reasonable and Steve did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them you won't be disappointed.

I used this service while out of state. The technician argued with me trying to sell me a new system when it was not needed and tried to tell me the system was outdated. I assured the tech this was untrue and unnecessary. He finally worked with me over the phone to find another solution but no one called me to tell me that the job was completed or solved. I expect to know if there was a solution or if additional work needs to be done when paying for a service.

If they see something you didn't call them about they'll let you know and quote it on the spot, but they've never pressured us to do anything they've found. They arrived earlier than we were told, which was GREAT because we needed a new water heater and the store closed at noon that day. The installer rushed off to get one and had it all installed by 2pm! We were so pleased!

I had the team come out to investigate water pressure issues. I expected to pay a $79 diagnostic fee for having them come out and look. After 60-90 minutes of investigating, they basically say they're not sure what's causing the issue. They weren't really able to diagnose anything, which is annoying but I can understand happens sometimes. But then they tell me the fee is now $280 instead of $80. And then try to sell me carbon water filters and family plans and many other things which really had nothing at all to do with the issue they were called out to investigate. They also mention that they can go nuclear and replace all my pipes as one option, and maybe that will help the pressure issue. But they never even identified whether the pressure issue was in my house or was a service problem, yet they're willing to totally rip my home apart.So after increasing the charges to nearly $300 they've done nothing but look around, tried to sell me things I didn't need or want, and offered to rip out every pipe in my house.We used them in the past and didn't have this experience, but won't ever be using them again.

Just had my seasonal A/C checkup done by Streamline Services and I couldn’t be happier! My tech Josh arrived right on time and went straight to work assessing our systems. He worked quickly and kept me informed about what he saw as he serviced our three systems. He explained everything in terms I could understand and helped us plan future maintenance and upgrades to all systems, including the addition of air scrubbers to improve the quality of our indoor air.

I wanted a dryer vent cleaned and they said it would be $89.00. The guy who came was very nice, but said to clean a dryer duct would be $522.00 and to add in the HVAC clean out would be $1100. The $89.09 was for a service fee to get a quote when all other companies that do this come give a quote for free- not to mention they are ALL cheaper than streamline. Never using or calling them again.

I did not have a good experience with Streamline Plumbing. The technician at first said I didn’t have a water pressure regulator, and that I should just call the city. He spent less than 5 minutes on “diagnostics”. I insisted he look again, and he finally found the regulator and supposedly made an adjustment. He never looked at anything inside the house, and didn’t test the inside water flow after adjusting the regulator to see exactly what was going on. Basically, he spent less than 10 minutes at my house and seemed highly uninterested in solving my problem. I was charged $85 for a service call and am no closer to having a solution to my extremely bad water pressure problems than before. Also, scheduling someone out was very difficult. I had to go through the answering service and they made an appointment, then cancelled it, then re-scheduled. It took 5 phone calls to get them out, and they did not provide any diagnostic services or possible solutions. I’m exactly where I was $85 ago, except more frustrated for having my time wasted.

My AC started not to blow cold air for several days constantly. Decided to get streamline Servide to check my ac unit ( my new ac were replaced by the same company streamline service). Was told that it is the drain line is full and need to be drained. Costed me $338 for this condensate drain line cleaning maintenance although I had purchased extended 10 years part and labor warranty when replacing the AC which was 3 years old. After this drain line cleaned, the ac is now blowing cold air.I’m happy that I don’t have to suffer heat in my house because of their fast schedule and service. 👍🏻👏🏻Just little disappointed that no warranty covered because they says I never had any maintenance services on it since ac was replaced. (They says I supposed to have them check my ac twice yearly to keep it running properly for separate maintenance fees, no warranty covered). 😟💸

Got a leak on a line at the master bath tub called Streamline came out that day assess the situation gave us several options that we had for the repair. Came back the next day installed new line and faucet. Very satisfied with work performed. Would definitely recommend

I did have a rep come out as a second opinion recommendation. I was a less than satisfied when the rep informed that there was likely a leak in the system, but needed to conduct further analysis to determine the origin of the leak, which would cost $370 or something like that. I don’t know why this analysis isn’t already included in the $95!visit. So I ask the rep if he was familiar with the low pressure switch, he was and said there appeared to be residue around the Switch. I asked him to provide a quote to conduct the repair the switch and provide a time in which he could do the repair. The estimate he provided was over $1100 more than the other quote I received. As per the time frame to do the work, it was a longer than the other company. So it would have been about $400 more just to diagnose the issue, $1100 more to conduct the repair, and taken longer to repair the unit.This is just a summary of my experience with Streamline. Also it was raining that day which may have made it more difficult to diagnose. I did decide to go with the other company for the reasons stated above and I did not feel as though I was being nickeled and dimed by the other company.

First time I've used Streamline was yesterday for an urgent hot water heater replacement at a rental property. I called around 8am and they had Tom out before noon. Tom was outstanding. Extremely friendly, genuine and likeable guy who obviously knew his stuff. They were respectful of my time allowing me to go about my day while the work took place. So I spent maybe a total of 30 minutes on site for the entire day. Would certainly recommend Streamline!

We were having trouble with our kitchen under the cabinet lighting, we contacted Streamline for service, they sent Ron Jaime, electrician technician, he arrived within time we were told, Streamline's communication keeping us posted on his arrival was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional and was very thorough. We decided to get all new lighting fixtures in Kitchen and Laundry Room, switching to LED lighting. We just finished the job yesterday, we are so happy with these LED fixtures, also very happy we'll never have to replace bulbs again! I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. Many thanks for a smooth transaction from start to finish, so happy that we converted to LED lighting!

We had a clogged sewer line with water backing up out of the toilets and bathtub. While it took a long time to have them come out, when they got here they resolved the problem and stayed to make sure that if was fully resolved.

Wonderful service, Justin was very polite and answer all the questions me and my fiancé had. Justin had our A/C unit back up and running in no time. We had already mounted our TV above the fireplace, but needed help hiding the cords. The tech added an outlet behind the TV, and created a path for the cords through the wall. He did a great job and we are really pleased with the results!

I had a slow drain issue. Streamline was very communicative on when the technician would arrive and gave me ample notice in order to meet the technician. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and very professional.

Our AC decided to quit last Friday, right in the middle of the heat wave. After troubleshooting it ourselves, we called Streamline Saturday morning to take a look. Within a couple hours, Matt came out and took a look at everything. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional, setting the tone for the rest of our experience with Streamline. He took a lot of pictures and then explained to us what was going on: we needed a completely new system. Ours was 17 years old and past its normal life expectancy. John was the next to come out and explained our options to us. As we’re from the CA coast and have never lived with central AC, this was all new. John was very patient and knowledgeable, laying out all our options. The sticker shock was big, but we felt that we were dealing with honest and caring people. After deciding on the system and including the Air Scrubber since we suffer from year-round allergies, John was awesome and able to get us going on Monday morning. Tyler and Cole were here for almost 11 hours, making sure that everything was done right. They were really nice and it was obvious they cared about putting in quality work, not just rushing to get done. The installation manager, Ray, stopped by midday to see how everything was going. After wrapping up well into the evening, our new system was completed. Everything was cleaned up, Tyler went over all the work that they did with us, and we were really impressed. And to top it off, they include 2 plumbing and 2 HVAC maintenance visits per year at no additional charge. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with something that was so unexpected. Matt, John, Tyler, and Coke we’re all fantastic, as was the office staff. Their 4.9 star rating is well earned and I wouldn’t call anyone else. Thanks so much!

I was experiencing a circuit outage in my home and they were able to come on the same day I called and found that I had a melted socket on this circuit which could have resulted in a fire. Chris was the service rep and did an excellent job of checking all the outlets on this circuit to make sure I would have no further problems.

I needed some emergency plumbing services and was unable to find same day service after calling several companies. Amber was, by far, the most helpful and pleasant customer rep that I encountered all day! She went out of her way to help me get the same day appointment I desperately needed.Chad W. came out to assess the situation - a 2nd floor pipe leak that ran water down an interior wall, down to the floorboards and through to the crawl space. Contacted Streamline Plumbing & Electric to replace a kitchen faucet and sink strainer assemblies. The service professional (Fred) arrived as scheduled, was very courteous and did an excellent job. 10 stars!! I am the neighborhood cat lady and feed the ferals. I have several heated cat shelters, but I do not have an electrical outlet on my deck, and the front porch electrical outlet is too far out of the way to use. Long story short, I had a mess of plug ins and was using a surge protector and having to run a thick cord into the main door to a dining room outlet (the main door couldn't close). After nearly breaking my neck tripping over the mess of chords, I decided that I couldn't deal with that on a daily basis this fall and winter! I called Streamline to make an appointment for an estimate for installing an outdoor electrical outlet since they did great electrical work for me a few weeks ago and had extremely reasonable pricing. Chris V. was sent out, who I already knew from him doing the electrical work on my house a few weeks ago. He was once again knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, as well as provided me with a reasonable estimate for installing an outdoor outlet and was able to do the work today too. He did a great job and was extremely neat, cleaning up after himself.

I called Streamline to help with a dryer vent issue we were having. When I mentioned my partner was a nurse so being able to regularly clean and dry scrubs ahead of upcoming shifts was top of mind, they found a way to get someone out to me even sooner than they initially were going to be able to. They were super communicative leading up the the appt and the tech Joshua even said he would wait since I was rushing home to make our appointment, and was totally understanding - this is not common and was so appreciated! Then he was very respectful, communicative, and informative, not to mention kind and easy to chat with. I felt like he really had my best interest at heart and even for things he couldnt help with that were out of Streamline's scope, he let me know what to expect and look for when looking for other companies.

We had a sump pump go out and 8 plus inches of water filling our basement. He came out after a late call on Friday afternoon and found a portable pump and stayed after 5:00 to get our water pumped out of the basement so he could get the sump pump replaced and our basement is now clean and dry. I had called three other places and no one could come out for days. This was awesome in every way! I am impressed!

Very responsive from start to finish in a polite and pleasant manner. On time, which is very important to us. Chris was focused on making sure we were happy and checked with us at every step. We are having Chris and Streamline back to do other work.

Jason was awesome! He was at our house within about an hour of calling. This was our third quote and we quickly realized the original quote was way off. He was able to perform the service and fix our plumbing within a few hours. He was very friendly and helped me understand what exactly the problem with our plumbing was, and he left everything nice and clean. Jason actually saved us about $3,000 by not going with the other guys!

John is the best! He installed two units for us almost 2 years ago, and I’m so glad he came out to perform the maintenance on them today. He installed air scrubbers on two of our units and made recommendations for us based on our needs and his experience, rather than what will make the company the most money. John took great care of us, taking as much time as we needed to answer any and all questions we had, plus he’s just fun!Update 2/22/22- Will took great care of us today, unclogging our drain pipe outside and making recommendations for how to prevent clogs in the future, as well as what to look for and what to do if it happens again in the future.

This was our first time working with Streamline and it was a great experience. They were able to get someone out to help us within hours (wasn't even an urgent issue). Our plumbing professional Matt went above and beyond to help us out. He addressed our issues in a timely manner and even took it upon himself to inspect the rest of our house, and gave us some very helpful guidance. Chad came promptly on time, took a look at the situation (washer pan installation for a washer), gave a quote, and got to work. He finished the job in 45 min, listened attentively to any of my concerns, answered questions, and even asked another one of his colleagues to come out and lift the washer into place over the pan. He also drilled a hole in the supplied washer pan and installed it over the drain in compliance with my request for 4 inches of clearance from the back wall. Overall, he provided great, timely service and it was a pleasure to have him work for me. Wouldn't hesitate to seek out his services again at Streamling Plumbing and Electric.

This was a good company whenI used them in 2007. Used them at another home in 2021. They have increase their price and service has dropped. This company tries to sell you things you don't t need. When I refuse their upsale tactics, the employee said he was going to turn me in to the city of Raleigh. Of course that didn't scare me....because I knew he was trying to scare me in buying their product. I did buy there service plan at the time of service to save money on repair. Move forward a year, they wanted to come back for the maintenance agreement. I refuse their service, I will never do business with this company again. Beware of them selling something you don't need.

Joe was able to come and fix our plumbing issues on a Sunday. He was so friendly and did great work! We highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Greg was very knowledgeable and personable. I called to determine if my water softener was malfunctioning. He was straight to the point of what I needed. I was given several options and was given a full analysis on what my current setup needed just in case I decided to go with someone else. Checked an area that wasn't asked about originally, to make sure my whole water softener system was up to par. Overall a wonderful experience from what I have typically received from contractors and will definitely do business with in the future

After 3 1/2 weeks the job is still waiting to be completed. There’s a problem with the scheduling system. The actual guys doing the job do fine work ,when they are allowed to be here. We have to call every single day just to find out if they’re coming and what they are planning to do .We have had to chase them to get them to schedule . The quote was 2x what other people were saying. We thought that meant timely quality service. It has not. A rented excavator sat on my property for over a week unmanned. I even paid for their “package” to get timely customer service. My entire section of our neighborhood drives by our property every day, since we are one of the first houses .They have taken notice. Not smiling.

We reached out to Streamline Plumbing to help with installation of a purchased whole house well water treatment system. After discovering the system would not accomplish what we were hoping to do (soften our hard water and make sure it was free from bacteria), we were able to return this system and go with a system that saved us well over $1000 thanks to Chad's advice and thorough explanation on our water profile and what a different system could accomplish. Furthermore, Chad took an after hours call after installing our system to help us troubleshoot an unrelated septic system question and was genuinely concerned about our situation even though it was unrelated to the work we had him do. We had a partial power outage of ceiling fans, lights in our bathroom and hallway. We have a person in the house with balance issues and not having lights in our bathroom and hallway was dangerous. When I explained the situation to the person who set up the service call she stated she could make it a priority call. Chris Valdez, the service technician showed up at 8:00am the next day!. He was very polite, professional and thorough. He checked everything and I was so worried it was going to be a major (expensive) issue. It ended up being only the very reasonable service call fee (less than half of some of their competitors) He also checked all of our smoke detectors as the chirping was what started everything (when I disconnected a smoke detector that I thought was chirping the power went out). Chris was so nice! Thank you for the quick response time and the courteous friendly service. This company will be my go to for service in the future and I will make it a point to ask for Chris Valdez as our service person for any future needs.

Let me start by saying Matt is a very nice young man. However, it appeared he was not experienced enough to find the low voltage short in my HVAC system. After an hour and a half or so, he ended up calling his supervisor (Vic) for assistance. I assume the total time to resolve my issue is a factor in the billing. The total time (about 3hrs) I believe could have been less if he would have called for assistance sooner.

We had a disposal that went bad and clogged the sink and dishwasher, all while I was out of state. My elderly family was in need of help to fix the clogged sink and I called streamline from NY. I was quoted a price to repair. Decided not to replace the disposal and fix it when I got back myself, but then at some point it was leaking after the inspection? Had a debate with the manager about the repair, but he sent a repair tech first thing next day. Tech came out to fix the leak and the manager also offered a discount for our troubles. Decided to take the offer and real happy with Brandon’s service and knowledge. Thanks for working with us!

Updated: I initially gave this company a 5-star review because they seemed professional and courteous. I have now worked with them a lot and don't understand the excellent google ratings. I think they are just ok. Not awful but nothing special and overall kinda disappointing as they seem like one of those companies possibly more interested in ratings/reputation management than quality service.The family plan is a rip. I got sweet-talked into this monthly $19.95 subscription maintenance plan. It is supposed to include: We will check the various Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Systems in your home four times each year to make sure everything is running properly and is tuned up to be as efficient as possible! I paid for this for a year and no one ever contacted me for this visits. When I contacted them for an HVAC maintenance visit, it was a lot of back-and-forth to schedule and then getting the technician's report, which required multiple attempts on my part to contact them, at which point I cancelled the family plan. By then, I had also had done a bunch of plumbing with them: two faucets replaced, hot water heater replaced, water pressure regulator valve replaced, carbon filtration system installed. I don't think they did a poor job but one of the new faucets was leaking within a year and they were going to charge me just to come out and take a look at it. I don't think their work is shoddy, those things happen, and I just wish I had done all this work with another company that I had more faith would stand by their work and be more amenable to fulfilling reasonable expectations of existing customers.Also, their prices are pretty high. Regret not shopping around more.Original review (June 2021): 5-stars/Seems good quality and thorough.

Ron Jaimes from streamline services was amazing. He was friendly and helpful. He was knowledgable and quickly assessed our situation and gave us the run down of what we needed for the light fixture being installed. He then gave us a rundown of other possible electrical needs that he saw we might have in the future, but he didn't push these items or make us uncomfortable with turning down the upsell I am sure the company makes all employees do. It was great because we're normally anxious about having to tell business people, No, we just want done what we asked for. This ease and comfort of the process he brought into the home will most likely make us repeat customers if the need arises. Lastly, but certainly not least, the job was done right and we were satisfied with how our new ceiling fan and light look in the house.

I had decided on the options I liked and asked his opinion. He matched my choices told me that the higher option for on the units was the best option and that the one I had selected would provide exactly what I needed. He did not try to up sell me. He seems very honest and willing to work with me.

I've used Streamline for electrical work, including panel replacement, and replacing an old water heater with a new tankless unit in a 60's house remodel in need of some attention. They've been professional and courteous each time they've been out and have taken the time to listen and answer any questions we have during the process. I recently had Streamline Services, INC fix a toilet. I was impressed with the process from beginning to end. Setting up the appointment was easy, I was given a 2 hour window, the plumber called 40 minutes before arriving, he assessed the job and gave me a quote. The job was done efficiently and the area was cleaned up after completing. I will use this company again. My only reservation is the cost of the service. As we all know, plumbing is expensive!

They initially came out to give me a quote on replacing my 50-gallon direct vent hot water heater with a tankless system after the tanked water heater failed. They spent an hour inspecting the current system and even took the time to look through the crawl space to verify that the house was capable of supporting a gas tankless system. I called on a Saturday morning as we had no hot water. Greg came out within 2 hours. He is professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem rapidly. Didn't try to up-sell us or push expensive repairs. I had fears that we would need a new water heater. While he said we might need one in the next few years, he did not urge replacement now. He also fixed a minor sink issue while he was here. I am considering signing up for the company's maintenance plan because of his careful and honest attention to our issues.

My experience using plumbing services started off well but then quickly went south. Brandon was very nice and I thought he did a thorough job checking for leaks. I asked for a report of all the places he checked and cleared for leaks and was promised a list by Kimberly for the next day but after a week of calling them nearly every day I still do not have a list. Another representative told me the report I have was blank because no leaks were found - but it would have been nice to have a list of the places checked because another plumber came out and found the actual leak. I am disappointed with the customer service I received following the appointment and that not all places were checked for leaks in the first place.

Josh G. visited today to provide a quote for some duct cleaning services. He is thorough, professional, friendly, and able to explain the duct cleaning process and other Streamline services, in both technical and non-technical ways. Our initial encounter was great. First off..... I didn't realize it at first, but I am extremely happy that they are Veteran owned. After serving in the Marine Corps for 12 years, I pride myself in doing business with one of my own as much as possible. Second.....Victor was freakin awesome!!!! Extremely professional and very respectful of my home by not only putting on shoes covers each time he entered, but also offering me to accompany him throughout the repair. He walked me through every literal step he took and showed me how he was fixing my issue. I learned so much about my system that two home inspectors didn't mention or let me know were issues. I immediately signed up and paid for my routine annual maintenance because after today I refuse to go with another company. I love the approach and direction Streamline Services is going with the way they provide customer service and how they provide service. I will definitely be recommending them to every homeowner I know and again thank them for such fast and professional service. I rarely post reviews but I had to make it a point to do this one because I was thoroughly impressed.

It’s becoming more and more common that these companies are more focused on selling a brand new system rather than fixing the issue - this is one of those companies. In this case I had a hot water heater that had a pilot that kept blowing out while flipping the thermal reset switch. We dealt with the issue for so many months - over a year. They kept trying to sell a new hot water heater. We eventually found that the only thing that needed to happen is to blow out the metal grate filter and replace the switch. Doing both of these things fixed the problem. I have no idea why they couldn’t do that. There are so many YouTube videos describing this issue and how to correct it. In the case of this company, if you use them push them to fix the issue instead of replacing the equipment.

Josh helped fix my thermostat that had a no power error. He came out within an hour of my initial call and fixed it shortly after. Very courteous, professional and explained everything to me very well. He also looked at my HVAC system and gave me suggestions for things he thought may be an issue sometime soon.

Streamline reps kept us updated prior to and day of the service. Appreciate this so we were able to go about the dat. The tech arrived when expected and explained all he was going to do and did the work in a timely manner.

Where do I begin…. 10 out of 10 would use Streamline Plumbing again!! I was so pleased with my experience from beginning to end!! I reached out to a friend who works in the new home construction industry about recommendations for a plumber after I started dealing with a tankless water heater issue, and he immediately suggested I contact Streamline. I was able to schedule a request online and within 12 hours got a call from them to schedule an actual time and they were able to get me in within 2 business days. Woohoo!!On the day of the appt, I received several text messages from Felicia and Autumn with updates on my time and I was fortunately able to message them back as well to give them some of my updates for timing.I had Stephen as my tech who arrived right on time and he was so incredibly helpful and informative! He quickly identified the issue and After further discussion I decided to sign up for the maintenance plan. I am writing this review because my experience with an after-hours repair call exceeded even my high expectations. After responding to my call at 10 pm on a Friday night, they had a technician to my house by noon on Saturday. Keith Martin was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with my compressor; fixed a simple problem with a blower motor; and identified a gas leak by the meter!! He did all of this while paying attention to cleanliness and adhering to their Covid protection policy. I see no need to look elsewhere for repair services; these folks clearly take pride in a job well done.

Update: Once made aware of my dissatisfaction, the General Manager refunded me a little over 50% of what I paid for their services. He also informed me that they're in the midst of an entire price book overhaul & that they're trying to make it so the technician's have even more information regarding the pricing, so that they can better explain. I am modifying my review from 1 star to 3 stars, due to them working with me to come to a compromise.This company charges outrageous amounts in diagnostic fees! My HVAC system is under warranty & I was charged over $1,200 to have a contactor replaced! I had my entire HVAC system purchased & installed less than 3 years prior by another company for $4,500. I spent over $800 just for the issue to be diagnosed, so I guess the diagnostic rate is $800/hour. The charges are very confusing...my only line item that wasn't diagnostic charges was WARRANTY Contactor/ SHIPPING/PAPERWORKWARRANTY RELAY/ SHIPPING/PAPERWORK for $329. I kept asking my technician what this was because I'd initially thought the $800 covered labor & all. I told him I was not interested in an additional warranty to which he responded that charge was not for a warranty, it was for labor. I said I don't understand that because the line item says warranty. Then because I was so confused I said well if I don't agree to this charge are you going to fix my HVAC system to which he responded no. At that point I was so upset because I'd already signed for over $800 in charges & that wasn't even going to get anything fixed, so I signed for the additional $329 charge. I emailed the company my invoice & diagnostic information asking them to review it because I thought surely there was some sort of error. They did not respond back to me. Everyone I've spoken to about the issue, including some people that do the work, said what I was charged was highway robbery. I was very shocked by this experience because like most people I looked into reviews prior to selecting this company & they had high reviews.

As a new customer with A/C suddenly out, Streamline was speedy in scheduling service and even called back with a same-day option that opened up. Service Tech was knowledgeable and professional. They will get my future business.Have the Family Service plan now and get convenient reminders for regular maintenance. Have been happy with this service for past 2-3 years.

I was very impressed with Streamline Plumbing. I called in the morning and Bob came out to my house the same day to fix my water heater. Explained exactly what the issues were and what my options were along with costs. Prices were very reasonable - I've tried other plumbers and their fees seem to be through the roof for some reason. Steven was awesome! He spent the better part of the day at our house, started with an assessment of the items on our list, then presented us with various options, and then completed the work. We had two toilets that need resealing, maintenance on our tankless hot water heater and we had all of the water hoses replaced with braided lines and half turn valves. He was thorough, efficient and cleaned up after himself. Very professional.

Jacob did a wonderful job for us replacing old ceiling lights as well as old outdoor outlets. He was polite, professional and neat. PLEASE SHOP AROUND before you pay their prices. I called Streamline Services because my A/C went out. They were able to come out the same day I called which was great. The guys that diagnosed the issue were professional and correctly identified the issue. My zone control panel was bad and I needed a transformer. They wanted $1700 to fix this. This could be accomplished the same afternoon they came. They could not give me a breakdown of parts and labor. I looked up the cost and found the exact model of the control panel I have for $200, and a transformer for $25. So they wanted over $1400 for probably 2-3 hrs of labor/operating expenses. I know it costs money to run a business, but this seems like price gouging. I called someone else and they bypassed the control panel because I don't have dampers that make it useful and they got my A/C working for $200. The same guy who fixed my A/C said he would have charged $500-600 had I needed him to install the transformer and replace the control panel. This is in-line with estimates I have found online. It frustrates me knowing that Streamline could have done the same quick fix, but didn't even give me that option and instead was willing to let me continue to go without A/C instead of pay their outrageous premium.

Exceptional service from an exceptionally nice plumber named Joe, who clearly explained our options and identified what was most urgent. Seems like a well-run company. The family plan is about $250 annually and you get four visits a year for maintenance/inspection (plumbing, electrical, HVACx2) plus waived dispatch fees during business hours.

Will Stuart was polite and took the time to explain the details of damage -leakage that our older hot water tank had occurred over time. We learned more of the issues, water leakage due to auxiliary tank age failing and the water pressure valve failing. We understand clearly why replacement was necessary rather than fixing those issues.

Nate was wonderful. It appeared there was a leaking pipe in our bathroom, he was able to quickly find it wasn’t a leak after all but overflow from a poorly installed tub/shower. I had a tankless hot water issue. My current plumber service scheduled a service call 6 days out. When they came to the house and reviewed the issue, they said they had little experience with this product, but would check for parts - and I should do the same - then left. They did not respond to my follow up on an ETA to fix. I then called Streamline and requested after hours service, but Greg actually came the afternoon of my call (a text was sent that Greg would be arriving shortly). He was pleasant, trained in this product, knew where to get the parts, got them, and fixed the issue - all in less than 2 hours! He also provided an up front cost for doing the work before he completing it. My calls to the office were also professional and pleasant. They won my continued business that day. I will be looking to have them provide ongoing support for my plumbing and electricals in the future. Great company!

Appointment was very easy to book (Becky is very friendly and good about calling to let you know when the repairmen are coming) - and you can book both electrical and plumbing at the same time. In a couple of hours, I was able to get all of the little things that had gone wrong during the year fixed up. (I'm a teacher and can't really get off during the year to have things fixed.)Jerry installed a new ceiling fan, re-wired an outlet and installed an outdoor porch light. Chad installed two new faucets and a hose bib. In both cases, they assessed the repairs and told me exactly what it would cost before we started. Jason Murphy was very helpful, took his time to explain the issue clearly, and provided an outline on how to proceed. This was more a case of service than repair (there are multiple possible reasons why the problem arose, so a conclusive fix, if one exists, has to wait), and the service was superb.

Keith is an excellent representative for Streamline Services. Had 2 thermostats to be installed. After installing them he discovered a problem with one of the heat pumps and was able to quickly diagnose the reason for the problem and got the part to fix it. He had to go get the part, returned in about an hour and installed it.Keith is very open about everything and does not use any high pressure tactics to sell anything. My wife and I were very pleased with the results of his visit.

Our water heater died from old age and Streamline Services had someone out to look at it the same day. Brandon assessed the situation, advised us that we needed a replacement, and we took the opportunity to upgrade from an electric tank heater to a gas tankless heater. Brandon was back the next day with Jacob as electrician to run the new gas line and electrical for the tankless heater. They got everything done as efficiently as possible. They were courteous and professional throughout. Not only he was friendly to begin with, he was transparent and educated me on what he was diagnosing and what could’ve gone wrong. This was second-opinion request after having a very poor service before Streamline Service. Ray’s service was night and day difference compare to the prior visit from the other company. If you need good quality transparent service, Ray is the guy to go for. Highly recommend their service!

Repaired two drain leaks, replaced an outdoor faucet and installation a water pressure sensor. Technician was prompt, thorough and did a great job of respecting our home and cleaning up after his work. He was also very personable. Very satisfied with the quality of the work.

I understand they charged a lady $1,200 to replace a HVAC contactor that was supposed to have been under warranty. And have done nothing to rectify the situation. What a ripoff !!! The contactor part price is less than $25 & takes only a few minutes to replace it. I'll never use Streamline Services.

We purchased Streamline service to fix the blocked sewer problem, first time in January, but two months later, it was blocked again at the same spot, so we have to ask them to come back again, each time we were charged about $650. Couple days back, it was blocked again at the same spot, so eventually we asked city to check if the main sewer line has issue. We were very shocked and angry when city technician told us the issue was at city sewer line, the blocked spot is right at the connection between city and our house, Streamline should let us know and tell the truth, not by cheating to earn their business!!!

I am just in the process of getting quotes but still want to give credit where it is due. Right now, Streamline is at the top of my list because Paul Green who came out to do the quote for my project was extremely professional and, even better, THOROUGH. I am not sure who I will be hiring for roughing in the plumbing for my project, but Streamline Services is currently at the top of my list for his expertise. Keep up the great work.

Daniel Cowart was the electrican that repaired our light fixtures. I liked him as soon as I met him. He was very courteous and explained everything that was wrong, did the work in a timely manner. In the future if we have electrical problems we will use Streamline and I will request Daniel.

We called Streamline Services Saturday morning and immediately we had a very nice operator answering our questions and setting up an appointment for Monday, which was the day we requested. Chris was the expert technician for more than ten years in the AC business that came to our home by noon and we were impressed with the degree of information and honest opinion he gave us regarding the condition of our AC/heater. We are very thankful that Chris took his time to explain with details what he found. We highly recommend Chris for any issue with your AC system.

I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. Streamline sent out a technician to my house within 20 minutes. Will was very professional, explained everything well, and had my 14 years old water heater replaced with a new one by 1:30 this afternoon. I could not ask for a better service on this New Years Eve. I found their pricing to be very reasonable as well.

we found a leak under the crawlspace, Sophie was able found the leaking spot and fixed it quickly without cutting too much of drywall boards, we were very happy with the results appreciated her work and professionalism.

We had an emergency today when a hot water pipe sprung a leak inside a wall. The Streamline dispatcher was extremely courteous and worked hard to get us one of their plumbers ASAP. Within 20 minutes after he called us back, the plumber was here. He also was very courteous. explained completely what he would do, and cleaned up after himself. Our technician was Chris Valdez and he was professional courteous and answered all the questions my husband and I posed to him. He told us what he found and also wrote up an estimate of possible repairs we may want to do now or in the future. We have the family plan, so the electrical inspection is part of the cost for that plan.

Gabriel was very helpful in answering plumbing inspection questions and explaining how he would clean out our Rinnai hot water heater. He also gave me professional advice regarding a recently installed hot water recirculating pump and smart switch.

Great experience! On a Sunday I was able to get through to their plumber-on-call who walked me through how to stop a leak. Today, technician Matt Blanchard, who had worked on this backflow pipe previously, said he could fix this additional issue at no additional cost. Honorable company, great technician!

Well, my ac doesn't like me and youtube apparently isn't a fix all . . . But Streamline services were amazing! I have had them come out about 3 times at this point. Once for heating issues, and twice for different issues with my ac. Today as always they showed very professional like talked with me to see what was going on with my unit (and actually listened to my concerns). They got to work immediately taking my carpet into consideration(they covered their shoes). He seemed very knowledgeable and didn't mind me over his shoulder looking on as he worked. (I was just curious) but he looked from one place to the next checking power and such and he came up with a solution in a timely manner let me know my options and didn't push me to buy a brand new system like most would do nowadays. The technician was professional, courteous, and took into account my needs in this situation. Highly appreciated and recommended! 5 star business!
