After Hours handled my water heater issues promptly, expertly and affordably. I was very impressed with the technician, Nate, who troubleshooted our issue quickly and accurately, then returned on time to complete the work. His knowledge and care and attention for the work he does is exceptional. I am incredibly pleased with the job this company completed for me, and highly recommend their services.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Replaced Gas Regulator in an existing installation. Charged 3x what had been estimated by others for a simpler job than they quoted. Arrived at 1 for a morning appointment.On the other hand, came on a 1 day notice with parts, technician was professional, and the upsell was minimal. Their quotes for the other work were all very high, so I would not use again.UPDATE:Customer Service called me and reduced the price by the diagnostic fee, since they didn't have to diagnose anything, bringing it down 2/3 of the way to where I thought it should be. I increased my stars from 2 to 3. Still almost $400 for a $80 part and 20 minutes of work + drive-time.

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Their customer service was great and they did a great job repairing my pipes and fixing my water heater. Also, I called around to several different companies who I felt were just haggling me on the cost. Not only were they very straightforward with me with a quote but also much more affordable then all the others. They didn’t use fear to make me choose them immediately like the other companies did. I will definitely be using them again if needed!

Our water heater went out after 20 years.  Called Drain Express around 8:30 a.m. and they said someone would be out between 10 and 12.

Dicky arrived just before 11, gave me a quote for the new water heater, valves, venting, pan, and all that was needed.
Him and his technician left for about an hour to get the new one. It was a good quality unit with great reviews.

Drain Express installed, cleaned up and was done in about an hour and fifteen.  Everyone at Drain Express was very friendly and professional.  All my questions were answered patiently and with straight uncomplicated answers.  I would Reccomend to friends and fam.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Do Not Hesitate to call if you got a plumbing problem rooter man solves them all!!!

I feel like I need to give an honest review of this service provider because my experience with has been a bit of a saga. What I will say is that they are friendly, they are prompt, and they are ultimately focus on making sure your equipment works no matter what they have to do. As installers go, they are a reliable and safe option. The question you have to ask yourself is whether or not this quality is worth the extra cash you're going to be spending.If you are on a budget, this is not the place for you. I worked in the contracting world long enough to know when people are making money on me that they really shouldn't or don't have to.Happy home installed my system, when it didn't function in fall because the heat was just coming on, they instantly came to repair it free of charge. The repair guy they sent out was professional and worked extremely hard for us, going the extra mile. That being said I'm a little dubious that it should have been messed up in the first place. All in all though, good solid work.If quality matters to you more than price, this is your place. They're going to take care of you. Don't know how you're going to afford a new AC with your car payments being so high? Keep shopping.(Another note: one of the members of this household was rude to them and they handled it professionally. I say this because it was exceptional.)

I called after seeing a sign near Grove Barton road and received a very fast response. Not only were they responsive to my request in a quick manner but arrived in a quick manner also.

Carl was professional, knowledgeable, on time, straightforward, respectful, and personable. He explained the issues and the corrective actions that he took. Carl was quick to get the issues addressed and make sure things were working properly. I really appreciated his friendly demeanor and the time he took to explain what issues he addressed. Carl was thorough and efficient. He completed the work, left my home the way they found it, and did it all with ready smiles.

The service I received from Drain Right Services was second to none and exceeded my expectations for outstanding customer service. It also was appreciated that the pricing was very fair.

I would highly recommend them for you plumbing and drain needs. I hope I never have another plumbing and drain issue, but if I do, they have earned my business for sure.

Excellent service and explanation in what our leak was, the options we had, etc. Will definitely continue to use them

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
