worst plumbing experience I've ever had. Owner moaned, groaned and cussed all while doing his job. I was extremely uncomfortable and ended up having no confidence in his work. His behavior made me wonder why he is even in plumbing. Can't recommend!

A main valve stopped working in the late afternoon and it left us without any water. I went through Thumbtack and found this company. They messaged me within a few minutes and even told me they could come first thing in the morning. These guys were so professional, friendly and just really down to earth. They came in, looked at the job, explained it to me and gave me an outstanding price. My experience with this company has been beyond outstanding. This company now and when they were Comfort Engineers always gives the best service with competent, courteous technicians and a terrific office staff to support them. I would't use any other provider. They're first class.

This company came to fix our toilet because it was shaking. When the repair guy came is said it was an easy fix and so called fixed it. However a few days later our toilet starting leaking water from the area on the picture shown and it did not leak before the repair man came out. We called Acme plumbing thinking they would fix their mistake however they only tried to charge us to fix our leak when it was there fault our toilet was leaking. They said we should have had our toilet reset but the 1st plumber never told us that he just said it was a easy fix. I strongly suggest you do not use this company. They are only in for the money and instead fixing a mistake to keep a happy customer they decide to charge for something else in which they cause with the first repair.

I called Roto Rooter for help with a running toilet. The plumber was over within a couple hours and explained our options clearly, he got the job done quickly and was professional and friendly. Ask for tech #794!

Sent two trucks and two men to do a one man job, 30 minutes on site, replaced a part that sells for $26 at Home Depot and charged me $237.50. Draw your own conclusion.

Update: The owner called my home at 8:30 PM after I posted this completely accurate, factual account of my experience to ask me why I posted a bad review.

BTW, I did not get an invoice, bill, or other document. The nice workers left me with something that was not filled out. I had to call the office to pay my bill.

You really need to consider calling someone else if you have a plumbing problem. My wife and I are not over having a business owner calling a home at 8:30 at night to fuss about a bad review that was completely justified. There's nothing in my review that is not absolutely accurate.

I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.
