We had a leak and they showed up same day to fix it. Very knowledgeable.

Set up was real easy through Thumbtack. Came out the next day. Walked me through the process Josh explained everything he was gonna do before he did it. Definitely would recommend.

Quick and efficient service, checked out our sump pump and crawlspace which had been flooding recently due to rain, and the flooding was flipping the HVAC off (losing heat in the winter is no fun!). They diagnosed the issue and redirected the discharge pipe, and made sure the pump was working before they left. Scheduling wise, they were understandably very busy with recent storms in the area, but they did manage to squeeze us in in the evening, and they kept in touch with updates, so can't really ask for anything more than that. Would recommend these guys, thanks!

Andy arrived early. After diagnosing our issue, he fixed it the same day based on the severity. Quote was clear and concise. Office replied to my yelp inquiry within minutes for same day service. Andy replaced our garbage disposal, distribution system pressure gauge in tehe crawl space and fixed a toilet in about 2 hours. Very efficient!

Sam and James were able to install our new well pump and get our water back on after nine days without!

We’d been quoted high prices by well specialists who wanted to sell us their own pumps, up sell services we didn’t need (like replacing our perfectly fine tank) and threaten that we “may” have to pay a costly fee to replace the in-well pump.

We didn’t get any of that run around from Plumbserve. We purchased a new professional grade well pump from a local supplier and the guys from Plumbserve installed it without issue. Saved us about $1000. I would definitely recommend them.

Matt did a wonderful job installing our tankless water heater! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He showcased his finished work, let me know if the next steps I needed to do(electrician for grounding) and showed me how to operate my new water heater.

A main valve stopped working in the late afternoon and it left us without any water. I went through Thumbtack and found this company. I was in a crunch. I'm 73 expecting my first inhouse guest in over a year in a few days and my guest toilet broke. I located a plumbing company that promised next day service but then they canceled that offer the next day and couldn't come until the day after my guest. I immediately contacted PlumbServe and they fitted me into their busy schedule for the next day. The repairman was prompt, friendly and very informative and mostly patient with an old lady explaining everything to me. Besides the toilet he also fixed my bathtub knob that has been falling off for 2 years due to missing screw, looked over my plumbing under my kitchen sink and eased my mind. I would definitely encourage using this company to everyone.

PlumbServe was recommended to us by a neighbor a few years ago when we were looking to have a tankless hot water heater installed. They did a great and conscientious job on the install and have been servicing the hot water heater for a clean-out each year since. Today, Kaylee and Nolen performed the clean out and took the time to look at a few other concerns while they were onsite, too. All of my experiences with PlumbServe have been positive, with quick, responsive, and professional service and quality work.

inquired about having a clog issue with in the first week of moving into an older (new to us) home. understood the process of the diag charge for them to come out & that they waive it if you have a service done. what i did not expect, was to be told after an hour of trying to unclog our lines, that it would be at least $750 to unclog the line and then be told that their hydrojetter was down for maintenance. to then be up-charged another $400 for the larger drain machine the still could not solve our issue. They did not offer to come back once their jetter was up & running, and also charged a $25 credit card fee that showed in receipt but was not expressed up front, in which case we could have just written them a check to avoid. very expensive and disappointing. had to have Faison Plumbing Plus come out with their jetter and actually fix our problem for another ~$400. we need several thousands of dollars worth of old plumbing replaced and we will not be using this company.

They came out gave me a couple probabilities, very well versed in explaining issues I could have and what I could do to solve the issues. Offered to run the camera through the line, which I had decided not to do. Very Professional!!

Having an underground leak with a water feed pipe to the house from the road to the house. I myself dug the hole up where the leak was and found the leak hoping to be able to fix it myself. Afte locating the leak and realizing this was a little above my expertise, I called Plumbserv. The graciously responded same day without the issue being and emergency response call. After seeing the issue the technicians tried to locate the water meter shut off. Tried for well over an hour to locate the meter for shut off and could not. They charged me a service call fee of $150.00 for about nothing. After a week of waiting for NC811 to locate the water meter at the edge of the property i had Plumbserve come back out to fix the pipe.
This is where it gets good.
The technician was great. Fixed the pipe correctly, timely and purposely left the hole open for in case the pipe was not fixed correctly and did not charge me at that time for the repairs. It was when i was satisfied with the repair that i was to call the office and pay the fees. I called to pay the fees and the office associate was awesome and was able to roll the earlier fees i paid into that bill i needed to pay for the final bill and that was over the top awesome. Please don't hesitate to call these guys to have them work on you plumbing needs. I will recommend to anyone to call them, they were great.

The Plumbserve guys were quick and courteous and conclusively fixed our problem. They were very trustworthy and did not offer to do any unnecessary work. I also liked how they helped educate about the problem and what things we might want to do in the future.

Turned out to be something simple, and all I owed was the consultative fee (which would have gone towards any more expensive repair). Would definitely call again.

We woke up to a cold shower- not a great thing! After a couple of attempts ourselves to relight the pilot on the water heater we decided to call a plumber. I called our heating/AC guy and he referred PlumbServe. I spoke with PlumbServe receptionist & she assured me she would get someone to help us that same day. Within an hour I received a call from Sam. Sam and his teammate Seth showed up on time, were very professional and friendly. We were immediately put at ease. They went to work and identified the problem within just a few minutes!!! They performed some long overdue maintenance as well and got it back up working in no time! He gave me a quote that seemed on the high side compared to another quote I received. He also seem to keep pushing a different water heater with a tank. I decided to go with a different installer.

I was contacted by Plumb Serve using Yelp! and The next day they came and checked out all the issues we were having in our bathrooms. The following week they were able to get in here and the job was a lot bigger than expected as we have an older home and they went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. It was supposed to be a couple hour job which turned into a over 12 hour job. They took care of us as if we were family and made the process very smooth. We had to have both showers fixed, new water shutoff also fix a leak on an outside spigot.

We will definitely be using them again and I suggest that anyone that comes across their name to give them a call. They are family run small business and they take care of you the same.

Our water was not working and Shawn came right over! He was so quick to come inspect the pipes at our office which is an old house in Wake Forest. The house is very old and has a tight crawl space but Shawn was able to check all out pipes immediately find the issue, order us the parts and get us on PlumbServe's repair schedule! Sam and his team were very good to work with. My remodel project was challenging and a few issues came up but they dealt with each one and got everything resolved in a timely manner. Very flexible and allowed me to work on aspects of the project to help me save some money. If you are doing a remodel project I would recommend them.

Went above and beyond to make it right

I had a plumbing emergency over the weekend, and was able to get Sam out the next day to help. While he couldn’t solve the problem (due to no fault of his own, just happened that the blockage was on the city side of the sewer line) he was friendly, efficient, and worked hard to try to solve my problem. It was definitely expensive, but Sam was very up front and honest about the cost. And I would expect the cost for any emergency plumbing services to be relatively expensive. I appreciated the transparency, and how hard he worked to attempt to solve my problem. I would definitely call again if (Heaven forbid) I ever needed any urgent plumbing assistance.

Andy was excellent and professional while Tara was very patient with my multiple questions on my call prior to service. I will have a need for a plumber this summer so I got a business card from Andy. I won’t have to go through the hassle of hunting a plumber and getting quotes in the future. However, the original quote was not honored resulting in a $300 additional charge. What's the point in receiving a quote if it gets changed last minute, while the tech is standing in front of you? If you use this company, beware of up-charges.

Scheduling an emergency same day appointment to deal with a bathroom leak was quick and easy. They communicated their anticipated time of arrival and gave us notice when they were 30 minutes away. The problem ended up being more complex than expected entailing replacing a pipe, the cut off valve for both hot and cold water and installing a new faucet. Andy and Sam were thorough and gave us updates every step of the way. They were committed to completing the call on the same day and had to make more than one trip to get all the necessary supplies. Andy and Sam paid attention to detail and ensured the replacement faucet matched the previous one as closely as possible. In addition to clearly sharing pricing estimates, they also ensured we received the military and senior discount since my mom was the one paying for the service call. We are very satisfied with their service and will be sure to schedule them for our future plumbing needs.

We had a really good experience with this company installing an icemaker in our kitchen. We were surprised how many plumbers we called that actually wouldn’t install it, ended up finding plumbserve on a Google search and they said they could do it. I called PlumbServe to look at our sump pump, and a tech came out the next day. He quickly realized that it would need to be replaced (bad motor) and went to work finding a replacement. He also contacted the septic company on our behalf to have them flush out the system. By the end of the following day, the unit had been replaced and we we back in business. They were always very responsive and up front with pricing. Would highly recommend.

I got called less than 30 minutes later that they were at my house and told me what the problem was and they could come back that afternoon around 2 and do the job. I came home around 2:45 and they were working on it. Job fininished by 4:30. Very nice and professional. They may now be my permanent plumber.

Josh replaced my 2 bathroom faucets as part of a master bathroom refresh. He was professional and super personable, explained what he was doing, and gave tips on how to keep sinks running clean. We had a great experience with PlumbServe. Our water heater (15 years old) started going on the fritz on a Friday and other places we called didn't have availability until late the following week. PlumbServe had someone out to our house the same day, applied a temporary solution that lasted us through the weekend, and was back here first thing Monday morning to replace the heater. Throughout the process they were responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

We recently had Plumbserve, LLC install the main water line when we went from a well to using municipal water. We got quotes from several other plumbing companies as well. Plumbserve was the most knowledgeable as well as provided the best quote. Another company’s quote was about 3x what Plumbserve quoted, for exactly the same work! The Plumbserve tech that did the main work did an excellent job, especially with explaining everything and patiently answering all of my many questions. I definitely recommend them!

My wife met the techs at our rental property. We thought the response time and work performed was very good but a little over priced. We were not given a price quote before the work began. But after it started we were given an original price of $250 to lift a toilet, replace the wax ring and reset the toilet which was questioned and they gracefully reduced it to $200. I think $200 for less than 1hr work including drive time from the office is a little over priced.

Our PVC was broken by landscapers at our well and PlumbServe worked us into their schedule so we could have water again. Office staff and technician were very responsive, professional, and helpful to get our issue taken care of. Called when they were on their way which was much appreciated!

Sam and his team helped us out in a huge way at the worst possible time—we had a sewer line back up into our downstairs bathroom, as a result of a broken sewer line. They were able to come out quickly (extra thanks to their dispatcher Kellie), and I was so relieved when they got us on the schedule for the next day to complete the repair. Before the appointment, they were communicative and helpful. On the day of the repair, they worked carefully and quickly and got us back up and running. We would definitely rely on them for any future plumbing need. Thank you so much!

Seemed a bit pricy for the job, but everything else was great. The technician answered all of my questions thoroughly and demonstrated exceptional skill and experience.

Prompt arrival of plumber Andy. Excellent, quick installation of a bathroom vanity. Respectful of my home. Did not even track in mud! Very fair pricing. This was my first experience with PlumbServe, and I'm so thankful now for the security of having their number in my phone for life when I need them for other plumbing issues.

Had a pinhole leak in a water line. Found these guys from a next door referral. I texted them the details and Sam responded promptly. They set up an appt time and came out same day, within 2 hours of me reaching out. Kaylee did a great job to fix the problem with minimal delay, despite having to use tools in a very tight space. Nolen was there to assist and learn. Hard to find service like that these days. It is much appreciated.

Installed a new well pump for us in Dec 2021 and that went fine. However, the well system stopped working again last week. Two new guys came out last week and charged us $250 to test the foot valve. Said the foot valve was fine so I went to the well pump supplier and got a new well pump since the pump was still under warranty.

The guys were supposed to come back yesterday to install the new well pump but didn’t show up so my husband managed to get it installed but the water still wouldn’t flow. He talked to the plumbserv guys and they said it may actually be the foot valve. The same thing they charged us $250 to test and said was fine last week.

Then they told my husband they would still come out today to see why the water isn’t flowing but it’d be a $500 charge whether they get it running or not. That’s outrageous. We called their office and we’re told the guys set their own prices according to what they feel like charging.

Needless to say we told them not to come. Who has $500 to throw away? Especially when we’ve already paid them $250 for nothing.

Two stars because their got the pump running last time. But they tried to rip us off this time.

Very professional about solving the toilet clog I was having in my bathroom. Highly recommend them if your having any type of plumbing problem.they came to the rescue in a timely manner.i call yesterday and they came out the next day.. Rated 5 stars in my book

PlumbServe performed as they promised and as you would like all businesses to. They answered the call on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled the repair for Monday morning. The guys called 30 minutes ahead of their arrival and then showed up on time. They completed the repair without any drama, they showed what they did and that everything worked again, and cleaned up before they left. Based on my experience I would confidently refer PlumbServe to family, friends and my real estate clients.

We had one of their technicians come by today to replace a couple of faucets and a garbage disposal. The guy was helpful and informed us what was exactly needed to get the job completed. Once we approved the quote, he got to it promptly. We are pleased with the overall experience. Thank you 👍🏻

Josh ( the technician) was professional respectful and solved the issue. This was an after hour call so am grateful someone came. My only complaint is in order for the job to get warranty I had to pay an additional $400.00 which I opted out. That is to put a camera and check. I was told if I don’t do that they will not take responsibility if anything happened the next day. I feel this is unfair to the customer because the whole work was so expensive. I understand plumbing work is but charging that much to insure the job they did shouldn’t be the client’s responsibility. Also after charging so much to tell someone “ well I don’t give you no warranty if you call me tomorrow I will charge you as a new work order” is unfair.

Solid experience all around. Great communication from Kelly, on time, understood the mess they walked into and formed a great plan matched with a fair quote for the job. Josh and Sean did great work and made sure I understood what they did. This is a winning team that will take on a job that 80% of the other companies will not even consider doing. Thank you PlumbServe
