Always get great service from A&H Plumbing.
This time I used them for a gas water heater installation at my mom’s house. As usual, they were responsive, on time arriving and completing the work. Quote and final price the same, which was 10% below another quote my mom had received. Needed a sink valve replacement while they were there, which they happily did the extra work before leaving.

Very responsive, professional, and quality workmanship. I called Mike on Friday before Labor Day with a main water line leak. He had a guy out there fixing it by the end of the day. It was a messy job that required the technician to be there very late. The job was finished at a very reasonable price. I've used A.H. Plumbing for years, and have always had a great result. Their quotes are fair and very competitive. No upselling, which I really appreciate - just recommends what you need.

Having a water heater fail is a stressful time but thanks to A.H. Plumbing my replacement process could not have gone more smoothly. From my initial phone call, the morning after my water heater failed, to the followup visit 3 days after the new water heater was installed, the service was top-notch. My family worked with Michael. He offered great communication via phone and text. He, and his team were punctual and kept me notified when they were on their way. He patiently answered all my questions and took time to keep me updated during the installation process. I felt the pricing was fair and reasonable.
If you have the misfortune of a water heater failing or just need plumbing services I highly recommend A.H. Plumbing.

Fixed the outside faucet from a freeze bust.....fast and efficient and reasonable pricing

We’ve had low water pressure previous 30-60 days.. called Mike @ A & H plumbing on a Hot Friday afternoon.. sent someone over & in 1 hour he was at my house.. Replaced the old Pressure Release valve .. ran all water lines including showers .. Cleared the hot water sediment in all lines..

Pressure perfect & all done within 1. 1/2 hrs from time of my original phone call..

I used A&H about a year ago to cap two lines in the kitchen rebuild & am so glad I saved his contact

I used A.H. Plumbing 10 + years ago for a water heater installation, recently for a pipe leak, and even more recently for another water heater installation. Matthew did the install. He arrived on time, is polite, personable and professional, and went right to work. When finished, he explained everything he had done, showed me a few things about the water heater and shut off valves, answered all of my questions, checked the water pressure in the house, and cleaned up. He was thorough and efficient. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Michael was very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to fix a few small things (in addition to installing the new garbage disposal) that he noticed about other pipes under the sink. Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable, fast, on time, and thorough -- even cleaned up after. Gave solid advice, honest and truthful about different ways to do the same thing and their general price points without trying to upsell or pressure sell. Cleaned up thoroughly after himself when leaving. Gave advice for what to look for as signs of a potential problem before a full leak or clog in the future for my particular system that I wish I had known before he came, because it would have spared me a lot of trouble!

The service call charge of $49 to cover travel time was very reasonable. BUT, the work was completed in 10 minutes to add a 3 in pipe under the sink for an additional $165 for a job priced over $210.

AH plumbing did an amazing job on my water heater. The water heater was in an unorthodox place (in corner of garage in the air). The technician immediately called the owner Mike and he showed up shortly to lend a helping hand. They talked about the concerns of the job and worked out a plan to overcome the challenge ahead. Price was reasonable and they were finished in the time frame I was given when I booked this company. Great job guys

Once again AH Plumbing came to my rescue! They are always on time and always do good work.

The work done was to reattach my exterior water hose faucet to the foundation. The service was well done. The service call charge of $49 to cover travel time was very reasonable. BUT, the work was completed in about 25 minutes and the charge for the work was $98 more, bringing the total to $147. This is way too much for 25 minutes of work. You've already charged $49 to cover your travel costs. There were NO PARTS necessary for the repair other than 2 screws. $200/hour for the actual work time is ridiculous.

Matthew came out to fix a water pressure issue in the house. He replaced the pressure valve as well as the expansion tank. He did a thorough job, was knowledgeable and charged a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company.

I called them to fix a leaking sewer main right outside my home. They did a great job confirming the problem via camera and sent someone the next day to excavate and replace and a small broken line. Excellent customer service in the office and the field. I would recommend them.

I had him come out for an estimate on my plumbing, He came out said he would email me the estimate the next day I never heard nothing from him so I hit him up he said it would be a week before he could get to it I said that's fine I just need the estimate he rudely texted me and said he couldn't help me, very unreliable I would not recommend him

Mike did some work for me at my building and did a great job. I called him again for another issue and we scheduled a time for him to come out. We were expecting bad weather so he told me that if it snowed it would be pushed back a day or two. After the snow cleared he never showed. I tried calling him to reschedule and he never returned my call. Poor customer service in my eyes.

Very disappointed in A.H. Plumbing's treatment of me and my husband on a recent repair. Not only was it grossly overpriced, but it was not the problem and a little over a week later, we had two separate people basically say that the repair was done, on an already broken item and that the repairman, should have known that.
I hate that we were treated this way by a company that we thought that we could trust, from past experience.

Water heater installed in 2019 is failing and they are helping to replace under warranty. Labor isn't covered but they were quick to respond with scheduling. Honestly more concerned with repair than I am with the labor cost.

Mr. Mike is very responsive and will make sure things get done right if there’s a problem.

They always save the day!

One of their drivers was texting while he was driving. He was going very slow, 45 in a 55. He kept swerving around in the lane. People kept trying to pass him and he would slow down next to another car and not let anyone through. When I tried to pass him in a passing lane he swerved into me trying to hit me. If youd like to go slow thats fine but stay in the right lane or atleast not put other people in danger. They say on their website they treat everyone like family. Y'all must have a messed up family then. I will never be calling A.H. Plumbing for any repairs.

I had an issue and called A.H. Plumbing around 1 PM there were here in less than 2 hours- and diagnosed my problem! Super helpful and kind!

The service the company did was good. However the low score is because they left trash, pipe, and plumbers snake in my yard. They also also did not put back the garden hose they use back on the hose holder. They also cut my internet line. They also use a plastic bowl of milk e snd did not return it. This is why I say they are unprofessional. Good work but sloppy.

This is the fifth time I've used this plumbing company and they've given great service every time. They've installed new outdoor faucets, toilets, and this time a new kitchen sink. Very professional and detailed.

Called to see if I can schedule immediate service and it was not available - which is fine, of course. The gentleman that I spoke with was VERY helpful and knowledgable, he talked me through what the issue could be as well as gave me instructions as best he could over the phone. Will definitely save this company when I need something in the future!!
