Jim called when he was in his way and arrived right on time. Very pleasant. Was able to diagnose problem with our in-wall European toilet, researched the needed parts and will return to install them once it comes in. Also did a minor repair on a pop-up drain. The whole thing took less than an hour. I’d use him again for sure!

I had a list of plumbing jobs to do once our kitchen remodel was complete : install faucet, disposal, dishwasher, sink shutoff valves, fridge water line, remove and cap gas line, new hose bibs, toilet repair. Plumbing Techs (Gregg) explained what was needed and provided an accurate quote. He showed up on time, got to work and had it completed that day. I like that all the work is backed by a warranty. Would definitely use them again. Outstanding.

I had a leaking pipe that was causing an issue with my flooring. I was pleasantly surprised about and appreciated the same day service. My service tech Isaac was great and got the job done! Isaac was very knowledgeable about his craft. He fixed my leaking toilet - an issue that another company I contacted for a quote said they couldn't do. He also cleaned up afterwards. Dearborn area

Guy was friendly, went a little out of his way to ensure its working reliably. Knocked off a good chunk of the price if I put my wall panel back on, which I did, and was thankful for. I thought initially it was a tad expensive but that changed my mind. Also, paid for quality service. Trustable. Can recommend.

Dishonest! Do not let these guys in your house.

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.

Your receptionist was rude. Parsed words with me. I called you equipment snake and she called your equipment cutter. I had two snake processes didn’t work. She was so extremely unhelpful. I can’t believe you book any work with that kind of intro to your company.
