I made a 5 star review for Mr. Jones years ago.
He has been my plumber for 5+ years.
Always on time and dependable.
Never been late once in 5 years.
Always fixed the problem.
Polite and respectable.
Lately the business has been taken over by someone else.
I’ve made 2 appointments and no one came.
I left 3 voicemails.
I’m so upset because this was a great company. Now I would not do business with them.
It’s a shame. Mr. Jones good business is over.

Whenever we washed clothes it took quite some time for our old cement double stationary tub to drain. I called Jones and he was here within 30 minutes (on a Sunday I might add). He knew the problem right away. He cut out the old trap beneath the tubs and replaced with the newer style trap. He was in and out in roughly an hour. The water drains so fast now that the second (overflow) tub never gets water in it. I have no problems with his service and will call on him again!!

Called Mr. Jones on 7 16 19 and found his attitude to be very poor. I cannot due business with a man with his attitude......

I received this notification on my email to rate this company and it automatically rate itself with 5 star rate when I try opening it. I call them and they never returned my call. I will never recomend this company

I may have found my new plumber! I have rental property and am always on the hunt for good contractors. I called Mr. Jones yesterday after reading his Google reviews. He came out promptly. My tenant said that he worked diligently for 2 hours, and he charged me a more than reasonable price. I will be calling him today to line up more work. Thank you Mr. Jones.
