Plumbing techs were an excellent group to work with from start to finish. Thank you to Scott, Jamie, and team for making our installation of a toilet & vanity a very easy process. Jamie was able to make some minor customizations on our vanity to fit our recent remodel of an older bathroom. Great value and a great crew of people!

I had a water heater replaced by Plumbing Techs and it was top notch from start to finish. The price was fair, the job done well (including upgrading my vent and gas line to current requirements), they were respectful, cleaned up well and removed the old water heater. They explained the operation of the new heater and explained the coverage provided. I have also used them to inspect and repair a leak in my toilet seal that damaged my downstairs wall and was very happy with that. Will not hesitate to call them again.

I recently used Plumbing Techs for a gas leak involving my stove. They sent a gas specialist, and I am confident he did a good job. He arrived during the given time frame, was courteous, and answered all my questions. I would use this company again.

I called Plumbing Techs for a leak in my crawl space. A few companies I called before would not even entertain working in a crawl space. Austin came out to repair the pipe. He was on time, helped explain the pipes that ran throughout my house, worked fast, and was very professional. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues. We will use them again 100%.

I had a list of plumbing jobs to do once our kitchen remodel was complete : install faucet, disposal, dishwasher, sink shutoff valves, fridge water line, remove and cap gas line, new hose bibs, toilet repair. Plumbing Techs (Gregg) explained what was needed and provided an accurate quote. He showed up on time, got to work and had it completed that day. I like that all the work is backed by a warranty. Would definitely use them again. Outstanding.

Joel H from Plumbing Techs did an excellent job of replacing the parts to the toilet and addressing the leaks from the pipes below. Joel knew what he was doing and quickly got the job done. I appreciated the advices shared by Randy and Joel regarding this job. Their job costs are reasonable and they try to schedule the job as soon as they can. Definitely will use them again in the future.

Very good experience from start to finish. I scheduled appointments for 2 building to have backflow testing done. Tim came out and was very friendly, pleasant and patient while I got him to the right spot. Everything was done timely and I would definitely use them again.

Plumbing Techs came out on a Saturday to fix a broken pipe. They were quick and price was surprisingly reasonable.

So professional, this company is amazing. I was sent a pic of the Tech prior to a timely arrival. They are reasonably priced, they took time to explain what happened and answered all my questions. I would rate them a 10!!!!

Austin showed up on time for a quote and was able to repair my leaking natural gas pipes right away. His price was reasonable and the finished product looks and works great. He also answered other questions I had about the hot water heater and water pipes. 5 stars!

Very caring

Our water heater sprung a leak over the weekend. Called Plumbing Techs of Michigan and a few hours into the following Monday, they came out and installed a brand new water heater. Within 48 hours of discovering the issue, our problem was resolved. Great service, great knowledge and insight, great pricing. Would highly recommend!

I have to say, I think this is the first time I have ever felt good about a plumber, but these guys were great! Way above expectations. We had a leaky water heater and they were able to fit me in and get out here that same day to fix it. The price was very reasonable, the technician knowledgable and the communication was outstanding. When I first called the heater was actively spitting water so Randy, who answered the phone, walked me thru how to shut off the water so there was no active leak. When they couldn't get there at the time they initially thought they could, the office called to let me know and make sure it was okay. Definitely would call them again.

Tried to upcharge $500 for no reason. Claimed certain piping wouldn't be able to fit then was corrected when shown a spacing behind other piping. Lie about difficulty of project and put on many more hours of work than a job will take.

I called for a leak under my kitchen sink. They promptly came right out,quoting me a price and then did the work. Very professional and courteous Plummer. I will definitely call again. And will recommend you.

I was very pleased with the work that plumbing Tech preformed They installed 2 toilets and a hot water heater. Besides the quality of installation, I could not find a better price.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. Long story short, they did not provide the service that I paid for and charged me for sending someone a second time to fix a problem that they didn't fix in the first place!

Long version:
I called them to fix a sewage plumbing problem in my basement. They sent a guy on a Friday, who I paid right away, who claimed that he had fixed the problem, however he didn't. The sewage water in our basement began to flood again that weekend. We called the company back first thing monday and they said they could send another person to fix the job but they would charge use the same fee again! They wanted to charge me again for fixing a problem that they never fixed! I said fine since I needed the problem fixed asap and then they didnt send the next person until three days later! So my basement was filled with sewage for three entire days, smelling up the entire house before someone came again!

The price was reasonable, their schedule was busy, but they were able to handle our emergency, and they showed up on time, (they give you about a 2 hr window), pictures were available of before and after...very cool..cleaned up before leaving, which is always a plus, very respectful, too...yes we would recommend.

Very expensive broke the bank for a steam replacement the plumber came walking on my carpet with his shoes on I had to ask him 2 times to use foot covers would never recommend these reviews are fake the owner does not care and said were not cheap we pay our workers very well

Leaking pipes had ruined our morning and where other companies in the area offered to send a technician the next day or in the late evening (for an extreme fee just to show up), Plumbing Techs had their technician Tim at our house in less than two hours, at the very beginning of the estimated time frame I was given over the phone.

Tim was polite and professional, and handled replacing some of our piping with ease. We were given the cost of the work upfront, with no fee for estimation, Tim told us it would take around an hour and a half and sure enough when the time came he had stopped the leak and had our piping / valve looking professional.

I really appreciate the speed and professionalism of Plumbing Techs and reasonable price of the work done (we paid as much as another company in the area tried to charge us just for an estimation).

Again, I highly recommend Plumbing Techs and plan on hiring them again.

Quick service, they replied timely to the online form request, had a tech out within one hour to snake out a drain. He was upfront with what they could or could not do, and did not try to have both drains snaked as other companies have in the past.

Our family has used Plumbing Techs twice, once for issues regarding our plumbing stack that had been installed incorrectly by another plumber previous to us owning the house and our second issue was with our kitchen plumbing freezing over. Martin was dispatched in both instances. He was punctual, communicated effectively about what he was seeing, the fix or fixes that we could consider and explained what he was doing while he was doing the work, and cleaned up after he was done. We will always call Plumbing Techs for any plumbing issues we have with our home.

Best Plumbing company I have worked with period Not only do they know their stuff and have fair and reasonable prices they are prompt, courteous, and care about their customers and their satisfaction. No service company I have worked with is this well run. I have used their services twice and had a great experience both times. They recently did a great job cutting out my old toilet flange for a new one which was not an easy job as well as replacing all my valves for my Half Bath that I gutted.

Between June of 2020 and Feb 08 2023 I have used Scott's group to replace a sump pump and redo the discharge to my outside drain, install a new extra large set tub in basement with water lines, purchase and install a new water heater, install a new set tubs in my basement and fix a leaky bath room faucet. He had to run water and hook into sewer and install set tubs. It was a very professional job. He also replaced my heavy duty sump pump and removed the rust covered old one with out any stains or leakage in the house. Their prices can not be beat for a very high quality job.

Randy was super detail in his work. Very informative and honest with everything. He was very nice.
