It didn't go as completely smoothly and resulted in a little extra than hoped for cost, but stayed at it until the issue was resolved and did not jump immediately to more expensive solutions/approaches.

They didn't copy phone number down correctly, so they couldn't call to confirm. We drove 1 hour to make sure we were at the property by 9:00 a.m. for their window. Thank goodness we had other companies to give quotes on same day, so that it was not a wasted trip. We'll use a local plumbler instead.

Lamar came over to check out a sewage smell and replaced the sump pump for us. Additionally we asked him to look at our brand new dishwasher after multiple others had said it was just defective. He fixed the connection to the garbage disposal and it finally works! Lamar was very professional, helpful and kind. Will definitely be using Roto Rooter again!

They came out within a couple hours of me setting an appt. The price was a bit higher than I was expecting just from what I saw from other companies while initially googling . But I had no problem paying the price to have the problem remedied quickly. Bonus 6 month warranty!

Edit to add... I initially gave a better review hoping for that I would be more happy with the service. (They have you do the survey before they do the work for an extra $20 off) They did what they came out to do, my bathroom sink is unclogged. But for more than twice the going rate for the service provided (with $60 in coupons applied), I wouldn't expect to have to clean up my walls, floor, door, under the sink and the bathtub when he left. He also didn't wear show covers when he walked through my house. He walked into a clean bathroom and walked out with it looking like a mud wrestling tournament had taken place. He WAS friendly and professional initially but professionalism was lost after he fished the job. Unfortunately I won't be using this company again after the 6 month warranty is over.

Nate was the plumber that showed up to snake my main drain. He was very professional, honest, and clean with the job. Based on my experience with him, I'd definitely recommend roto-rooter to friends and family. The Prices may not be the lowest in the biz, but it's true you get what you pay for in this case.

Joe did and excellent job draining 31 years of Calcium buildup in the master bedroom shower drain.

Professional repair and he also shared using CLR to prevent buildup in the future for Showers and Toilets.

Roto Rooter quoted $1400 to hydro jet 220 feet of sewer line in my Beverly Hills home and required payment in advance. When they found they could do only 100 feet because they brought insufficient line, they stopped and did not return. I called multiple times requesting a refund of 50% of my money and no one would call me back and obviously they provided no refund. Very poor customer service by management.

Blake and Jordan were both very professional and informative when my sewer line backed up into my basement. Jordan came out at 11:00 pm on a Sunday and tried to clear things out with the normal cable, but tree roots had clogged up my line close to the street. He pulled out some root balls and explained the situation great, but unfortunately the line needed to be hydrojetted because it was so severe. Blake came out this morning and was able to clear out both root ball blockages near the street with the hydrojet. I appreciated how he showed what the whole sewer line looked like with the screen the camera was attached to both before and after he cleaned the line out and explained everything in great detail. I'm a happy customer.

Quick and fast service on a Saturday! Cleaned out our kitchen line that was backing up with sewage and a fair price. I’ve never had an issue with this company and I’ll use them again.

Kitchen sink was backed up. Called roto rooters and they were at my house in 30 minutes. Very efficient and hard working. Up and running in no time.

The prices are entirely to high. To replace the inside toilet tank mechanism is 400.00. Our bill to snake the toilet and the main was 541.00. They were prompt to arrive and as far as we know, the job was done correctly.

Arrived quickly and made the process of cleaning the drains and getting a restoration company out to work with my insurance.

I have had to use roto rooters services 2 times now and it has been great. The first time they were able to clear water out of the basement, and the second time they fixed water backing up into the utility sink. The service was fast, the technician Kyle was professional, and service happened same day as the call

I called Roter Rooter as our basement had flooded. The person answering the phone said between 9-1 someone could come out to me. (I called at 9:07) she checked again and found Blake could be to us in 45 minutes. Blake came and immediately got to work. He was kind, courteous and knew what he was talking about. Blake was so thorough and made sure I knew what was happening. Blake was incredible, he tried so many methods and was happy to answer all of my questions with kindness and compassion. Ultimately we had to use their more intensive service than just snaking the drain but Blake made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I don’t know what would’ve happened if I hadn’t gone with Roter Rooter and if they sent me a tech other than Blake - I know for sure I wouldn’t be as happy with the service. This is my first home and first big issue (Murphy’s law, I’m sure) but request Blake from RR and you won’t be disappointed.
