They completed partially, and demanded payment that day, and said they’d come back to finish the work later, and now won’t pick up the call or claim the person might not be available etc. terrible customer experience. Will be disputing it with my card company most likely. Work quality seems fine up to the point they did it but can’t even check anything because they didn’t finish the work! Terrible!

My plumber was Blake and he was incredible. After I told him what was going on he diagnosed it and gave all the potential options he could do then recommended based on budget. He was very positive throughout the whole appointment. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again because of him
