Flooded Basement. I was advised by another plumber that my basement floor could not be drained and I would need to pay thousands of dollars. Mr. Eboni overheard my conversation in a wholefoods parking lot and asked me to give him an opportunity to check it out. Best grocery trip of my life love Eboni and Rightway plumbing company. I had an ongoing leak in my bathroom for off and on over a month. Two different companies were at my property during that time. The issue was never resolved until Rightway came out! They were very professional, in and out and I haven’t had an issue since! Highly recommended.

Rightway Plumbing was contracted out to us by Choice Home Warranty Insurance company. They were prompt and very accommodating. My plumbing problem was urgent and we need them to move our appointment up to a soon as possible appointment. And, they were on it!
They sent a plumber out as soon as they had a cancellation. The plumber that came out was punctual, experienced and got the job done correctly. I would recommend Right Way plumbing to anyone.

I contacted Rightway via HomeServe for two separate minor toilet repairs. The repairer managed to fix one of the two issues but not the other. The representative mentioned he was not aware of the second issue. I am mot sure why he did not have details as I shared detail about the both issues in advance when I placed this service call. So, I am not happy about Rightway service since the work is half completed.

Please do not do business with these guys! The worst experience I've had with a plumbing company. Our plumber Richard yelled at my family, got aggressive by throwing his tools on the ground, he damaged a pipe which caused a bigger leak, and this is how he left the condition of my kitchen. I will not recommend their business to any of my family and friends. We were definitely fearful of his behavior. Please do not give them your business.

I had to have Rightway visit our rental property a few times to ensure everything was fixed properly. Most other plumbing companies would charge $500+ to install a garbage disposal but I was able to get it for $350. Thanks, Rightway!

He unfortunately was not able to fix my shower because the home warranty would not cover the needed work. He was able to fix the hot water leak on my sink and also advised me how to fix another issue I was having with Kitchen Faucet ( home warranty does not cover water pressure ). E'bony was very friendly and professional.

The tech (Richard) came into my house moving my things around without permission or asking me to move anyhting. Then he broke my property and had a terrible dismisive attitude on top of saying that our issue with him doing so was insignificant. The company has yet to reach out and also said the the enivronment was too hostile to send another technician out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service!
