Chris, Brandon, and Brendon with Nelson Brother’s are absolute ALL STARS!!!! The three of them spent 2 days digging up my sewer line that was 8 feet down and not once did they complain, even after the dirt wall caved in on them on 3 separate occasions. I couldn’t be more thankful for all of their hard work to get get the job done. As a company overall I would highly recommend Nelson Brothers for any plumbing needs. They care about their customers and make sure whatever job it is, that it is done the RIGHT way!

First time using Cregger plumbing.Michael came out to check the sewer line and vent pipe. Sewer checked out fine and Michael was polite and answered all my questions. For safety reasons it was scheduled for another day for James and Michael to repair the vent pipe.James was great,. Michael showed him the the issue and they cleaned a repaired the vent pipe. James is very knowledgeable and thorough.Both times Michael and James didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and the bill came in under the quoted price.This is a great company to do business with!

I called yesterday and spoke with Kenny. He said he would come out today and gave me a time. He asked me to text him my address, which I did immediately after hanging up with him. No confirmation of text or response of any kind and no show today. I will wait for the professional, responsive company I always use to come out when they’re available next week. I now suspect that all the good reviews were posted by family and friends.

First, I wouldn't leave any stars but I don't have that choice. The company came out at 4:00 to replace an above ground 1 foot section of PVC. The work took less than 20 minutes. He gave us a $190 bill. When asked why it was so high he said it was to pay for his overtime. Mind you, he came out at 4pm on a Wednesday. We were not told in advance that we had to pay overtime charges. Their Yellow Page ad states they will tell a person the charge before doing the work. My husband called, talked to Tim who gave us the overtime speech again. Tim said the parts were $20 and Tim had to pay the guy to go get the parts. He did leave to get the parts. He went right to his truck that was parked in our driveway. To shut us up Tim agreed to refund $35, which he would mail to us that same day. My husband has been calling to find out if the check is in the mail. Tim claims he mailed it out but when asked what address he mailed it to he didn't know. He said he would look it up and call back. He didn't call back so my husband, Randy called him. Tim asked what our address was. Randy asked him if he mailed the check he should know the address. Tim then came up with the wrong address. Tim's exact words were This is too much bull€*_# for $35.00. According to Tim he now has to wait for the check to clear the bank, yep, the check we never received. If he DID mail it to the wrong address and someone there cashed it, not our problem. Yes, $35.00 might not seem like a lot of money to him but on my paycheck that is 3 hours I have to work. He did send us a card for 20% off of our next job. If we were to call them back, which we won't be, he would probably jack the price up 25% to give us a 20% discount. He was very unprofessional, rude and kept blowing us off. After all, his words, it is only $35. Next call to the BBB.

All I can say is: research, research, research your problem on Google and YouTube so that you can practically do it yourself before you call them. They WILL try to rip you off if they think you're an easy target. I'm done with them.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

William and Bob were very professional. Answered all our questions and explained what was needed in a clear and concise manner. Gave information on product that can be used to help keep drain pipes clear.
Will definitely use this company again!

I spoke with Mike about a plumbing issue that I was having. He talked to me for 20-30 minutes about the probable issue and he was very reassuring that I could probably handle the fix because I am quite handy. Needless to say, Mike's diagnosis was spot on and fixing the issue took less than 10 minutes.

I can't say enough about how awesome Mike was in helping me work through this issue. It was so awesome to talk with someone that just wanted to help resolve the matter whether or not he/they got paid.

Called them as my laundry tub was backing up and not draining. Spoke with Ken - they were really busy and he could not guarantee they'd make it out same day however said to text him my info and he'd get back to me. Ken showed up within a couple of hours, used the electric eel and flushed out the line. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, professional, cleaned up after the job, fast service. I've used this company before and am never disappointed. Great service, highly recommend! Thank you, Ken!!
