Called for a plumber due to a blockage in drains at my daughter's home. Ken and his partner came within 20 minutes and eeled out the line. In 10 minutes he had everything up and running again. They were very pleasant, informative, neat and respectful. would definitely call again

Tried to get a quote from these guys -- they didn't seem to want to provide an accurate quote for a simple residential install/service. Person seemed a little upset that I was even calling.

Pretty disappointed with Windsor Emergency Plumbing, I called Shawn at about 11:00 am to see if they could get someone out after I was done work and he told me he was busy for the day and wouldn't be able to make it out but to call Ken and see if he was available. I spoke with Ken after I finished work at about 4:15 pm and he told me he had left early for his kids birthday party. I understand taking time off to be with your kids but don't advertise 24/7 365 emergency plumbing services if you don't offer anything close to that... Ken seemed annoyed just to be on the phone with me like I was bothering him by trying to give him business and recommended someone else. I told them I was fine paying time and a half for after hours but they still said they can't come out. I tried calling the person Ken recommended who didn't answer the phone and just sent me a text asking if he could call me back later, I said sure but of course never received a call. Definitely false advertising and honestly just seemed like laziness on their part. All I needed was an electric eel service and was told it would be $160 plus tax. I ended up using ProTrades who had fixed my AC unit earlier this year and they quoted me $80 for the hour plus $44 for the eel service, much cheaper and much better service. I scheduled a time with them and the plumber showed up right on time, was knowledgeable and honest and recommended a few things to help that I was not aware of. I will definitely be using ProTrades in the future for any of my home care needs. I can't comment on the skill level of Windsor Emergency Plumbing because they didn't come out so this review is based purely on the customer service, advertisement accuracy and level of availability which was pretty poor on all accounts.

I am not saying don't use this company but be wary if it is an emergency, they seem pretty unreliable.

Prompt efficient courteous service

These guys unclogged my kitchen sink and fixed a leaky bathroom faucet quickly and efficiently. This was all done within about an hour from first calling them. Shaun and his assistant did a great job and I will call them again for any future plumbing needs. I picked this company solely on the Google reviews and no other company came even close to the number of positive reviews. Price was reasonable even though I didn't call around for quotes or anything. These guys will get the job done. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

This company was great! We had sewage backing up in our laundry tub at 8 pm on a Saturday. They arrived within an hour and did a wonderful job. Very courteous and careful about our home - removed shoes when going in and out of the house, carried equipment out that had been exposed to sewage, and even cleaned up by mopping and using Lysol. To top it off, their fee was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

Professional, Reliable, and Responsive at a more than FAIR PRICE! We just had to call windsor emergency plumbingfor an emergency! Upstairs tub drain started leaking and spilled through our main floor bathroom ceiling! We called and they gave us immediate directions on how to stop more damage until they could arrive. they went above and beyond in fixing the leak. We will definitely be repeat customers! I used Windsor Emergency Plumbing for one of my rental properties when I had a water back up in the basement. I called them and they came same day and knew what was wrong right away. The were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I have several properties and used to use another plumber but now I use Windsor Emergency Plumbing for all my properties because they can do it all. I would recommend anyone in Windsor to use these plumbers.

Called for an emergency clean out of main sewer line. Ken showed up 20 minutes later. Was quick and friendly. Did not overcharge me and had everything fixed perfectly. Thanks for the advice too! Will definitely call again.

These guys are a joke. I had them out to do what should have been a simple job for a plumber. The guy I had out said he was missing his tools. What? Shouldn't you have the right tools with you to do the job? They missed the appointment day 2 times. No organizational skills at all. Sorry guys......no recommendation here!

They did their job fast. Although they took days to come in.

I had a plumbing emergency and called a well known plumbing company. When they addressed the problem they had reportedly found $1000's of necessary pipe work that they said had to be done immediately. I called Windsor Emergency Plumbing for a second opinion and they scoped out the problem. It turns out that aside from a couple minor repairs, with no urgency, nothing else needed to be done. Windsor Emergency Plumbing easily saved us thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. This is why we need to support and honour small and independent businesses that build their companies by operating with integrity.

dug.3x3 hole my driveway to.find the issue. They were successful in that aspect. Put maybe a yard of gravel to fill the hole that sank because of what they dug up Drive was unusable for quite some time. Finished the filling myself with gravel I dug up and dirt. They dug the hole and left with no follow up. Not impressed,.especially with no follow up as I watch watching from camera as to not be in the way. They dug, left a huge hole, and walked away.

They showed up promptly for emergency service and charged me a fair rate. The work was quick and my clients were very happy with the service. I will be using them again for my plumbing work in the area.

Quick & fast service. Very nice in person & they took the time to explain what they were doing. They knew exactly what the problem was just by my description & they were able to tell me exactly what needed to be done. They also gave a discount on the overall price as well as gave an accurate quote over the phone. Much cheaper than their competitors with excellent service.

First time they came out eeled drain. Came out again to fix shower drain and replace. It was a difficult job from what I was told due to drain not being CSA standard (it was a shower purchased from USA and made in China). Still fixed problem to my satisfaction. Came out again recently to fix a clog in late hours of the day. That make me think positively of them as not many companies will do this. They didn't charge me after hours fee and were really good about coming to fix the issue quickly.

One suggestion pay cash if possible as credit card transactions charge additional fees to the customer.

I would recommend these guys to anyone, I had another company come to my house to look at my sump pump and these guys gave me a price to change my whole pump out. I called emergency plumbing and they were there 20 minutes later, they told me the float was stuck and there was nothing wrong with my pump. Calling Windsor Emergency Plumbing saved me hundreds of dollars.

Called and made appointment late at night for the next day. It was a Saturday morning. He was running late but texted me to let me know. Showed up and knew the problem immediately. Stayed until he was absolutely sure it wasn’t going to keep acting up. Advised to have back flow valve installed. Informed me that the City has a program to subsidize it. I’ll call them back and have them install it.
Price for a Saturday was excellent. Did not overcharge. Honest person.

I don't even want to give this business 1 star, but in order to provide this review, I have to give it at least a star. I would never get Windsor Emergency Plumbing to do any work for me ever again. I was charged an hour of labour just for the plumber to get to our house out in the county, when upon inquiring if they come out to the county, I was advised yes they do -with no additional charge.

In addition to the hour of labour I was charged for the plumber to drive to my house, I was also charged approx. $30 for truck expenses, and an additional 4.1% of the total bill for more truck expenses. Needless to say, for the one guy to install a faucet, it was $230. Not worth it.

Please do not support this business. Total shadiness.

Windsor Emergency Plumbing is the best company by far. We had an emergency after hours Shaun showed up within 30 minutes! We have a crawl space and it didn't matter to this company. Not very many companies will do work in a crawl space.
This company has very honest pricing, prompt service, free estimates, and 24 hour service. This is the company I will call next time I have any kind of plumbing problem what so ever I know that I won't be ripped off.

I dont want hurt anyone. Sorry to say their attitude made me to do this.They are not at all professional even half the way he almost gave up and ask to call someone else . In between more than an hour they left the work place to get tools which they charged me, questioning about the labor hour he asked to settle in the court. They are not reasonable and workmanship is not good.

Called them as my laundry tub was backing up and not draining. Spoke with Ken - they were really busy and he could not guarantee they'd make it out same day however said to text him my info and he'd get back to me. Ken showed up within a couple of hours, used the electric eel and flushed out the line. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, professional, cleaned up after the job, fast service.
