I made several attempts to call plumbers and couldn't reach anyone in my area. I happen to drive by their office and called the same day They were out within two days. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable and quick . Reasonably price as well. I'm saving their number for any future issues. Thanks once again.

Just had Tru-Flow at my house and they provided the best service ever, so happy I called. Had a clogged sewer line since Saturday and he got it cleared in no time. Had lots of knowledge to share.

Unfortunately, I had to have some extensive pipe work done in my basement. Tru-Flo (Bob) did an amazing job and got the job done RIGHT! Everyone I spoke with including the owner of the company was trustworthy and respectful! If your looking for great plumbing service look no further!

Every time I call for service, they are prompt, courteous, and get the job done correctly. I have used Truflo plumbing for many years, and I'm very satisfied with their plumbing services. You will be very satisfied.

I used to work here. All of the customer complaints i've read are accurate! I have never screwed people like i did working for tim. He treats his employees just as bad as his customers. He will definately try to get an insurance claim on any job he bids! WATCH OUT for this sheister😘

Used them a few years ago and had good service. Called them several times a month ago and no response. Had to go to Richards plumbing to get my repair done.

Had this company come out when my toilet overflowed and destroyed my house. They came so quick and fixed my issue and helped me figure out how to have the flooring replaced! Would use them again. Highly recommend. They also are very respectful of Covid and use mask and shoe covers.

Called during rain storm on Saturday to get appointment on Monday. Water coming in basement drains. He was here within the hour! What a blessing. Used this company one time a few years ago and was impressed. Like them even more now. Thank you Tru Flow.

I have used Tru Flo twice since I bought my house. The first time was okay however a little pricey. He did suggest putting in a sewer access in my backyard to help if any more issues occurred. That was very helpful. Fast forward almost 2 years and the tree roots came back full force. So had to call back and request service. WILL is the plumber that came out. He was very professional and got the job done quick and even said he would come back out if anything else. He Fixed it so didn't have to call back. They said they would be out in an hour or less. They kept there word. With the new access from last time made it easier and faster. I would highly recommend Will and Tru Flo Plumbing. Not sure what the 1st plumber name was but if you call ask for WILL. I guarantee you will be very happy with his work and professionalism. He told me a price before starting and kept his word to the penny!!!! You can even use coupons. Look in the phone book.

Received a second opinion from this company and felt confident in choosing them. After doing so I realize that hind sight is 20/20. We were told that our main sewer in the basement had collapsed and the floor needed to be jack hammered so it could be replaced. When the job was completed the problem was still there and this time it was described as tree roots in the line located in the back yard. Also we went from needing the carpet cleaned from water intrusion near the laundry room doorway to having raw sewage tracked through the basement and stairway. After much controversy and arguing with the owner he took a small amount of money off the additional work because his workers failed to maintain a clean work space. Now that the snow is melting it's unfortunate of the condition of the yard deep ruts and large clumps of dirt every where including on my central air unit. Also visible now the my sons large wooden sand box that they moved and broke in several places. After contacting the company again and letting them know about the newly discovered damage it was explained to us that it's in the contract that their not responsible for anything, worst part of that is i didn't see said contract until after the work was complete and that was just an invoice. In a vacuum the workers tell you that you wont even know we were here when we're done which proves to be incorrect and the owner is very combative when things are brought to his attention.

Fast, reasonable, clean, professional. I've had two problems that I've used this company and both times they came right away, fixed the problems quickly and cleaned up after. Much better than past experience with Roto Rooter which was a nightmare!

Overcharged me, for a minuscule amount of work.

Be sure to read all of the 1 star reviews. Tried to call them to issue a complaint about one of their employees and they just hung up the phone. If that's how they handle things I can't imagine they care about their customers.

I think their price was over priced. It only took them 1.5 hours to fix 2 leak under my mobile home. They charge $625 for the repairs. Even if the parts were $200. $425 is a bit high for labor. They did a good job. That why I'm only giving 3 stars. Probably would not call again in the future.

Your company has been doing some work on Orchard Street in Wyandotte. I found over 20 cigarette butts in front of my house from your crew. Disgusting and it shows a lack of respect for my neighborhood. I'm not inclined to use your company. Ever.

First, I wouldn't leave any stars but I don't have that choice. The company came out at 4:00 to replace an above ground 1 foot section of PVC. The work took less than 20 minutes. He gave us a $190 bill. When asked why it was so high he said it was to pay for his overtime. Mind you, he came out at 4pm on a Wednesday. We were not told in advance that we had to pay overtime charges. Their Yellow Page ad states they will tell a person the charge before doing the work. My husband called, talked to Tim who gave us the overtime speech again. Tim said the parts were $20 and Tim had to pay the guy to go get the parts. He did leave to get the parts. He went right to his truck that was parked in our driveway. To shut us up Tim agreed to refund $35, which he would mail to us that same day. My husband has been calling to find out if the check is in the mail. Tim claims he mailed it out but when asked what address he mailed it to he didn't know. He said he would look it up and call back. He didn't call back so my husband, Randy called him. Tim asked what our address was. Randy asked him if he mailed the check he should know the address. Tim then came up with the wrong address. Tim's exact words were This is too much bull€*_# for $35.00. According to Tim he now has to wait for the check to clear the bank, yep, the check we never received. If he DID mail it to the wrong address and someone there cashed it, not our problem. Yes, $35.00 might not seem like a lot of money to him but on my paycheck that is 3 hours I have to work. He did send us a card for 20% off of our next job. If we were to call them back, which we won't be, he would probably jack the price up 25% to give us a 20% discount. He was very unprofessional, rude and kept blowing us off. After all, his words, it is only $35. Next call to the BBB.

Tru-Flo Plumbing came through for us today!!! My husband and I had a clogged drain and Bill came out in less than two hours and fixed us right on up!!! Thank you as we would have had to wait several days from other places!! We appreciate the quick service and the helpful information. We recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services!!

We called at 8:30 this morning and were told they didn't know if they could get to us today but would try. Someone was at our house within an hour and a half. He fixed the problem quickly and competently. Very pleasant and affordable considering the conditions he had to work in with the temperature and going into the crawl space.

I had used the company last year and was very satisfied with their work. This time the drain was snaked out fine - I assume - but the service after that was subpar: the technician had moved the washing machine to get to the drain. He didn't move it back. But that was the least of my complaints: He left an awful mess on the basement floor - last year the technician mopped it up with one of the mops that are in the basement -and didn't even bother to pick up the roots he had pulled out, although there was a garbage can right next to the drain. And finally, he didn't close the drain back up. Since there are 3 parts to it, I'm not sure how they are supposed to be placed into the hole.

If I could give zero stars I would. Only positive thing about my experience is that they came on time. My sewer line was clogged and backing up I explained where I believed the clogging was and they proceeded to go through the floor drain. After unsuccessful attempt I explained that it would properly be better to go through the clear out drain where the main stack is. They ignored my plea and decided to clear out all the way to the city sewer. After another unsuccessful attempt I pleaded with the again to snake from the main . And they finally did. Within a couple minutes my clog was cleared. They charged me 425 dollars for a job that should have been 150-200 max. I asked them about pricing before they even started and kept getting the run around. After the job was done they said 425 dollars and I almost had a heart attack. These guys are scam artists in my opinion.

Terrible with warranty repairs. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a major leak in one of my pipes. No shower, no bathroom at all in the upstairs. I'm not sure how fast they are for regular repairs.

These guys are crooks!...Thay took my grandmothe to the cleaners ...thay improperly diagnose the job and then charge a restocking fee for toilet s she didnt need. Told her she needed now toilets and pipes in ceiling.she had a broken pipe in the floor

I had an initial assessment of my plumbing issues and was told they would cont me back in a few days to set up repairs. I never head back from them Subsequently two additional appointments were scheduled and they never showed or called.Very unprofessional!!!!
