Had William come out for an issue with a Sanipro maceration pump in my basement. He made sure to walk me through a number of potential issues before trying a couple trouble shooting tasks before doing any major work. Thankfully the issue was solved with a quick flush of the system by turning on the shower that had not been used in about a year. He made sure to understand the problem and try small fixes before diagnosing anything and starting work that would have likely cost me at least double the price. I appreciate the honesty and respect he showed me while at my house to figure things out.

The young man got here in less tga2 30 minutes, looked at my problem, gave me options within my budget and finished in.<1hr. He was also very nice to my 3 yr. old grandson who had an arsenal of questions.

Jeff did a great job replacing our leaky kitchen faucet and leaky shower, as well as our broken outdoor spigot. He was on time, and was both courteous and professional. We have used Cregger Plumbing before and would again in the future! Thank you!

The manager Paul is very unprofessional. His customer service skills are lacking horribly. The way he spoke to the workers is inexplicable.

New Center did the plumbing for me in a carriage house on the west side. Apparently they usually only do commercial jobs, but the contractor handling my build out knew a guy who knew the owner. I think my job helped the owner fill some open time in the schedule between some larger commercial jobs. They were professional and did the work well and showed up when they said they would, even during COVID times when it is near impossible to get professionals to your house. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is that after finishing all the work they didn't clean up well (dirt in the shower, handprints on the walls). Not a huge deal on otherwise good service.

Had this company come out when my toilet overflowed and destroyed my house. They came so quick and fixed my issue and helped me figure out how to have the flooring replaced! Would use them again. Highly recommend. They also are very respectful of Covid and use mask and shoe covers.

Great company. Would absolutely call again. We needed the pipes replaced from the bathtub into the main drain and the toilet flange replaced. We called and scheduled an appointment and Frank came out on time. He was polite and completed the job quickly. I was worried he wouldn't be done in time for me to leave and pick my children up from school but he finished well before i had to leave. I am completly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Horrible! I called and was told someone would be out between an hr and a hr and a half, almost 3 hrs later I haven’t heard from anyone!

Fred came out right away and helped us figure out what was going on with our sub-pump line outside. It was broke and not draining. Very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone that I spoke with there was very pleasant and helpful. I would use Motor City Plumbing the next time we have any issues. I give them 5 Stars.

McCrone was prompt in their arrival and provided outstanding service - the problem was different than we had initially thought and they adapted quickly and thoughtfully. At the end of the job, which didn't even take 20 minutes, we were left with a high-quality repair that blew us away. We were so happy with the service, would recommend it to anyone, and will happily be calling back if we need a plumber in the future.

I called Complete Plumbing Services after a different plumbing company said they had to rip up my bathroom floor to install new pipes.. for a toilet flange install!!
