I've been using Plumbing Now for several years whenever I need a repair. They're always quick and efficient, very happy to know and work with their team. Highly recommended!

Would recommend plumbing now to everyone! They came with out right away and took care of an emergency situation. Very polite and upfront on diagnostic procedures and would definitely use them again!!

I called Plumbing Now when I had a clog in my kitchen sink. I understood their pricing was based on an estimate of the job. When I was informed the repair would be almost $600 I was not happy but figured it must be a big job to cost that much. The work took 45 minutes from start to finish. I do feel taken and in the future I will use a licensed reputable company that charges by the hour and can estimate the time that the job will take.
On the positive side, the technician was friendly, there was no mess left behind and the sink is flowing.

P.S. Mark the owner of Plumbing Now called me after this review and in a less than polite manner told me he wanted me to take down my review. I have no problem with the workmanship of my repair and if the criteria of the solicited review stated this was the only rating they wanted, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Adam and David moved a water line for us after another plumbing company told us they were unable to do it unless they could tear apart our basement ceiling. They were professional and prompt and got the job done for us. Will be calling them again. I was more than please with their service.

This service was to repair and replace the clear out cap on the outside drain pipe after I mowed it and cracked it. We have had Plumbing Now help us with various tasks prior to this including replacing a toilet, and maintenance work for plumbing clear out. The office is always helpful and accurate with the time plumbers are available. The plumbers are courteous and respectful of our home using shoe covers when necessary. We have been highly satisfied with the work that Plumbing Now has done and can recommend them to our neighbours without reservation.

We called Plumbing Now last Sunday morning to fix a clog in our floor drain. They were upfront with the fees and our drain was fixed within an hour or so. We're very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

I am surprised to hear a complaint for Pluming Now in Windsor - I believe this review was for a different company in Ottawa. I have dealt with Plumbing Now in Windsor for many years and I am always pleased with the service and quality.

I want to commend Mark and his staff for an outstanding job in remodeling my main bathroom over the past week. They were prompt, courteous, and professional throughout the process. My bathroom, including a new vanity, toilet, and shower, looks signicantly better than it did before the remodeling began; and the price was very fair and consistent with the estimated cost.

I required immediate plumbing assistance for issues in my crawlspace in January. Plumbing Now was the only company to inform me of the proper steps to follow & offer immediate assistance. Mark & his team were prompt, courteous & best of all honest regarding my situation, & left no cleanup for me in the aftermath. The only company I will deal with or recommend!

Called this place for a plumbing fix but had the worst experience. From unprofessional attitudes to them cutting me off to talk over me as I'm explaining the situation, not even 30 seconds in and asking for money.

Avoid this place, go to the other plumbers on Google for a much much better experience.

Been having issues with out 30+ year old toilet for a year or so now. They came the morning it completely broke and had it fixed by 2pm! Normally we'd have to wait a day or two for a guy to come, but they installed a brand new toilet and fixed the issues (disgusting build ups in pipes from literally decades of use). Quick and promp, very professional and friendly service from the two gentleman who came, one was the owner (If you are reading this, I apologize for being terrible with names). Can't thank you guys enough!

3:30 am realized sump pump & battery back up were not working. Alarm sounding. Found water overflowing, basement starting to flood. We started bailingthe water. Realized it was a loosing battle. Googled 24 hour emergency plumbers One # never answered, second # went to voice mail. Third # Plumbing Now answered by a real person, took down pertinent info.
Got call back & told them situation & that there was 2-3 inches of water in basement & rising. Got an eta 1/2 an hour to an hour. Plumber David arrived before hour was up. He assessed the situation & had new sump pump & battery back up installed quickly. Water started drain away immediately. David took old pump & battery back up to dispose of, cleaned up wires & mess. Excellent service! Highly, highly recommend this company. In addition I I would also like to add that the owner of the company stopped by because I had some questions. He noticed some piping that he thought was off. He ended up taking down ceiling tiles and discovered that the piping from the hot water tank had completely broke apart and was leaking carbon monoxide into our home. Subsequently a new hot water tank was installed THAT DAY & piping brought up to current codes. It was because of this man's curiosity & commitment to making sure things were functioning correctly that a deadly outcome was avoided. We are grateful to the entire staff at Plumbing Now, from the on-site plumbers to (David, Adam & owner - Mark) the office staff(Sandy) who was very helpful & patient with my lack of knowledge & experience with e - transferring . Plumbing Now provided us with excellent service, quality of work & piece of mind that our home was safe. Will definitely be using Plumbing Now for ALL plumbing needs. Thank you very very much.

booked this company for my friends sprinkler system pump from river, no hardware needed from him, connect the pump for exsiting hose and wiring(old pump gone, we took old pipe and hose in garage for next one,bought new pump with same spec and dimension) make appointment mentioned 90 cad serivce charge, show up and ask for 600cad(within 3 hours of serivce time) in total to the old lady with almost no english skill, lady premit the service and guess what? not able to finish the wiring and complain with electrical issue, glad that she got an eletrical handy man on site solved his problem.

i guess i should not say his pricing method over old foreign lady have some difference compare to the customer with some plumbing knowledge , as customer agreed the service charge, but, for the serivice we got and price he charge, it is simply not acceptable.

if u know nothing about market price for the service you want, dont go for him.

I have belonged to Plumbing Now's Diamond Club for several years and have always found the staff quick to respond, polite and efficient. .. and the quoted price is the final price... no hiddens. I also like the fact it is a family business and have had owner Mark (the Dad), Dave (the son) and Adam (the nephew) all working in my house. And yes, they always wear their booties.... masks too during Covid.

My mother in law called plumbing now and he came out and charged her $998 installed for a new sump pump. She is an 80 year old Italian lady that did not call any family because she did not want to bother them. She trusted him and he completely took advantage of an elderly women. Other plumbers I talked to said he is called plumbing WOW. For what he did to her they used terms like raped, gooned and scammed. He charged my wife $400 to restock and got $600 back. Bought new pump for $200 and installed by family. If she had to pay 1 hour labor say $100 she still would have been $700 less. She is on an income and he took complete advantage. Another person gave a response to negative reviews by saying it must be the other one out of town. No this was Windsor. I would like to give minus 5 stars but can't. Avoid plumbing now unless your rich and do not care about money. I will pursue this as far as I can. Next is Better Business Bureau and social media.

Called over the weekend for a problem with the pipes and water backing up into the basement. They came on the same day to take a look at the problems and gave us a quote. Started the repairs a day later, gave professional and quick service. Would recommend for future plumbing jobs!

Very good service, the office was very polite and very professional, the plumbers showed up on time and was clean, efficient and friendly, they covered up their boots when they walked into my house and put a mat down in front of the sink so they did not make a mess. Will definitely recommend them and use them in the future

Extremely expensive!
Charged $760 to change this frost free hose, and the overall stay was around 45 minutes. I still do not know what hourly rate was charged and how much the tap costed me.

In fact, the attached invoice you'll see the service being charged twice, with no breakdown of anything else (cost of the tap, etc.), also no clue what discount was added.

I saw a similar complaint from another customer, where the cost mentioned after repair caught them by surprise.

Called Mark on a weekend, and he suggested I wait until Monday since he knew what the problem was and that it could wait until Monday - saved me a higher service fee. When he got there Monday he sent me pics of what was wrong, and he asked if he could proceed - he was correct in that the pipes were galvanized and required replacement. He asked if he could proceed, and the work was completed right then - within the hour, happy tenants again. Would recommend them - very knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with.

Paid alot of money to have a sump and backwater installed properly they didn't have to do anything but install the stuff they over charged for reliability then got rude when I asked why the install wasnt done properly. Mark said I should be able to figure it out.... if I'm a contractor.

We were in the middle of a bathroom renovation and decided we were a little in over our heads for the tub and shower install. We needed someone immediately and called six different recommended plumbers—most never returned our calls and the rest were too booked up. I called Plumbing Now. They had so many good Google reviews that we decided to try them out, and they came by within the hour. Not only did they rough in our plumbing and install our new bathtub, but they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They already had everything they needed for the job on their truck, and they were in and out within two hours—as promised when they saw and assessed what we needed. It was such excellent service that we will be recommending them to anyone looking for a plumber in the future, as well as our own future plumbing needs.

Prompt service and polite plumber but a very simple tub and sink unclog was quite expensive without another option at that moment I paid the cost which initially left me not terribly satisfied for which I let the office know and the The owner, Mark, called the same day of the service to let me know he would review the job done to the cost and contacted me personally the next day and offered to provide another Job to be completed free of charge to ensure 100% satisfaction. I appreciated the review and the offer. I have 2 jobs and 4 kids so my time is limited in availability for service work which can make it difficult to shop around and wait on work to be done. I had a big problem with the big drains in my house - the main cast iron stack was seriously cracked and leaking into the basement anytime water was used on the 2nd floor. Mark and his folks really helped me out. They showed up when they said they would. They gave me a fixed price and stuck to it. They cleaned up after themselves. They kept me up to date with their progress and they fixed my problem fast. It wasn't cheap, but it was a fair price and it was quality work.

Last night our 2 year old pedestal sump pump seized, filling our crawl space with smoke. Having already replaced the pump three times in 30 years with the same basic hardware store model, we decided to turn this over to a professional. I phoned Plumbing Now at 8 o'clock this morning and explained the situation to the friendly woman who immediately answered the call and relayed our request to the office. Within half an hour I received a text and then a phone call from the owner, Mark, who said that his crew would arrive between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. At 11:05 he called back to say that they were on their way. It is now noon and we have
new submersible sump pump. Adam and Max were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We found the price to be well worth the peace of mind we gained after last night's scare. The only other thing I can add is that 'Plumbing Now' should be renamed 'Plumbing Wow'!

Excellent service. I had a basement drain sewage backup late on a Friday night - these guys came out, promptly, on Saturday and cleared the drain, installed a bathroom faucet for a renovation with new shut offs and replaced my 20-year old sump pump. They cleaned everything up beautifully. Polite and thorough and this was during a pandemic.

Nobody ever likes when they have to call a plumber to the house but I have to say just had an amazing experience with Plumbing Now. From the minute they answered the phone to take the service call to finishing the job was a total of less than 3 hrs start to finish. Mark the tech/owner did an absolutely amazing job! About 2 weeks ago we ran into a major problem. Again, like no other, Mark came through in a clutch moment. Our shower cartridge broke apart when we were trying to repair our shower tap. Of course no one sells the updated Delta parts, at least no one that stays open past 5. Mark had come through for us in the past & didn’t fail us this time either. What was even more moving, was the fact that he drove to meet us half way to get the part from him. We couldn’t believe he offered to do that, after hours, on his way out with his wife. He literally saved the day!! Thank you Mark for being such a kind & generous person in the wake of some pretty gruelling times. Plumbing Now will always be our first call & will always receive our high praises.

They came out first thing in the morning due to my plumbing issue. I was so thrilled to receive the phone call from the office advising me who would be arriving, and the exact time, which was the time they indicated the night before.
I was given a fair price and beginning to end was treated as a valued customer. Very professional, and they even cleaned the area and ensured nothing was left that shouldn’t be. Thank you so much for taking care of the kids and I in our time of need. Highly recommend!

If I'm being honest, I feel the cost structure is not right. The service fee of $89 should be included in the cost of the repair if you choose to go ahead with it, if you do not, then you pay $89. I felt a little taken advantage of cost wise, however the repair was done cleanly and professionally.

$2000.00 NO JOKE !

I have just come back from visiting friends. They told me a story about a situation they found themselves in that they were unprepared for and at a total loss as to how to deal with.

They are an older couple who came from the old country many years ago and English is not their first language, meaning they speak with an accent. I really hate to even mention that as I think those who ill treat others because they speak with an accent are despicable.

I mention it only because the owner of this company takes advantage of people who do not have knowledge or experience about plumbing problems and especially those older people, those who’s first language is not English and who are vulnerable in the situation. According to what was done to my friends and other reviews I have read here.

In short, he is not just a plumber, but a con artist, who took advantage of my friends for almost $2000.00 for work that took no more than 30 minutes. Yes you read that right, it is not a typo, $2000.00 !!!

Included in that work was something from his imagination. A way to fix the problem without resorting to “other costly measures”. Something he charged $800.00 for that was never done in the first place, but it was in an area that my friends were not able to see, but were told later that there was nothing done there at all. He used that imaginary work to move on to the more costly measures claiming the $800.00 repair did not work. Of course it did not work, how could it, when it was never done !!??

Please anyone out there who is looking for a plumber,
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY !

Don't trust any company that comes to your home or business to do any kind of repairs who does not write you an invoice stating the work done, the parts used, the cost, the date and their signature etc.. and gives you a copy.
That invoice is a record, it can be used as evidence.
It’s proof of the work claimed to be done and a record of what was charged and paid.
This company does not use such invoices, they send you a “virtual” invoice in an email.
Well in the virtual world things can be altered and they can be deleted as well.

My friends and I were wondering if not using proper invoices was even legal in a supposedly legitimate registered business. I don’t believe it is legal as these invoices must be kept for the government for a certain number of years. By making a computer invoice, it means that in reality a person could make 2 invoices.

Since my friends cannot get their hard earned money back and cannot prove the criminal act that was perpetrated on them, I advised them to call Revenue Canada and tell them what happened and urge them to investigate and do an audit on this company. Revenue Canada are happy to get tips from the public about businesses and they don’t hesitate to investigate.

Any plumbing company who answers right away and can come and help you within a couple of hours, it is because they are not busy. Ask yourself why? I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this company .

We had a clogged backwater valve, which ruined a beautiful Saturday for us. I took a chance and called the first website I came upon, being unfamiliar with any plumbing services in the city. Plumbing Now was a great call; Mark responded promptly and predicted the possible issue over the phone with confidence and provided a rough price for the work. He reassured me that everything would be alright and arrived earlier than expected. The problem was fixed within the hour and they double checked that there were no further issues. I have used their services for 3 things done in my house so far. 1 and 2) One visit to change the upstairs toilet not flushing properly and the downstairs toilet leaking in the bowl. The plumber (sorry I forget his name) did an excellent job with both toilets done in 1 hr! Finished everything, vacuumed in the bathroom and so far, no issues with any of the toilets. 3) Another visit with plumbers Adam and Max to locate and fix a leak in the kitchen sink. The guys did an excellent job by taking out the old faucet, installed a new one, cleaned up the kitchen sink, vacuumed the kitchen and made sure everything was in working order all in under 1 hr. There is an $85 service fee but it's well worth it to not have to shop around what you need and install it yourself. They have warranties for the services they do so you can call back in case something isn't right.

Fast, friendly and reliable! We’ve had to call on Plumbing Now’s services over the past few years for a number of different issues and they have always responded quickly. The staff is knowledgeable, and very courteous. My husband and I highly recommend their services.

Our family had an issue with a toilet that was poorly installed by a non-professional. The toilet was out of order due to an internal issue in the area of the toilet that holds the water prior to flushing. It was spraying water on the inside and wasn't properly filling and shutting off. Upon searching online and seeing Plumbing Now come up in search results as being highly rated and a quality business, we gave them a phone call. They promptly and courteously picked up and told us they'd give us a phone call about ten minutes from arrival. Mark Beaudoin, owner of Plumbing Now, showed up at our doorstep soon after the ten minute notice. He was professionally dressed and wore a mask due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He quickly was able to inspect the toilet and diagnose the issue with ease. He clearly was a professional. He knew what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and promptly gave us a cost. He charged our family an extremely reasonable cost to repair the toilet. We agreed and within seconds he got back into his truck, got out the needed supplies he needed to make the repair, and within 10 minutes he had corrected said issue and ensured there were no other major issues that needed immediate attention. He was kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. If you want something done right and fast, he's your guy. The icing on the cake is that it's a locally owned business since 1993! Plumbing Now came out the same day to repair my rusted and leaking pipes to my upstairs bathroom. They repaired not only the tub plumbing but went above and beyond to ensure the sink and toilet were fixed as well. They did all this without breaking any tile which would have been the easier way. They were polite and cleaned up. I will always highly recommend them.

Absurdly overpriced. Call around for a quote before going with this company. I had a sewer back up issue, but I have a history installing sewer and water house services, so I knew what the problem was. I called Plumbing Now and spoke to Mark (the owner) and told him EXACTLY what I needed: A simple snake job to go through the building trap and clear a blockage heading to the main sewer in the road. It wouldn't have been more than 15-20mins of work. Mark quoted me on the phone - get this - $625.00. That is an absolutely absurd rate for a snake job. I called Mr. Rooter, who completed the job in under 30 minutes for $200 all-in. Mark seemed like a nice professional guy, , but that isn't worth a 300%+ premium. That's just taking advantage of people who don't know better.

Have used Plumbing Now for several years and always pleased with their service and repairs. Sandy assessed my situation of leaks and did everything to both get my pipes repaired and at a time convenient for me. Adam and Max were very thorough keeping me informed and took care to ensure the source of leaks was properly determined. Everything was explained to me and repaired thoroughly. Called a few places... they did not return my call,, so heard of plumbing now.. called them in the morning.. had same day service.. they came to my home told them the problems there were three.. started repairs.. they also had items needed in there van.. toilet problem...put a new toilet in.. leaking faucet in kitchen ..replace that.. issues with tub drain they replace the drain and I had the fixtures also replace..I was totally surprised they had all I needed on them.. which is the best.. took only a few hours.. and I am so happy.

I contacted Plumbing Now to address my clogged toilet on a Saturday. Adam arrived within an hour, as promised. He took his time to assess the problem and ensure the right repair was done to solve the problem. I also had him replace the old drain plug on the bathroom sink. I found Adam to be very friendly and professional and he did great work in a reasonable amount of time. I also think he charged a fair price for the two jobs. I will be sure to contact Plumbing Now next time I have a plumbing issue and hopefully Adam will be available to assist.

We had an emergency water situation in the late evening. Mark returned our call within 10 minutes & was at the house first thing in the morning! Safety precautions were taken due to Covid without any mention of wearing a mask which was greatly appreciated. After assessing the situation we were advised in great detail what work needed to be completed & the cost associated with it. We highly recommend Plumbing Now as a very efficient, reliable, safety first company with excellent customer service!! No wonder they are rated as one of the top 3 in Windsor!!

I came home to an unexpected emergency situation (broken water line) flooding my entire house. Luckily, I saw the Plumbing Now trucks at a neighbour’s house. When I went to the house to ask for help, Max dropped everything and ran to my house to help get the situation under control.

Looking back, its now 20 years since I've been a customer of Marks'. In that time there has been nothing but prompt and reliable service to rectify the full slate of plumbing emergencies that are due to arise. They are my first and only call.

The Most Terrible Experience
Shocking price surprise after they come to your door, my mother had her experience with this company and she said that this guy is a common trade rat, dealing with them was an absolute big money loss for simple service that could be done by someone else for 1/5 the price they charged.

Border line criminal!! Because of health issues I called to have a simple job done. Communication and response were prompt. I asked to have one copper line cut, a compression fitting, shut-off valve and flex line installed and connected to existing bathroom faucet. I was quoted, $89. for visit, $289. for above work, plus parts plus tax. PLUS $200. to go in the crawl space and turn off main water supply. I went and got the parts, went in the crawl space, installed the parts and turned the water back on in roughly ONE HOUR!!!! And Mark wanted almost $700. for the same work, not to mention trying to talk me into other needless work. Like I said, borderline criminal. Never, ever call again!

I awoke this past Saturday to what I would deem my house falling apart at the seams (leaking pipe, and backed up toilet/shower). I was stressed because I know a lot of plumbers would be busy with all the issues due to heavy rainfall the night before. Called a couple places but Plumbing Now was not only available, but arrived within the hour to address all the issues. Adam arrived and quickly sorted the leaky pipe but went above and beyond on the blockage (tree roots). He answered every one of my (practically) millions of questions and was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had after such an unpleasant situation. While I always suggest shopping around if you want the best price, in the end I felt like I got what I paid for, great service and information.

It's not the cheapest. But, it's definitely the best. It's worth it to pay an arm and a leg, to have the problem fixed fast and fixed right.

Workers were prompt, effectiant, and respectful. We're quick to diagnose issue, and solve the problem. Also cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.

From the time I called needing urgent services and explaining our situation due to a sump pump failure they where so accommodating to get there as soon as they could. They suggested what type of sump pump that we needed along with a back up plan for our particular needs and piece of mind. Never Call This Company Ever Again
cost you $100 to call even if he does nothing, the quality of repairs is poor you will have to call them again and again for the same repairs, the charges shows nothing but GREED TO THE CORE especially if he notices your accent, and when they come again, it simply means another $100+++. CALL A REPUTABLE COMPANY OR CALL A GOOD HANDY MAN

Fast response and good work but very expensive for the service. The quality of their work is good - no problems after and no reason to call them back. I was charged $249 to Reset and Reseal Toilet. To me it would be reasonable at $100, so IMHO it was 2.5X too expensive. My original call was for another issue and while there, they found the toilet was leaking significantly so I told them to go ahead and fix it. I've done this same job myself at least a dozen times and admit it's not a pleasant task. I respect the time and money spent by trades to attain their credentials. But $249? Geez guys, c'mon...

Plumbing Now was excellent. I'm so glad we went with them. Our basement toilet flooded our bathroom and hall area. We called at 10pm at night with our issue and they came the next morning. David did the assessment, used an eel and camera and found that our maple tree roots damaged the original clay/cement drain pipe. It was pretty bad! On Wednesday David said we had about 7-10 days until the water backups in our basement again. So we decided to have it fixed asap. By Friday, there was a whole crew here digging, replacing the pipe, removing the stubborn huge tree roots. They also changed the sump pump to a regular and a battery backup, we can't believe how quiet it is, love it. The crew was really polite, they worked really hard and did a great clean up job. They always answered the phone too, Sandy was always so helpful. Thank you!! Would highly recommend them!

I had a leak coming down through the attic into my laundry room and could not figure out how and why. Adam from Plumbing Now in Windsor was amazing. It was a Sunday and he came out, found the problem and fixed it. He was polite and knew his stuff. Went above and beyond to explain the issue, took pictures from the attic and just didn't repair the pipe that was leaking because of the air conditioner but replaced the piping. Mark, the owner called a couple of times to tell me Adam would be able to come by and then again to let me know time. Just great customer service and knowledgeable.

I called Plumbing Now during an emergency plumbing situation one
Saturday morning. True to their word on not believing in voice mail,
Sandy answered the phone right away. In a very short time, she was able
to calm me down, explain all the pricing and assure me she would have
someone out right away. I told her I had left a voicemail for another
company and she said it was understandable in my situation to go with
whichever company could get there first and to let her know if I needed
to cancel them. Sandy called back a couple of times to keep me updated on the wait time and was pleasant and professional every time. Needleless to say, the other company never called me back and Plumbing Now got the job and any and all future jobs I might need.
Adam and Max were the first team I had the pleasure to meet. They made sure I understood the pricing and went right to work fixing the issue at hand. They explained that while they fixed the issue at present, it would most likely happen again as my plumbing is extremely outdated. Before they left, they gave me some estimates for what needed to be done and explained their Diamond Club program.
Not long after this, I decided to have them come back and do the necessary updates to my plumbing. This time I got to meet Mark and
David. Once again, they came out right away and ended up doing quite a
big job on the spot as they had all parts they needed and some time to
do it. Long story short, all is good now! I was very impressed with the
work and the people. They were all professional, pleasant and even
funny. I definitely recommend them!

This is the fourth time we have called Plumbing Now and every time the response was immediate, the service people were always extra polite and courteous, the work was done properly and in a professional manner and the clean up was excellent. They always go above and beyond with their service. We would never think of calling any other company for our plumbing needs. (and no, I am not related to anyone at Plumbing Now) lol.

Can't complain about service, but WAY OVER PRICED.

Had a basement toilet and shower backing up. Tenant was told on the phone that we'd be looking at $89 for the service call and at most $400 (total) to fix the problem - assuming there wasn't a larger issue such as roots in the sewer line, etc.

Upon arriving (and thus already costing $89) we were told that snaking and camera inspection was only done at a fixed cost of $489. They know you're in a spot having the water turned off in the building and tenants impatiently waiting - and they take advantage of that.

15 minutes later, they were done and cleaned up. They were not able to do the camera inspection yet the price was still $489. So they are effectively charging $1956/hour for snaking (plus tax!).

Look around first, you can find other plumbers who can snake and inspect a line for less than $489 for 15 minutes of work.

I will not be doing any further business with Plumbing Now.

First off, I'm very pleased with the clean work they did. I have used numerous plumbers before, but Mark from plumbing now calls you back and keeps you updated on whats going on. That is an important thing for customers to be kept informed of what's going on. When he said he was going to come to my house, he was right on time. Price , was very fair. You can find cheaper, but like the saying goes.......you get what you pay for. He even assured me if anything was wrong after he left, to just call him back and he would be right over. I would definitely recommend them. He's our go to plumber now.
