Arrived on time. Knew exactly what was needed. Worked efficiently and quickly. And was very clean and respectful of my home. Very pleasant and friendly. Also cleaned backwater valves. Continuing longtime customer.

I made an appointment for this company to come out and bid some work. I was quoted a morning time, and made plans to take the morning off work to accommodate. At 2 PM, no one had shown, so I called and was told i was next on the list for their tech. I then made arrangements to miss the rest of the day at work at that point, to ensure I'd be able to be at my home for the tech's imminent arrival. At 5 PM, no one had shown. This shows how little value this company places in honoring their commitments, and how little they value the time of their customers. I work in residential real estate sales, and will be glad to share my terrible experience with anyone who asks about a plumbing, HVAC, or electrical contractor. Do not waste your time with this company, they will certainly waste yours.

James came out to repair a leaking kitchen sink. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He advised me that I had two leaks, one he could fix today and he recommended that I contact Delta for a replacement for the sprayer head because it should still be under warranty. I also asked him about a separate issue that he was not called out for which was snaking my drain in the basement due to backup. He graciously took the time to educate me on my options. I would definitely recommend Cregger Plumbing and they will be my go to team in the future!

Kenneth was good, he came when he said he would and he found the real cause my furnace kept cutting off, which was a bird. I had the same problem looked at 2 times by a previous HVAC repair person which didn't find the problem they kept repeating the same job. I would recommend him and I will use him again if need be. The price was descent I guess I don't know what it should cost for a furnace repair so for me it was reasonable. Thanks Kenny Great Job.

Unfortunately, I had to have some extensive pipe work done in my basement. Tru-Flo (Bob) did an amazing job and got the job done RIGHT! Everyone I spoke with including the owner of the company was trustworthy and respectful! If your looking for great plumbing service look no further!

Love these guys. They're very respectful and honest people. We've had them out here twice for random household maintenance issues including installing a new dishwasher and taking care of our gas valve that broke on our hot water tank. The prices are fair and the work is exceptional. We will be back again! Thank you!

Scott and Xavier came out to unblock the sewer. Had to go out 100 feet twice to clear the tree roots. They were polite clean and efficient. They arranged for a scope to come out later to check the sewer for breaks in the pipeline. Very satisfied with their service.

I highly recommend this business. Mike is professional and very dependable. He is also thorough and honest, which is hard to come by in today's world. When I was living in my Michigan home and had a plumbing issue, he was there to fix the problem ASAP! He has the customers best interests at heart and to me, you really won't find that anywhere else.

Ray has been coming to our rescue for the last three or four years. He's always friendly, personable, and professional. He has performed a number of plumbing jobs for us from the very small - like replacing a toilet flipper or garbage disposal - to more intense jobs like having to cut and repair a main drain that wasn't properly installed in the first place. He does a lot of jobs in a day, and the nature of plumbing is that not all jobs go according to plan; so if he's running behind, he stays in touch so I know when to expect him. I'd recommend Brock's to anyone in the metro area needing a good, honest plumber who charges reasonable prices for quality work.

McCrone Plumbing did a great job. Answered all our questions and gave recommendations for service when they were replacing sub pump. They found a few issues which we will be having them back to take care of. Polite, professional and great to deal with. Highly recommend.
