Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

I contacted Motown pluming this morning at 730am when I noticed water coming up from my basement drain. Not only was he able to show up the same day but 4 hours after my original call to him, and inside the time window that he provided. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Martin came out to snake my bathtub and faucet. Also found I needed a new pop up assembly for the sink. Fixed everything and showed me before and after pictures of the clog in the sink. Answered questions, was professional and got a senior discount as well. Will use again as needed.

Owner was rude and does not understand gas pipe sizing

We were having issues with an upstairs and downstairs bathroom where the shut off valves kept popping on the cold water side every day, between the two bathrooms.
