Would never call or recommend Maddox Plumbing. Price quoted was twice as high as our usual plumber. Would not use soldered fittings that we wanted. Insisted they would have to cut the copper pipes. Paid them the service fee for coming out and told them we didn’t want them to do the work. Waited until our usual plumber could do the work, who used the soldered fittings we wanted, did not have to cut any pipes, charged us less than half the price of Maddox, and completed the job (installed new quarter turn valves and new kitchen faucet) in less than 40 minutes.

Beware. This is not a real business and all the 5 star reviews are fake.

It exists to drive business to the Premium Home Service App which in turn is a fake app designed to get credit card info.

Hopefully Google steps in soon.

Our technician was great. Even though he was very late getting here, the office kept me posted as he had run into a difficult job that took longer than anticipated, as ours did. He was very helpful and took care of the problem efficiently. Highly recommended.

This was a great experience for a painful unexpected project. The team did an excellent job of minimizing the damage to my lawn and interior drywall where the piping was. They were fast, professional and friendly. I would hire them again.

Someone just hung up on me as i was talking and was very rude.

No call, no show. As others have stated, they guaranteed an arrival window and said someone would call 30 minutes beforehand. Neither happened. The first red flag was that they mentioned the service fee would be $125 for a plumber to inspect the situation, but for another $24, I could get a top-tier, unlimited, free service calls for the year. So, I say, Okay. Let's do that. Then the guy on the phone who sounds like he's in a call center instead of at the plumber's office asks for my credit card information. I tell him I'm not about to give my credit card info to them over them over the phone without ever having done business with them nor without having the service person arrive at my house and do the work. The call center guy is pushing about selling me on the $149 package and insistent on locking me into the system at that rate. I interrupt, You can stop trying to sell me on that package if it requires me giving a stranger my credit card info over the phone. If the $125 package will bring someone to my house and have me pay them after they do their work, give me that one. Again, no one called or arrived. It's a sketchy business. For comparison, I've had the HVAC people come to my house and my sister's house. They charge $79 for an inspection fee which goes into the cost of any service they render if you choose to pay for said service, and you pay them on site via cash or card reader AFTER the work is complete.

George and Maddox Plumbing Services were great. This was our second time using them, and both times have been 5 star. He promptly discovered and fixed the leak in our basement wall as needed, and all was completed at a fair price. Dispatch person was also super helpful and friendly, and got a plumber to us ASAP.

We were having issues with an upstairs and downstairs bathroom where the shut off valves kept popping on the cold water side every day, between the two bathrooms. Nolan showed up in less than an hour and was quick, efficient and very personable. I would definitely recommend Maddox Plumbing Services.This is the second time we've used their services and we're very happy we did.
