Motown Plumbing has been snaking our drain to find out we had a collapsed sewer pipe. They replaced a 12’ line with clean out. Always prompt and professional and would drop anything to be here. Plumbing started backing up, called Motown, and they were out withing a couple hours to snake my drain. Turned out, the drain plumbing under the basement wall had completely collapsed. This was on a Thursday. By Saturday, he had the inside drain pipes AND outside drain pipes replaced. Since the outside had to be dug out, I opted to have them also install a sewer backflow valve, so that if the sewers back up, like in years past, my house is protected. Quick, honest, and reasonable. They kept me updated throughout the process of what they were doing and what was required. They are now my first call for any future plumbing work.

The owner of this business came out to my initial quote, he showed me and explained to me what was wrong, how were going to test it, and the least invasive way to fix the problem. I had 20 Ft. of pipe replaced under my basement, the owner did the floor tear up, pipe replacement, floor concrete replacement, and clean up all by him self in less than 2 days. Very friendly man, had no problem with me over his shoulder a lot of the job and was willing to teach me and explain to me what he was doing as he was doing it. Was also the lowest quote I received from all the companies I reach out to have the job done.

If I could give 'em a 10, I would. They arrived, knew the issue. Did what he could to give me a temporary fix. Unfortunately, the issue was a lot bigger than we thought. Was able to return and fix the main issue. What other companies claimed would take days, was done in hours. Explained everything as it was happening (I am very curious), showed me exactly what failed in my lines.

Landlord plans on having the company back out to fix other plumbing issues in the other units. These guys are legit. And I am so lucky we found them.

Won't rip you off. Won't nickel and dime you. They are honest, hard working, and just plain awesome.

Let me say.....I can’t stress enough, how important good communication is, when running a business. Not only was the work done on time, they handled some hiccups with professionalism, and were always communicating with me. If he was running behind a few minutes he would call me ahead, and let me know. If I was missing pieces, he would make the run to the store. The work was great, the cleanup was awesome. Would absolutely rehire!

Had some problems with washing machine draining. Ezequiel came out same day and found my problem. Broken pipe under slab. He made time for an emergency replacement as my kitchen and laundry were attached. Anyone with toddlers knows no kitchen or laundry is a headache. Was done in pretty much one day. Was professional, prompt, and wouldn't recommend anyone else! Will call them again when I need any plumbing done! Thanks!

Called Motown Plumbing about bathroom sink stopper stuck in closed position. Other plumbers couldn’t get to me for a week, but Motown came in 30 minutes . . . Ezequiel was very kind, and thorough, he corrected the problem at a fair price even though he encountered an unexpected issue. Very pleased with the service, and will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues.

I first called Rotor Rooter and they said they could not help me until the next day. I called Motown now it was 10:00 pm they show up in 15 minutes. Cleared my drain and cleaned my basement. They gave me an estimated on repairs and cost my sewer line. Ezequiel defines expertise in plumbing he even shows up to be right next to you when the adjuster comes by.
