I awoke this past Saturday to what I would deem my house falling apart at the seams (leaking pipe, and backed up toilet/shower). I was stressed because I know a lot of plumbers would be busy with all the issues due to heavy rainfall the night before. Called a couple places but Plumbing Now was not only available, but arrived within the hour to address all the issues. Adam arrived and quickly sorted the leaky pipe but went above and beyond on the blockage (tree roots). He answered every one of my (practically) millions of questions and was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had after such an unpleasant situation. While I always suggest shopping around if you want the best price, in the end I felt like I got what I paid for, great service and information.

Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

This company and the gentleman that came to my home is nice &very polite. No call, no show. As others have stated, they guaranteed an arrival window and said someone would call 30 minutes beforehand. Neither happened. The first red flag was that they mentioned the service fee would be $125 for a plumber to inspect the situation, but for another $24, I could get a top-tier, unlimited, free service calls for the year. So, I say, Okay. Let's do that. Then the guy on the phone who sounds like he's in a call center instead of at the plumber's office asks for my credit card information. I tell him I'm not about to give my credit card info to them over them over the phone without ever having done business with them nor without having the service person arrive at my house and do the work. The call center guy is pushing about selling me on the $149 package and insistent on locking me into the system at that rate. I interrupt, You can stop trying to sell me on that package if it requires me giving a stranger my credit card info over the phone. If the $125 package will bring someone to my house and have me pay them after they do their work, give me that one. Again, no one called or arrived. It's a sketchy business. For comparison, I've had the HVAC people come to my house and my sister's house. They charge $79 for an inspection fee which goes into the cost of any service they render if you choose to pay for said service, and you pay them on site via cash or card reader AFTER the work is complete.

Plumbing Techs are terrific to work with. From the plumbers in the field, to their office staff and management - they're all thoroughly competent and courteous.

I needeed a plumber who worked with Home Warranty companies....I called a few and it seemed to be difficult to get one that was willing to work with the warranty company. But, when I called Mango the guy was very friendly and mentioned that he worked with them before. Russ was the plumber who came out, he was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. I was very impressed and from now on I will be calling Mango (hopefully I wont need a plumber anytime soon but if I do they will be my choice).

This company deserves a google review. Honestly best experience I've ever had. I was sleeping and woke up in the middle of the night to take my morning wiz and as I was walking to the bathroom all of a sudden I noticed water was coming out from the toilet so I turned off the water line and than i called mamba plumbing they came in about 30 minutes. They came and unclogged my toilet and the charged me a very low payment. I was so happy thank you mamba plumbing.
