Honesty! That’s the most impressive thing I can say about Patrick, the technician. Another company had already told us the furnace needed replacing and didn’t work. HSC could’ve went along with that and I’d be none the wiser but they didn’t. They repaired the furnace, got it back online and saved me $6-$13k!

Jeff did a fantastic job replacing my kitchen sink drain. He was very upfront about what could go wrong (it's a very old, very odd sink), but luckily, nothing did, and he was done in under two hours. I would definitely recommend Jeff and Mr. Rooter to anyone with plumbing problems.

Our normal plumber was unavailable but recommended Levine & Sons as an immediate alternate to diagnose a toilet issue. It would not flush properly. When flushed, water would leak from around the base of the toilet. We fully believed that the pipe was blocked.Levine & Sons didn't send out a plumber - They sent a Drain specialist. This person did not look at the pipes in the bathroom and said the toilet was flushing fine. It was not. We called back a couple of days later and said the problem was not fixed. They sent another specialist that didn't even snake the line to see what was blocking the toilet. Problem still exists and we are out $ 150 for the service call.It was obvious that the team really didn't want to complete the work necessary to fix the issue and instead wanted to charge us more money to come out and try to fix the problem.I have heard good things in the past about Levine & Sons, but with this very poor experience, I will never use them again.

I can't speak for his plumbing abilities. However his driving abilities are terrible. Driving on the expressway on the passing lane going 95 km an hour refusing to move over. Unprofessional, and reckless. Not a good idea driving your company vehicle. 👋

Dan Van one of there employees thinks it’s okay to use stereotypes about black ppl and is a nut about “owning the libs” super unprofessional.

The company was prompt and did a good job with their primary assignment of cleaning out a drain in the basement of an apartment building, but although the work order specified floor cleaning was to be done after drain cleaning, none was done. It wasn't until the tenants in the building complained about the stench that we realized the plumbers hadn't done a complete job. Then it took days to find a cleaner that would do the work, with hours of phone calls and texts to get the situation sorted out, all extra work that 10-15 minutes with a mop and bleach would have avoided.

Bison plumbing was very professional and fixed our issue quickly. They are happy to explain what's going on and offer tips for future prevention.
