I have used Done twice and both were for emergencies so the jobs were not cheap but they arrived fast and fixed my problem making me very happy with the experience. They send DJ yesterday to fix a broken hot water line and he arrived on time gave me options and did the job in time for dinner.

Tipping Hat sent Andrei the same day we called to come replace a leaking mixing valve which had caused damage to the ceiling. We had called around and other companies said we would need to wait 2 weeks. Andrei went above and beyond and took the time to ensure the valve and other parts were replaced/repaired correctly. He did not rush the job even though it took longer than anticipated. He also went out of his way to provide us with a referral for a handyman to repair the damaged ceiling.

We had the best experience with Sasha! He’s prompt, professional, and we very much enjoyed him. Got the job done well and fast. We will use Cap Hill Plumbing for all our future needs!

Flow-Rite gets an A+ for service and I highly recommend them. From installation to a new water heater (a tough job considering the horrible location in my crawl space), to fixing a broken pipe to a minor water heater repair (an issue caused by unrelated flooding), Ruben and his crew have always taken great care of our plumbing needs- and at a more than reasonable price!

Al came out and gave me a quote $400 less than a competitor. He did the job the same day and finished it it in about an hour when the other said it would take four hours.

By far this is the best experience I've had with any company, period. Colin was absolutely outstanding and not only did he fix our problem with our sump pump but he was educational and informative about it. A lot of company's employees usually just get in, get out, and job is done. But this company's fantastic technician walk me through everything and thoroughly explained what was going on, how they could fix it, how to prevent it from happening again, how we can maintain it, and what to look for if problems start arising again. I called Plumbline services to repair A/C unit for the problem of not blowing cold air. A technician from the company arrived on time. After he inspected both inside and outside unit, he explained there was wire connection problem between thermostat and outside condenser unit and drain tube to be replaced. The total comes out as $767 after firstdiagnosis without detailed break down of the work. I agreed to continue.After he worked on the wires and drain tube, he came with other problems. The technician said that total repair cost could be up to $10,000. After he was done with wires and drain tube, he said there were lots of more problems with my A/C unit including old refrigerant, not being manufactured anymore and the condenser blower fan is stuck.I understood he might find other problems after his first repair. However, the old refrigerant and blower fan problem should be notice at his first diagnosis. My outside A/C unit was located at the roof top, so he needed to use ceiling access with ladder to get to the roof top. And he charged $205 for that as limited access fee.After the second diagnosis, he recommended to install new A/C unit. I agreed with the technician and called another person from the company to get an estimate for the new unit. After spending some time, the new A/C unit consultant said that Plumbline services was not able to install new A/C unit due to the old lay out of my furnace inside A/C unit area. I wasted over $760 for nothing.

John came out for a service call, and was incredibly thorough and informative. He didn't mind me asking a million questions and wanting to learn while he was there. We will definitely use again if any further issues arise! And insanely affordable too.

I haven’t hired this company but never would after a VERY unprofessional experience with one of their drivers this morning. Not only was the bed of his truck a mess with a ladder just thrown in on top of everything (and didn’t appear to be secured down) after I passed him and safely moved in front (after he tried not to let me by continuing to speed up), he had the audacity to flip me off and give several other gestures when a car quickly pulled in front of me trying to pass another car and I had to hit my breaks. I’m sure he was upset that he had to break but hitting the breaks for me is a much better option than a multi car crash which is what would have happened if I didn’t break and with how closely he was on my back bumper. Then when I finally turned and he passed me I was so kindly flipped off again. Way to be a professional! So glad I was intrigued by the company name on the side of his truck so I can warn others to beware of what kind of rude people will come to their home if they hire this company!

My new tub install couldn’t have happen any easier. I was a bit nervous being such a big job, but the whole experience with Travis was effortless. I received a few bids and his was very fair. He showed up on time, finished the job as promised, and kept the work area neat and clean. My new tub looks and works beautifully. Will definitely use them again.

I am sorry but the cost of the job is insane. $800 to install a new wax ring and shut off valve is so high I think the company actually smoking crack. I will never use this company again and will make sure everyone I know won't use them. Please evaluate your company and make changes as soon as you can. Stop taking advantage of people and start helping them PLEASE!

It means a lot to me to have a plumber I can trust especially with large complicated jobs. When I need a plumber, I don’t need to take the time to call around to find a friendly competent plumber I can trust. I know I can just call Capra and they’ll fix my plumbing issue.

My neighbor found Capra Plumbing in 2006 when we discovered we had a leak in our water service line. The Capra crew hand dug two holes in front of the house over six feet deep and installed a new water service line. They did a great job and when they filled in the holes, the ground disturbance was almost undetectable. I’ve called Capra for small plumbing jobs since and they’ve always done a great job. In January 2019, we found the sewer line that went from the house to the alley had a blockage. I called Capra and Carlo had a crew at my home the next morning. The crew hand dug a hole over six feet deep and replaced damaged clay pipes with durable plastic pipe. Pat, the same plumber who installed our water service line in 2006 also repaired our sewer line in 2019. Pat did a great with both complicated issues or our antique (1912) plumbing.

Our water heater went out this past Thursday night. We ran to Home Depot to set up an install because we could use our Home Depot card. Delta mechanical called us at 7:00 Friday morning set up our time windows and took our credit info. Then we waited all day Friday and they Never Showed Up!! We and Home Depot called them multiple times only to find out they were closed for the weekend. Home Depot finally got ahold of someone Saturday morning. We were given another window of time for installation. When that guy finally showed up, it turned out the water heater we had chosen didn't fit our basement. He left to get a different one, returned almost an hour later. Took the rest of the day to install. After all of this the price we were quoted ended up being almost $100 more. The guy himself was pleasant and helpful having no idea what we had been through. We are not thrilled with the company at all! We really hope no one else has to go through this.
