Andrew,Was genuinely nice to work with and answered all my questions. He checked the furnace and said my issue with the furnace blower not working is because the AC condenser had a lot of dirt a lint from trees and dirt outside. He cleaned the AC unit and checked to make sure everything was working. He did let me know what I can do in the future to prevent the AC unit from getting dirty. He said use fin soap and let it soak and then rinse it off and don't touch the fins they can be damaged easily.

Andre was on time, very friendly, and got down to business immediately. He diagnosed the problem (a new hot water heater was needed) and then went about giving us options with different price ranges and quality. We picked the one that suited our needs, and he proceeded to dismantle our old one, and installed our new one within a few hours. He explained everything about the system that we needed to know. He removed the old tank and cleaned up thoroughly all around the area. Could not possibly be more pleased with the quality of service that we received. Highly recommend.!
