Pete and JT did an excellent job. I called in for some work and they were here in less than an hour. They fully explained everything they were going to do and gave me tips along the way. They had it fixed and wrapped up in less than an hour. They were also very careful and respectful of my house. They also took time to clean up when they were finished. Highly recommend.

Done Plumbing is not my regular plumber. He was not available, and our bathroom was clogged. So I called out of the blue and the service was EXCELLENT. Courteous on the phone, they sent follow up email to confirm the appointment. They were able to come earlier than I expected, but called first to see if that was okay. The techs (Tony/John) were professional and pleasant. They got right to work, and dealt with the clogged line in very short order. The invoice was incredibly detailed. I appreciate the level of professionalism. The service was not cheap, but when you need the help, you pay the cost. And then you hope it's worth it. I'd recommend Done Plumbing very highly.

Called Erick for a clogged drain and found the pipe was inaccessible under concrete. He installed a new drain pipe to our kitchen sink/dishwasher at a very fair price saving us a major hassle. Will use again in the future.

Kyle saved us thousands by properly & efficiently diagnosing and removing what turned out to be roots clogging our main line. Another company failed to remove all of the roots and then tried to convince us that the line needed to be dug up in order to clear it. Had a main sewer line backup on a Sunday afternoon. Contacted them Monday morning and they were able to help that same day. Came out and cleared the main line of tree roots. They were punctual, pleasant, quick, and thorough. And, they charged a completely reasonable price for the service. I absolutely recommend them and will always use them from now on.

Our AC failed and we needed a new system. We did our due diligence and met with many Denver HVAC companies…both large and small.Our experience with everyone from Tipping Hat went above and beyond our expectations. Hyper Flow is amazing! They came in and saved the day after another plumber could not fix the issue. Carlos arrived earlier than expected and was courteous and clean, always wearing shoe coverings when coming into the house and just being kind about my house and carpet. In this time of rampant poor customer service and price gouging, we were THRILLED to connect with Sasha from Cap Hill Plumbing. He is very responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, honest and just a really nice guy! During his free estimating process he gave us all the time we needed to discuss and explore options around a hot water heater and water filtration system. Once products and plans were decided he was prompt, thorough, clean and did a great job. When we had him out again to address another issue we thought was related to his original work, but turns out wasn’t, he worked for 2 hours to address some jumping pipe issues, even running to get additional supplies, and wasn’t going to charge us – he just wanted us to be happy (we paid him for his time of course!). I HIGHLY recommend Sasha – you won’t be disappointed!

We worked with Ruben at Flowrite plumbing to get a new hot water heater installed. They were prompt in getting us taken care of and extremely courteous. They are our new go to plumber.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Long story short, Do NOT use these people. They don't have plumbing knowledge at all!
I had a kitchen sink clog due to grease 18 months ago and Elite Rooter Denver performed a cabeling service. We have been very careful since then not pouring any food waste or grease down to the drain. A few months later, the drain got clogged again and I was suprised that the cabeling only last a few months. Elite Rooter Denver came out again and told me that cabeling did not clean out grease, I would need a hydro jetting. They told me hydro jetting would last at least two years (not like the cabeling), so I paid another $400+ and they gave me a warranty. However, less than a year, it clogged AGAIN... I called Elite Rooter Denver back, they said it was still the grease issue (they can use this excuse every time...), and this time they recommended a $1500 giant hydro jetting service. I declined and asked about the warranty. They stopped answering my calls and never called me back since then. So the warranty only garantees them having a chance to offer me a more expensive service??? Then I hired another company, they immediately pointed out that my air admittance valve ($20) needed to be replaced because most likely it got wet and contaminated by water backing up since the first clog, and I only need a cabeling in addition to that. Not sufficient air venting caused my sink draining slowly no matter if there was a clog, and that would significantly accelerate grease build up. That's why it got clogged again so quickly short after the cabeling and hydro jetting. Now after just a cabeling and replacing the air admittance valve, my drain flows even better than that after Elite Rooter Denver's hydro jetting. I did even ask Elite Rooter Denver if the clog had anything to do with the air valve before they did hydro jetting, and they said NO. They have no plumbing knowledge at all and just want to make as much of your money as possible.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
