True Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

True Plumbing installed a sump pump in my house a couple weeks ago because the basement kept flooding from all the rain we had been receiving. The receptionist Amy was very kind and we were able to get an estimate from Kyle the same day. We had estimates from other plumbing companies and True Plumbing was by far the most reasonable in price and the most knowledgeable (even comparing against big company names). Kyle and his crew were prompt, professional and kind. They did an amazing job! You can call other companies for estimates, but you'll end up deciding on True Plumbing because Kyle and his team know what they are talking about. You won't be disappointed with their work.

I had a great experience with True Plumbing and was happy to find their business. They fixed my leaking pipe plumbing issue and installed a custom feature on my sprinkler pipes. They were responsive to my request for a consultation and estimate and came out quickly to assess my issues. They got me on the repair schedule right away and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I was charged a reasonable amount for an excellent home repair. Kyle and his team is so courteous and professional. He gets the job done right and fast. I called him for a last minute job and they were able to work with me and fit me in. I like that they are straight forward with their work and no hidden fees. Definitely recommend him and his team to anyone.

Then to pre plumb/plumb my basement that I was finishing. Home run every time!

Kyle and True Plumbing provided stellar performance to our home bathroom and kitchen project. Kyle provided recommended specifications for approval, purchased all necessary materials, provided all necessary equipment, and was responsible for all maintenance and clean-up of our project. And he is efficient and quick!

Kyle spent a lot of time and energy in putting the finishing touches on 3 of our toilets, our kitchen sink and dishwasher. I was pleased by his courtesy and professionalism, and for his willingness to go the extra mile to make the job come out right.

I’ve used True Plumbing twice within the past 8 months and have had two great experiences. Kyle and his staff are honest, professional, communicate well and fair in their pricing. I’ve had True Plumbing replace my hot water heater and do a repair on that same water heater free of charge as it was the fault of the water heater manufacturer. Great plumber, highly recommend!

I’m a designer who hired this company to disconnect a sink and faucet for new countertops and then to reconnect the new sink and faucet. Our regular plumber was unavailable so we reached out to True. I was told that they would charge $74 for the visit and $45 for diagnostic that would be applied to the final charge if we used them. Our clients are and elderly couple. The plumber came and was so incredibly rude to them and to me. He quoted them $1375.00 to do a very rudimentary plumbing task. The sink was disconnected and we were scheduled for him to return 24hours later, after the counters were installed and the sink was dry. He told our client that he wasn’t coming back until Thursday. I called him and he was again, the rudest person Ive ever talked to. I convinced him to come back Tuesday so they wouldn’t be without water for 3 days. He came on Tuesday and said the brand new faucet wasn’t working and that he will charge them to come back ($180). WORST PLUMBER EVER!!! Do not use this company

Kyle and his team were amazing! We had a leak somewhere in our main water line. We do not have a traditional water line that runs straight from the street to our property. It actually goes from our side yard, under the driveway, under the front lawn, then under our walkway, under a giant bush and finally into the house. We were worried they would have to take up the concrete, and that we would be without water for two days. Nope! His crew replaced the entire line, even patched the hole in the foundation on the interior and only had to take up a bit of our front yard to replace the entire line. Not only was the work and communication superior, the cost was literally 1/3 the amount of two other more well known plumbing companies. Do yourself a favor and go with these guys if you ever need a plumber!

I had two other companies and they both wanted thousands to replace different lengths of lines. Kyle and his crew were here and ran a scope and said the problems the others told me about were non-existent! Easy fix and a yearly clean out are all I need! You won't find anyone more honest about what you need.

Kyle has always been an honest reliable guy since I first met him years ago, and I'm more than 100% confident in the caliber of his work because of the caliber of guy he is. BK

Kyle saved us thousands by properly & efficiently diagnosing and removing what turned out to be roots clogging our main line. Another company failed to remove all of the roots and then tried to convince us that the line needed to be dug up in order to clear it. Im glad we got a 2nd opinion from a clearly superior service provider! Thanks Kyle!
