This was our third time using Done Heating and Plumbing. Quinn was our technician this time. We had a frozen pipe and a flooded basement and had been without water for a day. Quinn was very friendly and knowledgable and quickly located the leak and repaired it.Every experience we have had with Done H&P has been great. Their prices have been lower than competitors each time. This third time, I didn't even bother getting another quote, I just picked up the phone and called Done. True Plumbing installed a sump pump in my house a couple weeks ago because the basement kept flooding from all the rain we had been receiving. The receptionist Amy was very kind and we were able to get an estimate from Kyle the same day. We had estimates from other plumbing companies and True Plumbing was by far the most reasonable in price and the most knowledgeable (even comparing against big company names). Kyle and his crew were prompt, professional and kind. They did an amazing job! You can call other companies for estimates, but you'll end up deciding on True Plumbing because Kyle and his team know what they are talking about. You won't be disappointed with their work.

What a joy it was to hire an honest, courteous plumber! Thomas got everything squared away in record time when we found 4” of sewer water in our main level bathtub. Even at 9pm, he showed up promptly and in a great mood. He’s a lifesaver!

Kathi and Taiwana were both very pleasant on the phone. Kathi got us set up right away with Michael. Michael was out the next day at the expected time. He looked over our situation thoroughly and checked everything out. While there he noticed that the water heater was due to be changed and reminded us of that. He was never pushy and never rude , and easy to get along with. He was knowledgeable and his work was quality work. He was detailed in his explanation of what could be done and gave us many options, indicating the price of each option.He finished the work in 2 days. Explained everything as he went and gave us maintenance instructions. He also cleaned up after himself. We will always call Michael for our plumbing needs now. He was a pleasure to work with. We felt the cost was fair for the scope of the work.

Gilbert and Luis were quick, responsive and extremely helpful at a fair price. Even on a weekend. They also provided fountains of knowledge helpful for those of us who know nothing about plumbing. I highly recommend!

What fantastic and professional service! I needed a quick hand in trying to troubleshoot an issue with a washing machine line and Cap Hill plumbing was able to quickly identify what the problem was and easily fix it! Very professional, quick and thorough service, and was even kind enough to dry up any areas that had been splashed a tiny bit by water- definitely would use again!

These guys underbid their competitors and were completely professional. Their pricing is the absolute best you'll find. They did an excellent job. I Highly recommend.

I called and Sammy came out and diagnosed my water heater with a faulty, I am going to call it a control box. My water heater is under warranty still, so he started the process to have it fixed. Vaughn and Nick came out 3 days later. The got the part on Friday came on Monday. To repair the water heater. All the employees that I have been in contact with at Spartan are amazing.

I had a plumbing emergency and of course it was at 5:00PM the day before a holiday. Al responded to my call and was pleasant and very helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem in no time. I couldn't have been more pleased with the company's quick response and Al's attitude and ability. Thank you for a job well done.

We have used Flow Rite Plumbing on several occasions in our office. Their professionalism is always top notch and if we are expieriencing an emergency they are always there ASAP. Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
