Highly recommend!! Matt came out and helped with my dishwasher shut off valve. Took his time to explain what I needed and the cost. Also was very impressed on how much he wanted to make sure it was done right. Cleaned up my floor (even though he barley made a mess). Excellent service and super quick. Called earlier today and they got him out within a couple hours. So thankful too!

Called 5 different plumbers (yes 5 others passed on the job) on a Friday afternoon while visiting Denver and E&J was the first one to have a human answer instead of an automated answering service like all the others. Was very relieved when after LESS than a minute on the phone he said to text him the address and he'd be there within the hour (thank god bec we needed a plumber quick haha) he showed up very quick and got right to work! We recently had a backed up sewer line, and we had it cleared out by another company (we had not heard of Around the Clog at the time). After a camera inspection, the other company tried to push us to replace parts of the sewer line (for $4800) where - according to them - we had a real problem. We wanted a second opinion and asked Around the Clog to do a camera inpection, and Doug, the owner, came and did it. He told us that all was well with our sewer line, and that he would only recommend clearing out some small tree roots every other year. Doug was competent, and honest, in addition to being punctual and a really nice guy, and he saved us major cost and landscaping hassle. The next time we have plumbing issue, we will certainly go to Around the Clog again!

8/2022 Installation of swamp cooler. Incredibly fast service, one day install!! Kodiak was courteous and knowledgeable. Elizabeth was professional, provided accurate information, and was very helpful in answering any questions. Everyone on the job, Noah, Alden, Romeo, Jamie, Kyle, Alex, Elijah, and Matt, were efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. Will absolutely recommend Tipping Hat and use their services in the future.1/5/2023 Installation of dual boiler and water heater unit. Big job well done by all involved. Adam and Kodiak A provided succinct estimates and fully explained the options. Kodiak followed the process from start to finish. Elizabeth G, Jamie P, and Lejla C provided useful information in a timely manner. Sean B, Remington B, and Bart, the installation team, did an incredible job tearing out the old boiler and installing the new equipment.

They were able to come same-day when I had a serious plumbing issue that led to me not being able to use water anywhere in the house. They did an excellent and efficient job repairing the problem, and the price was much less than what I was expecting. Thanks Gilbert and Luis!

Did a great job replacing my 20 year old water heater in the very limited space available in my utility closet. Brought everything up to code and found a nonstandard thin model that would fit in the space available that was also still a great value. Thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and left everything clean when done. Would highly recommend.

Sam and Gabe @ Spartan came out today to give me an estimate on getting rid of a saddle valve that feeds water to my fridge. There was almost no water pressure, so i would be at the fridge for 2 minutes or longer for a glass of water.
Sam and Gabe checked the valve, the water lines, etc. They reviewed a couple of options for the valve replacement, explained how each worked and the benefits, and provided prices for both options. Now i have a low maintenance quarter-turn ball valve instead of the slow-flow saddle valve.
After the work was done, we tested the water flow from the fridge - Everything worked perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the work Sam and Gabe did. Will definitely call Spartan again for future plumbing work.

I called when they opened and had a plumber at my door two hours later. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Cliff was very through, and explained what the issue was in detail and gave helpful tips to prevent future problems. You can't beat the pricing, and service is outstanding. These guys get an A+ in my book!

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Unless you want to be overcharged...
Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and heating.

Rubin and Rob were professional and kind.
They came in, got the job done quickly and efficiently.
They did not leave anything behind, but a perfect job and very happy client.
Also, their pricing was so reasonable!
In the future, I will use only them!

Only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn’t do zero, worst experience I had with a company that claims to be professional. Called about 7 times to reach a manager to address my complaint and when finally got a hold of him he said they would mail me my money back in 7 days well it’s been over a month. Honestly stay away

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
