The technician was James Tveter. I had a problem with no domestic well water. He did an awesome job in explaining the possible problems, did diagnostics and fixed it. Very professional and I appreciated his help!

Tipping Hat came in to replace a propane water heater with an electric one. Everything from the estimate where the master electrician came to the installation in a better location was done in a few hours. The area was left clean and all our questions were answered . Brandon, Elijah & Matt were great!

Our work was completed a few days ago and I think I can safely say everything went exceedingly well. We had a very unfortunate leak in our main water service line and our house is quite old with some (likely) original piping, making our job pretty complex. No other companies really offered a solution that seemed reasonable, besides Hyper Flow. I had several plumbers out to give ideas and quotes (anyone with good reviews!). Kyle was also one of the few who seemed to simply provide information and didn't seem like he was trying to scare us into spending more money or doing more work. Kyle provided great explanations of what would happen, what our options were, why other options weren't feasible, and answered questions really clearly. I felt like I was in good hands, as you could see how methodical and organized he was in his approach. We had some scuffs on our walls, etc after the work was complete but our living room was jackhammered through and basically a construction zone, so I'm not sure that could've been avoided. They also worked on our house for about 12 hours to have everything complete in one day, which I feel like was really an extra step, instead of coming back a second day. I feel pretty thrilled to have found a reliable plumber. I will definitely recommend to others and contact them first for anything else we need.

Capra plumbing is fantastic. These guys are very professional and personal. Can't reccomend them enough. Service and quality of work are top notch. We had a minor emergency and Dean got us back up and running in no time with great workmanship and a friendly attitude; on a Monday morning no less.

I would give 0 stars if at all possible Is very imperfessional not on time and got upset at the fact that he was wrong He wanted me to prove it to him I don't need to prove anything but you know what you Said you were going to do and you know what you didn't do

Initial contact with this company was good, as when we spoke over the phone I stated I needed A-scope and a recording of my pipes as well as clogged tub when contractors showed up on the 6th to take care of the work I had already had someone come out to take care of the clogged tub as to needing it done sooner he did not have the right equipment to do the scope of work and then when I proceeded to tell the contractor that Yet that he was being recorded for quality assurances when we spoke over the phone stating that's what I needed done and that's not what he was able to provide he proceed to get upset and mumble stuff I then proceeded to ask contractor to leave my house he proceeded to get upset Mind you this is all being recorded via front door camera 2 front cameras as well as multiple side cameras on the house he perceived to get upset when I told the contractor to leave my property multiple times he did not do so very unprofessional and as a business owner this is not how you conduct business in any way shape or form very unprofessional and I would think highly about using this contractor anytime in the future I would think about hiring another contractor to do any of your plumbing needs do not go with this contractor

Ryan (0547) worked very hard for us at Ski Country Antiques and Home. We have aging sewer pipes and they needed a good flushing. Ryan was exceptional and I really appreciate his hard work. He took his time to do it correctly. He used his camera to see if he found the source of the problem and then he went after the problem area. He did not complain and was just as concerned about the blockage as I was.Great Job Ryan and Thanks again!

They told me that I should have my ac replaced since it was old, and that it would be a simple two three day job. It has now been over two weeks and the job is still not finished. During that time they have said they couldn't work because it was too cold, on a day where it was 68 degrees. My ac has been down for the entire process, and currently we are in a heat wave causing major discomfort in the house. They have left multiple times without informing us on the status of the job. I have had to call them four different times to tell them the job still isn't finished and that we still need people to come and finish it. Above all else I'm tired of having workers at my house for about 3 hours a day making a huge mess that I have to clean up every time. If I had known the struggle of working with SWAN I would not have begun this job in the first place.

A little late on the review…but Charles did amazing work extending our gas line and fixing some plumbing issues a month or so ago. Professional, easy going, efficient and excellent quality/skill… pricing was significantly better than every other company I contacted without sacrificing quality. I will absolutely call again next time something comes up!

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
