At first I did not think they could take care of this. But he surprised me and how fast it was done. There was 2 guys here and they can come back anytime.

They saved the day! Our sump pump went out on a Friday evening and our basement started flooding. AAARK was the ONLY company that could come out the same night.

They connected me with Nick, who confirmed our problem via phone. Within an hour he showed up with a new pump. After looking everything over, he gave us an estimate, and got to work.

Nick was awesome. He answered all questions, got the new pump installed, and even finished slightly under the quote price.

Well, called them out to look for a blown transformer for my doorbell, never did find it, then tried to sell me a $10k new panel.. Called a handyman out and found it. At least I only had to pay AAA $49 for the call out fee..

I’ve never had to call for outside help before but when an electrical problem came up that I was not able to solve I was very fortunate to be assisted by Jacob Bradford at Tipping Hat. He came the same day as we called and went the extra mile when it came to climbing around our hot attic to find the source of trouble for what we thought was just a simple electric outlet swap. We highly recommend Jacob and will use him again should the need arise.

Anthony was very professional. We have an old boiler system that was leaking with no visible signs of where the water was going (challenging).
