I had some water damage that Roscoe investigated. It ended up being a roof leak and not plumbing. He was very professional and honest. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need which is appreciated.

Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a property manager and have used Roto-Rooter on and off throughout the many years I have been in business. To say they have gone down hill is an understatement. $500 charges for work never done. I have spent 2 months trying to get in touch with someone and have gotten nothing but the run-around. Seems no manager or supervisor is ever available, and their call center? They'll just hang up on you or transfer you to another agent who has the same inability to help that they do. if you use them. be prepared to have to dispute charges with your credit card company. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually backs up their work and treats their clients with some respect. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I was told they would be at my house between 1 and 5 p.m. I took the afternoon off work. At 2:17 p.m. I received a call telling me I was next and the service person would call me when they were 30 minutes away. At 5:00 p.m. “John” called and said he was on his way and was one hour out. What a disappointment. There were many more things I would have enjoyed doing when taking a day off, than waiting for someone who never came.

Made an appointment for Wednesday at 8am calls me Tuesday at 8 ask if he could come. he said his morning freed up and he could make it 9:30 10 rolls around no plumber. Call him said he can come later that day I said I was busy so ask if I can keep my original in appointment he said he was too busy. Thanks but no thanks my time is just as important as his
