I was so grateful that they were able to get a service technician so quickly...it was an emergency and could not have waited even one more day. The service technician was so clear about what was going to be done and with the cost, I had no questions. He was fast and courteous and cleaned up after himself! I am very happy with the job he did and is on my speed dial for any future work... emergency or not!

We found Flow-Rite through homeadvisor and have used them for years because they're genuine, kind, honest people and have always given us a great price for fantastic work. They deserve more than they charge for their integrity alone! Ruben (the owner) is always available and quick to help--even when we had a leaky ceiling in the early hours of the morning. Rob has taken care of us several times when we've needed drain cleaning--and has taught us how to take care of our drains to avoid future clogs (don't use powdered dishsoap with our hard water bc it causes buildup, and use green gobbler in our kitchen about every 6 months-1year to keep things flowing). He's educating us out of a job, haha! Ruben personally took the time to chat with me and give me his honest advice when we needed a water heater. He gave me the best estimate out of two other companies, answered all of my questions, answered some that I didn't even know to ask, and even a great Cuban restaurant recommendation! Eddie and Juan replaced my water heater in an hour and were super sweet. Eddie even saved me $20 on a drain when he pointed out how unlikely it was that we would need it with the drain inches away from the heater. It's one thing to find a solid company that does great work, and another to find good people that you can trust--and I believe I've found both at Flow-Rite!

When I look for professional help, there are 3 things I look for:
1. Knowledgeable and skilled - I look for people that not just gives me a price but explains what they are doing and why they recommend it. A good indicator is how meticulous they in assessing your situation and every situation is different but you should walk away feeling like you know exactly what they will do.
2. Value - Don't mistake value for price. Just like most things in life, professional jobs are expensive. I always question cheap estimates. Their prices are competitive.
3. Do you feel comfortable or confident? This one is one that is hard to judge but when I walk away from an estimate, I should feel confident and should have not questions unanswered. Additionally, if after Im done and take time to think about the estimate if I have too many questions remaining, it just means they didn't do a good job of explaining what they plan to do. It's on them since they are the experts and provide information that you may not think about.

WHE met all three criteria for me. I highly recommend them. I will recommend them to friends and family and I don't do that often.

After a not so great experience with another company, King Rooter and Plumbing came to my rescue. They answered my call on short notice and installed a water heater at half the price of what I was quoted by a competitor. Their prices are fair, their service great, and their staff very friendly and knowledgable. I truly apprecaite Al and the thorough job he did! Thanks again for the great experience.

I waited for more than 5 hours! Confirmed for between 10:30 and 12:30. I was there (I’m the owner but daughter rents) at 10:20. Finally around 4:00 someone came. Apparently a mixup! I was not happy.
Technician who came was fine.

Eric (tech 1307) was responsive, and did a great job. He communicated well and was polite and courteous. I was educated on the issues as well as preventative measures we can take in the future.

Jon was great explaining the condition of my cast iron pipes and what we should do to maintain them. So glad that Swan offers scoping with the hydrojetting. It gives me a peace of mind being able to see the condition of the pipes. Thank you for being through with the job.

Easy to Schedule! Called because I had water coming from a sump pump and he detected a cracked pipe and took care of spigot replacement while he was there too. Fast and fair price. Have previously used and will call again.

I called them as they were the closest. Our water heater decided to blow water all over. I was concerned there would not be any availability but they were able to get me in and the showed up on time. Jonathan came and looked at the issue and exuded it was an easy fix. After going to get the required parts, Jonathan came
Back and not only fixed the issue but put in place a better more rugged product. The price was reasonable and they were clean, COVID safe and professional. I can’t say enough about Jonathan and this company.

Great experience. My mother in law needed help when her sink drain line broke under concrete. They arrived on time developed a solution that helped minimize additional jackhammering of concrete. They did great work at a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

Had Adam come out today and recommended best practice services. He was able to identify probable issues that could happen in the near future and was able to provide solutions to preventing those issues. Give this man a RAISE!!
