I had a sewer line break and Luis came out right away to get me an estimate. He was very thorough and communicative. The crew did a really good job of completing the work. It took them 2 days to replace my entire line from the exterior of my home all the way to the street connection. I would definitely use them again as not only do they do great work but their prices are very reasonable.

I needed an old 75 gallon water heater replaced since it had started to leak. I called Done Plumbing because they were highly recommended by a local plumbing supplier. They are very responsive and had Joe come out quickly to give me a quote. He listened to what I wanted in a new heater - energy efficient, quiet, quick recovery - and suggested a few that would work. Once I approved the work, he came out the next day and installed the water heater. They even called after to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend using Done Plumbing. Their work was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the price was fair. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Responded extremely quickly, within less than 3 hours, to a rather emergent issue. Most pleasant to work with, left the area very neat and clean. Felt very comfortable working with these two gentleman. Would recommend them without hesitation!

Bottom line - I'll be using Around The Clog again and again in the future. Long story short, I first called a competitor based on an online review which ended in me telling the guy to pack his tools and leave the property due to an inconsistency of costs quoted over the phone (nearly doubled once they arrived) which is understandable in come cases but not in this case. I then called Lafayette Chamber of Commerce and asked who they recommend. They gave me Doug and Tanya's contact and not only was the work completed promptly and professionally, Doug and Tanya have the Can Do attitude I search for in any contractor I use. Doug solved the problem others wouldn't touch and it was easier and faster than the others said it would be. Around The Clog is now my go to plumbing referral source.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Online scheduling was very easy. My technician (John K) was professional, knowledgeable, and able to do a complicated replacement of my old water heater/gas line. He made sure I understood proper care and maintenance to prolong the life of my new heater. John also identified a problem with my main water shut off valve that I was not aware of. I would not hesitate to have him come out again, and am happy to recommend this business.

I would give 0 stars if at all possible Is very imperfessional not on time and got upset at the fact that he was wrong He wanted me to prove it to him I don't need to prove anything but you know what you Said you were going to do and you know what you didn't do

Initial contact with this company was good, as when we spoke over the phone I stated I needed A-scope and a recording of my pipes as well as clogged tub when contractors showed up on the 6th to take care of the work I had already had someone come out to take care of the clogged tub as to needing it done sooner he did not have the right equipment to do the scope of work and then when I proceeded to tell the contractor that Yet that he was being recorded for quality assurances when we spoke over the phone stating that's what I needed done and that's not what he was able to provide he proceed to get upset and mumble stuff I then proceeded to ask contractor to leave my house he proceeded to get upset Mind you this is all being recorded via front door camera 2 front cameras as well as multiple side cameras on the house he perceived to get upset when I told the contractor to leave my property multiple times he did not do so very unprofessional and as a business owner this is not how you conduct business in any way shape or form very unprofessional and I would think highly about using this contractor anytime in the future I would think about hiring another contractor to do any of your plumbing needs do not go with this contractor

Initially I had Water Heater Experts out to inspect my leaking and partially clogged kitchen drain. They showed me where the garbage disposal was cracked (causing the leak) and recommended a product that would help the gurgling sound coming from the drain (which I had assumed was a partial blockage). Within a week of getting the product (online, not from the WHE) the drain works great, just had they had advised. While they were out I had them look at the hot water heater. I knew when I bought my place 4 yrs ago that the hot water heater was older and wouldn't last forever. Upon inspection they found it was 15 years old -- and I could see the corrosion without them pointing it out. We scheduled a time to replace the hot water heater (which involved unstacking and moving my washer & dryer to get to it), they gave me a quote and returned as scheduled. The new hot water heater is amazing! I'm so glad I found WHE to come out and do these very necessary repairs. I highly recommend Alex and his team!

Finding a plumber who will be straight forward about pricing with you is so hard to find. IPC was different from the rest and quoted me a good rate before they came. Other plumbers will come and either quote a ridiculous amount or charge for the visit itself. IPC was friendly and on time. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues I have.

My home warranty company sent Dam Good Plumbing to my rental property to look at a leak from the garbage disposal and a leaking pipe. Spoke to owner Jacki and she said her technician would come. He came and looked at the issues. Plumber needed to submit needed repairs to the warranty company for approval. I paid the service fee.
Next day Jacki texted me to say repair was approved and they would contact tenant to go that day to make repairs.
Dam Good Plumbing never called or made appointment to fix repairs.
Repeated calls and texts to Jackie went unanswered. I contacted warranty company and they can't get get a response either! I don't get it. She seemed so nice and helpful at first....Now I need to find another company, hopefully someone with integrity and good customer service.

Service is not what I expected, showing up late between the time frame or not even a courtesy call, if they're going to showed up or be late. I would not recommend this service at all or any home depot subcontractor through DELTA MECHANICAL PLUMBING. My experience with this company is really bad, dealing with them over the phone all day, just to make an appointment is a hassle. The service is very poor, the Tech it's not professional can't barely speak English and hard to understand. I just thought hiring their tech is from the Street under the table, just to get paid a very cheap labor
