Drain and Sewer Solutions

Our basement drain has been leaking for a while now and I finally decided to call to get it fixed. Luis came out the same day and had his crew here to replace the pipe in a few hours. His workers put plastic everywhere and the job was done before dinner time!

They were all very professional, didn't make a big ole mess and the whole experience was great! Thank you so much for your help, I will definitely call you again and refer you!

I had a sewer line break and Luis came out right away to get me an estimate. He was very thorough and communicative. The crew did a really good job of completing the work. It took them 2 days to replace my entire line from the exterior of my home all the way to the street connection. I would definitely use them again as not only do they do great work but their prices are very reasonable.

Didn’t end up using Sewer Solutions due to our situation being a real estate transaction and the buyers opted to take care of things on their end. However, I was in touch with Jeff, and he was super helpful. He gave an honest assessment and offered solutions at reasonable prices.

If we have future sewer line needs, we’ll definitely be reaching out to Jeff and Sewer Solutions!

I will be honest, we had an offer for someone to fix the main water line for half the price they did it for, however there were also double the price quotes from other companies. Had a good feeling and so happy we went with them! Professional, prompt, and friendly! Replaced the main water line in a few hours, and were informed they'd come back and finish the sprinkler system the next day. Christian also went above and beyond looking and snaking our shower and repairing our rocky toilet! Will keep their number close for any future work we need done!

Had our sewer back up into our basement. Luis cleared our line and performed a camera inspection. It was discovered our line was cracked with tree roots. Luis and his team replaced our sewer line without any problems. We were amazed how organized and professional they are. We have lived in our home for 25 years and have multiple sewer companies come to our home to clear out the sewer line when blocked. Drain and Sewer solutions have hands down beaten their competitors by far. Would recommend this team to anyone with drain or sewer problems in their homes. Can't say enough about this team. Thank you so much.

After cleaning out a plugged sewer, I had that contractor run a camera down the sewer line only to discover the pipe exiting the building was clay. It was still in good shape but it ran under a building and another structure built on top of a concrete slab. If the sewer pipe had failed, it would have cost thousands and disrupted my business tenants immensely! Sewer Solutions came out to look at the job the next day and provided options immediately. The next weekend, they arrived and completed the job in an 11 hour day. Doing this job on a weekend was so helpful considering the 4 tenants would have been unable to use the facilities while work was done on the sewer.

Out of town when main drain issues were discovered by friends watching house.
Luis was very accommodating-would have come out the night it was discovered but my company was not available so he was out there first thing the next morning.
Ended up needing a repair done so permit was pulled, yard was trenched, repair completed and inspection passed by city.
Luis kept me appraised of situation as it progressed with pictures and video when done.

Will obviously do a personal inspection when I return but seems like it all was done well and timely.

My experience with Drain and Sewer Solutions was excellent! I recently contracted Drain and Sewer Solutions to redo a major portion of my below slab basement sewer drain with multiple tie-ins and I cannot thank them enough.

I was experiencing a back flow issue where my laundry room floor drain was overflowing every time I ran the dish washer or washing machine due to a sagging pipe. My house is in Arvada CO, and over 50 years old and still had the original sewer pipes so it was due for an upgrade.

Louis was very knowledgeable and understood the issue right away, I originally had asked him to come snake the drain thinking there was a clog but after sending a camera down the pipe it was clear that a more involved solution was needed. After further inspection and some decisions making I decided to replace 40 feet of both the sagging drain for the kitchen/washer and the major portion of my sewer main. The Drain and Sewer Solutions team took extra time to help me understand my issue and how to best move forward and fix it long term.

The crew showed up early Saturday and got right to work, the team taped off the whole work space prior to operating any machinery and ensured that my personal items would not be effected by the construction. They operated in a knowledgeable, well trained, and professional manner and worked hard into the evening. The next day with the prep work finished they were able to lay the pipe and get it tested and replace the cement in only a couple of hours, finishing a job well done in the time frame we had agreed on.

Overall I am very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Sewer and Drain Solutions. Initially after first looking at the issue and the work I wanted done, I was given a price for the job, and Sewer and Drain Solutions stuck to it! I know that in the pluming/home repair industry an estimate can be considered more of a rough guide line than a contract but with Sewer and Drain solutions that is not the case! These guys are fair and will meet the quote they provide with out any pressuring phone calls about why more work needs to be done at more cost.

Also, thankfully, I was able to get the work done for quite a bit less than of the other quotes I received (all which were way out of my budget). For this job I was offered a fair price by a trust worthy and hard working team, and the work exceeded my expectations. I am very thankful for Sewer and Drain solutions and will not look any where else for any of my plumbing needs.
