We have been nursing an older furnace along for a while now and we needed a minor repair today which was causing us to not have heat. I have heard about Blue Sky and decided to give them a call. From the first call I could tell they are different. They checked with dispatch while I was on the phone and sent William D. to our home within the hour. He immediately confirmed the diagnosis I reported -- I know how to read furnace error codes, but repairing them is another matter. He left to obtain the needed part, came back and installed it. He didn't seem bothered by my hovering to watch him do his work, he answered all my questions, reminded me about furnace safety (to test our carbon monoxide detectors), showed me a few things to educate me about furnaces in general and ours in particular, while he tested it to make sure all was well. Within two hours of him first arriving, we were up and running, including the time it took him to drive 30 minutes each way to get the part. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with a furnace repairperson, and I've had many. I've also seen many in my 20 years as a Realtor. Blue Sky will now become my go-to company for all things HVAC. I'm putting them on speed-dial and will request William for all future work on my HVAC system.
