When we needed the team to help with an unexpected full home repipe (from old rusted out galvanized), they got the job done in 2 short days at a reasonable cost which really helped to alleviate some of the stress that comes with an unexpected (and serious) home repair.

I’m a designer who hired this company to disconnect a sink and faucet for new countertops and then to reconnect the new sink and faucet. Our regular plumber was unavailable so we reached out to True. I was told that they would charge $74 for the visit and $45 for diagnostic that would be applied to the final charge if we used them. Our clients are and elderly couple. The plumber came and was so incredibly rude to them and to me. He quoted them $1375.00 to do a very rudimentary plumbing task. The sink was disconnected and we were scheduled for him to return 24hours later, after the counters were installed and the sink was dry. He told our client that he wasn’t coming back until Thursday. I called him and he was again, the rudest person Ive ever talked to. I convinced him to come back Tuesday so they wouldn’t be without water for 3 days. He came on Tuesday and said the brand new faucet wasn’t working and that he will charge them to come back ($180). WORST PLUMBER EVER!!! Do not use this company

Working with Thomas was a great experience. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find the issue. We came to find out that the issue was not plumbing related and did not need his services. However, for future purposes, I have found a great plumber.

Gilbert was quick to respond and his pricing was extremely reasonable. On the day of the install, the sink we purchased was barely too big to fit into the countertop. Gilbert and his son got creative, made everything work in the end, and did an amazing job. I cannot recommend Quality Plumbing more if you're in the neighborhood.

Our water heater was leaking and needed immediate attention. We called King Rooter and they were able to come out the same day. The water heater was 10 years old and needed to be replaced. King Rooter & Plumbing installed a new Bradford White water heater, brought it up to code, and passed inspection. We are extremely pleased with their service and quality, and will refer them to our friends.

This was a rather interesting experience. I had non-emergent issues with my boiler. The guys came out, and recommended a maintenance service so they could, “go through everything and find the problem.” I hadnt had it done, so I agreed. It became clear that my unit was being used as a training exercise for a new guy. When they were done, I was assured that the leaking gauge was just a temporary fluke, the parts expand and it’s not leaking now. Weird. On top of it, they charged the expensive trip fee even though they had done a service. Better businesses dont do that, in my experience, but I’ll take the blame for not asking in advance. If I had, I’d probably have sent them away without doing any work. I started the boiler the next day, and of course it started leaking again. I called to complain, and they told me it was tough luck about the trip charge but they would generously waive the next one if they came back out again because of an issue with their work. I wasnt going back for a second burn, and I paid another company to do my repair. Caveat emptor!

We had some major plumbing problems 5 days after we moved into our new home. Paul, Brett and Ryan were all fantastic to work with diagnosing and solving the problem. They were all very courteous and were persistent about resolving the issues we were having. I hope not to have to use Roto-Rooter again soon but if the need arises, we will definitely call on them. Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
