Preston came out to fix our evaporative cooler and communicated exactly what was needed. He came back three days later at 8 pm to fix it because it has been so hot. He went way above and beyond anything we expected, and was the most knowledgeable repair we have had for our breeze air evaporative cooler. He was great!

Justin was on time - he was actually at my house a little early. He changed out the motor on my bathroom exhaust fan. He took his time and was extremely thorough. He will be my go-to electrician from now on. Extremely knowledgeable.

Same day appointment, was able to come even earlier then the time frame window, friendly, wore shoe covers which is so great for snowy days, gave us options and then replaced our thermostat. He did a wonderful job with hiding as much of the previous unpainted areas as possible - it's these attention to details that we very much appreciate. Also very courteous about our curious kittens trying to get into the furnace room and used a little gate. Fixed the issue so we have heat again. Definitely recommend!

Ryan with Dr Fix It was incredibly professional and even came early (with my approval). He knew immediately what to do and how to do it. He was very kind and understanding about having my 3 year old and 1.5 year old kids watch him do his work. I hired Aaark for a small bathroom remodel. They took care of the plumbing rough-in and finish for a new vanity. After getting multiple quotes and asking neighbors for recommendations, I went with Aaark and I am so happy I did. Had a crew come out for a gas line install for our outdoor grill. Andy and Josh did an awesome job, were able to overcome some unforeseen obstacles, and still completed everything in a timely manner. 2nd time I’ve used Golden West in the past 3 months (prior was for a completely separate issue) and I honestly won’t be calling any other shop in the future.
