During a freeze in Colorado it was near impossible to get a plumber to fix a busted pipe. He noticed I called and he called me back pretty quickly. He was able to get to us in just a few hours later. No other company could have seen us that same day. He was very professional and thorough. Best of all, he was very affordable! I would recommend him to anyone!

John and Craig came out to install a new sump pump for my home. They were timely and professional the whole way through. Reasonable rates and John took the time to educate me on some maintenance tips going forward.

We had a plumbing emergency unfortunately on a weekend at the last moment. Thomas and Shawn were able to arrive much earlier than the quoted time and were professional beyond anything I’ve experienced. They offered to walk us through everything they did which was pretty amazing. No one ever offered to share the process and offer future solutions. Polite, professional, thorough, I can’t find enough adjectives for these guys. Go to team from now on.

Around the Clog did a wonderful job diagnosing our leak and doing their best to minimize damage to drywall in fixing it. They were thorough and very reasonably-priced. I would highly recommend them!

Myself & my neighbor are extremely happy with the professional, quality service we received from Water Heater Experts, Alex and Vince. Their work was excellent and within the time frame quoted. They cleaned up every thing, showed us how to close and open the water line to our building, and were fair and honest in their pricing. They gave us a break in the cost since it was both me and my neighbor, with 11 new stop valves and 2 kitchen sink installations. Both of us are happy, will certainly use them again in the future, and recommend WHE Plumbing!

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

I called last Monday morning to see if Christopher's Plumbing could service 3 high end faucets and David who answered the phone said he could work me into their schedule either for the next day which was Tuesday between 1-3p or Thursday between 1-3p with their plumber Rick. David made a point to tell me that he would definitely call me back later on Monday to confirm that Rick would be coming on Tuesday because he knows how important my time is and he didn't want me just waiting around. I did not get a call back on Monday so I called Tuesday morning and spoke to David. He again said he would call me back in just a bit to see if Rick would be coming that afternoon between 1-3p. I never heard anything back from David and Rick did not show up. Come around Thursday I still never got a call back from David and still did not have anyone show up to complete my repairs. Unfortunately these days the art of customer service has really taken a nose dive but for someone to make a point that they are going to call you back because they know how precious your time is and then not call back is shameful! I have seen other terrible reviews and I should have trusted my gut instinct. Terrible customer service for being a family owned company for so many years...maybe the owners are retiring and the kids are taking over and unfortunately they have never been taught the proper way to have good customer service. My recommendation, don't use these guys!

I 100% trust these guys and will never call a different plumber for as long as I live. My first call to them was for a leaky pipe that I had cheaply patched. They took a look and told me some not great news which was to save my money up because I'm going to need to replace all of the pipes in my house, and soon. I called them up about 4 months later ready to take on the project. Adam remembered me after just a few details and came out the next day, gave me my estimate, and started the project 2 days later. They were considerate of my work schedule and on top of all of our requests. They installed a new toilet for me during the project and added a water line to my fridge, both without any extra charge. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had direct communication with the team and timely updates from them throughout the project. Its obvious these guys are experts and I'm so glad to have them as a resource. I'm very impressed and pleased. Plus, you couldn't meet a friendlier group of individuals. They're responsive, professional and courteous. Don't even think about calling a different plumber, trust me.

My wife used Golden West Plumping back in November of 2017. When we had main line blockage. They informed her and my son we had some broken pipes causing bellies in the main line to the sewer. It was suggested to replace the main line pipe sometime in the near future. So when the weather got warm I gave them a call to followup on the information they gave my wife. They sent Anthony out, who was the one that did the service call in November. He did an excellent job in reviewing the problem. I was able to schedule the work to be done five days out.The crew arrived in a timely manner. Anthony greeted me and went over all the procedures being done and possible unforeseen problems. The crew worked diligently. Anthony took time out from the labor of the job to keep me informed of the job progress. It was so nice to see a crew work as a team, something you do not see to often these days. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up.I asked a lot of questions and they were answered with out any hesitation.They also have a membership club.Office Staff 5 StarsCrew 5 StarsI would recommend them.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
