Jordan and Patrick from Defense Plumbing did an excellent job helping me replace a shutoff valve and fix my fridge water line! They were efficient, professional, and very friendly. And did very good work! I highly recommend them to anyone for your plumbing needs.

Contacted them after another company was very incompetent. These guys are fantastic and quickly installed a vacuum breaker that honestly I probably could have installed, but now I know for sure it was done right. They gave a thorough explanation to a bunch of other plumbing questions, providing great educational information. I will be using them again when I get more saved up, as they provided a great solution to a humidifier problem I have. They were about the same cost as the other quotes I got, but service was the winner.

We contacted Defense due to a leak coming from an outdoor spigot. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were so quick to respond and were able to come out the next day. The plumber was very nice, professional, and did quick and excellent work. Dealing with them was such an easy experience, we have already reached out for another job and will continue to. Fantastic company to work with. Communication and pricing was excellent. Patrick came within 24 hours of our initial request to repair an outdoor faucet leak we had in our backyard. It's ironic because you never really want to NEED a go-to plumber, but I've certainly found one in Defense Plumbing. Patrick and Jordan were absolutely amazing, professional, personable, and extremely quick to make multiple repairs to the home I just purchased. While I hope to not need to see them again for a very long time, I will not hesitate to contact them if/when I do!

I've used Defense twice - once for an ASAP busted pipe leak a year ago, and a little over a month ago for a clogged drain. Both in the same bathroom.

The first time was great. $375 seemed reasonable based on what I saw. No issues with work in the year since that happened.

The second time was pretty meh. He said it was something further down the line and I should get a scope/cleaning. I was surprised, because I just had the entire service line replaced 3 years ago. Plus - none of the other water fixtures had any issues draining. He did end up rebuilding the toilet because it had a small run to it, and changed the stopper in the sink from a modern, more pretty than functional option, to a standard stopper that actually goes up/down. Ended up being like $530 between the toilet rebuild and the minimum labor charge (first time using them this minimum labor charge didn't exist, it was all bundled in.) Inflation maybe, just a note. So anyway, the problem I called about wasn't fixed, and he referred me to another company that could do a scope/cleaning.

Went a few weeks without a sink in that bathroom because money, and on a whim I buy a small sink plunger today. Low and behold, now it drains like new.

I think I got Jordan the first time, don't remember the second guys name. Maybe it was a fluke, these guys have really good reviews so that's where I'm leaning. But still quite frustrating in the end given how simple of a fix it was. Maybe my fault for not trying a plunger myself first, but they should have figured out such a simple fix for over $500, even if most of that was for the toilet.

Aside from this issue, they are very prompt at getting you in, don't give crazy long windows, and are great about letting you know when they are on the way.

Wow, so after all the reviews I was excited for defense plumbing to come out and estimate my plumbing issue. Got quotes for a ball valve replacements, when asking why it’s so expensive got immediate attitude about being a master plumber. All ya had to say is materials and labor are x&y. Will go find someone else.

I've called Defense Plumbing twice for issues with our older water heater. On both occasions, Defense Plumbing was able to schedule us quickly as well as identify and fix the issue. Hopefully we still have a couple years of life left on the unit, but we'll call Defense Plumbing when it is time to replace it.

We used Defense Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. We started using Jordan for small repairs - repairing a couple running toilets and a leaking outdoor spigot. We were extremely impressed with the quality of service and he met our expectations above and beyond! Jordan sent us a confirmation with date and time of services, sent a text that he is in route, wore booties when he came into our house, very careful and meticulous with repairs (not damaging any other things), checked a few times that everything is working properly, thoroughly cleaned up, and explained what he did. Thereafter, Jordan installed a Flo by Moen water detector, repaired a shower leak (leaking in 2 different spots), installed a bathroom faucet stopper, and repaired and adjusted the water temperature in the master bathroom shower. Throughout all his plumbing services, Jordan was excellent and consistent with responsiveness, professionalism, communication and quality of service. Jordan is friendly and someone who you can rely and trust. I highly recommend Jordan! I will not use any other plumber. Jordan is by far the best plumber in town!

We called Defense Plumbing after the furniture company left our fridge uninstalled, citing a broken ice maker connection. Defense showed up quickly, took a look, and told us the part we needed to get from Home Depot (a 1/4in compression cap to cap off the pipe). Didn't charge a dime, but this information allowed us to fix the problem ourselves for $5. I greatly appreciate this level of honesty and integrity and would absolutely call them for any plumbing issues in the future. 10/10!
