Our water heater started leaking over a weekend. We called at your service and they had a quote and scheduled an appointment in under two days. Their technician was friendly, efficient and thorough. He even had to adjust some piping and the hood as the new one was taller than the previous model. I felt the price was very fair also having compared the quote to a couple other options. We were very happy with our service and the new heater works amazingly. Highly recommend them!

Lowell was great! We were desperate for a plumber after both our showers started leaking. Lowell was super responsive and was able to come out the next day. Lowell was incredibly helpful and honest. He came over to my condo to check out an issue with the shower, gave me advice about replacing a part from the manufacturer, which saved me money and cost him a paycheck, and didn’t even charge me for his time in diagnosing.

Hired them to replace a 1 vacuum breaker. Price was competitive and reasonable, they were very responsive and on time and work was top notch. The technician was very professional and he even added an additional coupling to the work at no additional cost to allow for an easier possible replacement in the future. Highly recommend them and they will be my future go to for plumbing.

All I can say, is, we did not have a good experience with Dominick, or At Your Service Plumbing.

We hired them to do what we thought was a very simple job, and almost 2 months later, we were still waiting for them to finish the job. We hired them to install a new tub, and after something went wrong Dominick totally threw his employee under the bus and took no recourse for one of their plumbers burning our tub with the propane torch, that he accidentally sat down into our brand new tub.

Once we contacted Dominick, he said he would take care of it right away and profusely apologized. Dominick then dragged out the fixing of the tub unnecessarily for almost a month while telling us he is not responsible for it, and we need to contact his plumber personally.

In the future, I would much rather do business with an individual who is mature and professional. Dominick is neither of those. The only reason they got two stars is because the plumber that dominic threw under the bus was absolutely fantastic and covered the damages out of his pocket. What a shame that At Your Service Plumbing is such a bad employer.

I've been a customer of At Your Service Plumbing for 15 years. The new owner, Dominic, continues the legacy of excellent service! The tech that was scheduled to clean our kitchen drain was delayed at another job. So Dominic came out that evening to keep his promise that the job would be completed that day. He fully explained what was going on with our drain and was able to answer all of our questions. Thank you!

This company has rescheduled 3 different times and now is not picking up our call. After the second reschedule we requested they give us a time that they can make it to the property. It is a 45 min drive for my wife or I. They called us at the end of the scheduled time to say they were unable to make it. I have now wasted over a week of time with no results.

Lowell is the man! Professional, friendly and very good at explaining the root of the problem. Will definitely hire this company again. My only constructive feedback is that they start using a software like Housecall Pro to help improve communication with customers and allow me to pay with a cc in person!

At your Service Plumbing really lives up to their name. Carlos came out the same day for a plugged toilet, and cleaned the toilet line to the sewer line. Then he ground out roots growing into my clay sewer line. I only have one toilet and am grateful for the prompt affordable service. I have been using them for 7years.

Be careful with this company. I hired them to fix a bath faucet that would run while the shower was on. They charged $275 to replace the stems but never actually fixed the problem. In the moment, I also figured I’d have them replace the toilet handle since that would run after being flushed. They charged $97 for that and it still ran afterwards! It’s a rental property and I figured it was worth it to hire someone to fix the issues since I don't have much time to get over there but At Your Service is a complete rip off. The total bill was $417 with the trip charge. A complete waste of money.

I called the plumber to have him come back and fix the issues but he wouldn’t stand by his work. I then called their office to speak to a manager and they said the owners live in Georgia and don’t really speak to customers!

They have all this talk about being a family run business but that’s just for show. They don’t care about their customers.

I am very pleased with at your service plumbing. Unlike other companies, they try to save you some money! I had left a voicemail and Lowell was able to return my call pretty quickly and help me diagnose the problem over the phone. Once i decided to go ahead with their service i was able to schedule an appointment pretty easy, unfortunately they were not able to schedule the appointment the same day but i decided to wait anyway just because of how knowledgeable and honest Lowell was and i knew i needed to give them a shot! Im so glad i did! Once the day of the appointment came Jonathan arrived on time and finished the job pretty quickly. He was very professional and answered all questions i had. Will definitely hire again for future plumbing services.

Very pleased & impressed with the integrity--- They came out late to install a water heater part; I had been on and off with not having hot water for a week or so around Christmas and it was starting to wear on me.. I probably wasn't the easiest customer but they came out late and got it done, also some routine maintenance that I do not believe I was charged for. Lowell was even ready, willing, and able to walk me through doing it myself to save me money but it was not something I wanted to tackle. I'm just very impressed with the integrity of this company. They are what they say- not out to just rip you off. (I'm a single female home-owner so companies love to think I'm an easy mark, it seems, but I'm not dumb).. They really came through for me in a pinch, after hours too- late-ish on a Friday night... Thanks guys. I hope I never need you again but if I do, or know anyone in need I will call and refer you.. So nice to have a HOT bath-- PHEW. Jonathan was great.

These guys were great. They were able to get me in the same day and we're very affordably prices. All I needed was a pipe repaired, but they showed up early with advance notice, fixed the pipe and checked their work. It's been great ever since.

Excellent company, they were extremely professional and had quick service. They were also very cost effective. We had a leak from our wall at my business and they were out first thing in the morning and had it repaired within a little over an hour. I called several other plumbers before At Your Service, leaving messages and never getting a call back. At Your Service responded right away and scheduled an appointment within a couple days. The plumber was courteous and very competent. I felt the price was reasonable. I will use them again.

Great service! I called in the afternoon and they were able to fit me in for a same day after hours appointment free of charge. They were very communicative and ended up being able to come early. Jonathan was wonderful! He was able to identify the problem and provide a no cost solution quickly. I've used At Your Service Plumbing for 10 years. They are honest and reasonable. Another plumber came out and told us we should have our line to the street replaced. We called the City of Lakewood and they told us we should have an independent company put a camera down our line and not to trust plumbing companies. At Your Service put a camera down the line and told us the line did NOT need to be replaced. They told us it would be cheaper to have them come out and open the line up. We have used them ever since. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend, this will be my go to plumbing company. They were able to save thousands and thousands of dollars. I had a company come out and was told I needed to replace my whole main line. I called At Your Service Plumbing for a second opinion and told them the Issues. Eduardo inform me that the main line wasn’t the problem and was able to repair the problem the following day!! We have been using At Your Service Plumbing Company for two years. They have done smaller jobs for us (roto-rooting, etc) and, more recently a multi-day job (replacing our entire mainline).
Everyone that I have dealt with at At Your Service has been extremely kind and professional. They go out of their way to accommodate any special requests that we have.
They went above and beyond when replacing our mainline; a backhoe had to be brought in for digging, fence panels had to be removed for it to fit into the yard and my garden had to be dug up. They removed the fence panels very carefully, made an effort to retain as much of my garden soil as they could, and at the end of the job, spent extra time putting everything back together.
Finally, their pricing is fantastic! I compared bids with two other companies, and At Your Service Plumbing Company was the best priced using the same materials and amount of labor.
I have already recommended At Your Service Plumbing Company to a friend who also needs her mainline replaced and will continue to recommend them.

Love At Your Service Plumbing!! I've had them come out twice and they have been nothing but professional, efficient and cost effective. They cleaned out my main drain to one of my rentals and did a great job. I can't speak highly enough about them.

By far the best plumbing experience I ever had. Juan was friendly, efficient -- even a good sense of humor -- and able to handle our problem on the spot. The price was fair. At Your Service lives up to their name. Our plumber of choice from now on.

Absolutely terrible. They lie on their quotes and end up charging more. When we complained, and noted the discrepancy we spoke with the owner and were told there's nothing they would do about it. Not even a single attempt to rectify the dollar amount difference. They may offer free estimates, but they do not abide by them in the least.

This company cares nothing about their customers or providing honest, up-front costing. Stay away.

Your call service has the duty to know the full price when asked for the full price, or you have the duty to respect what was done. To be fully clear, we have never disputed the additional charge for resetting the toilet -- so please maintain your professionalism and do not post misleading or tainted responses.

Additionally, the plumber showed up more than 30 minutes prior to the start of the appointment, not 10min, and therefore we were not there. There was also not a refusal to pay, but a discussion that we had been in contact with the office. The plumber offered to send the invoice later, which was appropriate given the dispute. Facts provided by this vendor's response are false and again fail to take responsibility or provide even a modicum of customer service. Other potential customers should keep in mind that this company chose to prioritize a small amount of money over customer service or fair dealings. If they claim otherwise, then we are happy to see actual action on their part.

It is also unprofessional and untrue to claim any threats were made. We are well within our rights to write reviews and warn others of our experience. Companies should expect this when they fail to act appropriately.

We were having a problem with our washer drain overflowing. Called At Your Service at 8 am on a Thursday morning. They said Kristian would be there between 11 and 1. I received text message update when he was on his way. He made it there around noon. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. A quick rooter of our drain fixed the problem. The rate was ~90 for the clean out of the drain and they charged a $45 fee for driving out to my location, I'm right on the boundary of their service area. Kristian was friendly and professional and provided a $10 discount for writing a review. I would definitely recommend At Your Service Plumbing Company.

Ive hires different plumbing companies over the years and At Your Service has been the best of them. I’ve been using them for years. They have always been professional, friendly, accommodating, honest, and reasonably priced. I will recommend them to anybody that’s looking for a plumbing service.

These guys are SO HONEST! They came to fix one immediate drain problem and told me how to avoid having them have to come out again for the same problem a year from now. Jonathan also fixed another minor problem by recommending a new faucet aerator for a slow running faucet in the wet bar sink. Another plumber would probably have suggested I replace the water lines. I was so impressed, I am having them install a PR valve on my main water line.

Was really impressed with At Your Service. Had another plumber (who had excellent Google reviews) come to our rental after tenants reported the floor drain in the utility room backing up. We were told the P-Trap had collapsed and clogged the main drain, and it would be thousands of dollars to tear out concrete and replace the drain and trap. We called At Your Service, and they were able to come give a second opinion the same day, within hours actually. Rather than just use a camera to scope the drain, they actually got their hands dirty, and found it was just debris, and that the P-Trap was in solid, working order. They cleared the drain, and rather than paying thousands, we paid for a drain cleaning. At Your Service will be our go to plumbing service for any future needs.

Everyone was quoting costs 3000 to 20,000.
Lowell was able to finish the job under 1500.00. And everything is fine now.

After a harrowing situation with another plumber, I called At Your Service to clean out my sewer line. I do it annually, but this was my first time using them. Jonathan was on time, called first, was prepared, and kept the area clean. The clean out is inside the house. Great job! Fast and easy, and didn’t try to sell me anything else.

At Your Service was very prompt, responsive and flexible. No work ultimately was required and they didn't assess a service or trip charge, which is very uncommon. They very quickly earned my future loyalty. I was very impressed with this company.

I tried to fix a leaking faucet with no success, so I called At Your Service to come look at it. Jonathan came over and explained what I needed to do to fix it myself and didn't charge for the consult. I will definitely call them next time I need a plumber!

After the 1st time I called for an appointment last week & no one showed or called, I foolishly set up another appointment for today after being assured they would be here by 10:00am. (It's now 1:30 pm! Since i've scheduled my appointments around this plumber both times it really is a nuisance when so-called professional companies treat customers like this. Not even a call to let me know they might be late or to reschedule.... Meanwhile, I spoke to another well established company and have my plumber on the way! Lesson learned!

Yesterday they called and said they had opening so they came instead of waiting several hours to come at the given time. They are friendly and don't try to sell me something I don't need. I had what turned out to be a three brother plumbing job - rerouting a drain and putting in a new washer box behind some very old and gross double plywall and plaster. Jonathan and co were very adaptable and nice and left the place in great condition. Hire them and make your plumbing problems go away.

Awful to work with! Be aware the owner is rude and horrible to speak to. I was given a quote that is apparently not by the company so it was wrong. The owner said to cut costs they hired a third party that apparently they can't be accountable for on their pricing.
