They have been my plumber for over 20 years I wouldn't think of calling anybody else

My sewer line from the house to the street was replaced, they were on time did a great job finished before they said they would and the price was great along with communication from the company!!!!

Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

Had gas line hooked up to new gas range. He was here 45 minutes. I felt like imI was overcharged for the work done. He had to saw a new hole in my cabinet, but still. Nice guy though.

Had Ben and Keifer at our house twice now and both techs are wonderful at their jobs! Prompt, courteous, polite, and provide an excellent level of service that's unmatched by any other persons I've had at my home. I couldn't recommend them enough.

First visit the workers did their stuff and were out in under an hour, with a very detailed quote of work that needed to be done for sure, and additional quotes for any issues that may arise in the process. Second visit they jack-hammered the floor, and due to sediment settling in the pipes from us turning the water on and off, the leak could not be located (this is at no fault of the workers). They came again this morning, and found and are correcting the leak. Work will be completed in the morning.

Sam is wonderful. Great at what he does and he always does a perfect job. His prices are very fair. I would highly recommend him.

Called Texas slab leak repair and they gave me a free quote over the phone. I got a few mor . Ut decided to go with these guys cause they had the longest warranty. They found the leak exactly where they said it was. Did the job the same day. Great guys and very respectful thanks Hug .

I called due to my tub stopping up. They were there next AM and completed work within 20 minutes. Would def use them again in the future.

Had a back bathroom that was not draining. Did a quick search a on Craigslist and they came up. Gave them a call and they set a time same day. Later they called back and ask if they could come even earlier which worked better for me. Gus was the tech that showed up. Very professional. Did a great job and showed me the drain on camera after he was finished. I would definitely use them again in the future for clogs or other plumbing services.
