Eric came out the same day I called and inquired about replacing a small hot water heater we had. Very professional, made recommendations and checked all additional plumbing to ensure no other issues were present. Came the next day and installed the new water heater. I love Milestone ?? they are always here exactly when they say they will be, they are fast and efficient. The techs are always friendly and I don’t feel like I have to keep an eye on them the whole time they are here. I’ve always felt safe with who they send. You are paying a bit more with milestone but it’s worth every penny. They aren’t going to rip you off and do repairs that aren’t needed, the techs are always really good, honest people, and they do great work. I’ll never use any other electrical company.

A friend I ask for repair advise recommend the company. He said he used them. He knew they folks, and was a family owned company. Honest people he said. I have to agree with my friend. Most times I get a plumber out. They want to send a camera in and try to tell me I have broke pipes. Its been 20 years now since the first time and the Pipes still work. These folk showed up on the time they said they would. fixed my drain issues. charged the fee they quoted, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I may need to clean my pipes once a year or so but as long as it works i am not digging up under my house trying to fix it. They got my future business. I added the number to my phone.

We had an issue with our air conditioner’s plumbing and were without air at the start of the long 4th of July weekend. Justin rushed out to fix it in time to bypass the holiday rate up charge. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. We recommend him highly.
