I called Pure Plumbing for a drain line inspection on a new home I was purchasing. We had a short option period and I wanted to insure that there were no issues with the sewer system since it was a very old house. Pure was able to get a tech out to the house within 24 hours. Their dispatcher Billy was quick to respond via text and kept me updated on their plumber’s ETA so I didn’t waste any time waiting around. Dillon was polite and knowledgeable. He showed us what he was seeing on his camera as he did the inspection and explained the future expenses that could come with an older sewer system so that I felt confident proceeding with our purchase. He also provided us with a recording of the inspection for future reference. I had a leak coming down my kitchen ceiling and found that my water heater was leaking from the attic through the second floor and down to the kitchen. Baker Brothers came to our rescue and took care of everything: they were professional, thorough, and required no follow up. I have since used them 3 more times for my plumbing services. They have many technicians in house so they’re able to be responsive to immediately take care of pretty much anything that water runs through in my house. I’ll keep using them and I highly recommend them.

This is a great company! They were on time, professional and very careful. They had installed a hot water heater a year ago and did so well I called them back to install a toilet and fix a faucet. Sixto did a great job. If I have any other plumbing needs I will definitely call them.

The service person Jeremy Brown was on time and installed the water heater and explain things when I ask any questions he told me to wait about 30 minutes for the water to get hot. Be careful when you turn it on.

Okay, so I had a leak at 10:30 pm and was having trouble getting a plumber out here but thankfully these guys answered my call. Frank was very helpful and gave me an hour to have a plumber come out to check my leak in the yard. Long story short they were here before the hour and gave me a fair price for the repair. Not only was the price fair but the work done came with a warranty.

We have benefited from C and C's Service twice. Both times the young men who came were courteous and the work was accomplished quickly and well. The last time, I forgot something that I wanted to have done. The fellows already had driven away. I called, and in a matter of minutes they returned and soon had my extra done--at NO extra charge. I also appreciated their advice regarding a future plumbing need which we have. When we are ready to have that done, we will be calling C and C again.
