Good work. Arrived in time and solved my problem.

Super nice guy. But he charged $300 for a 6 min job. I called in a non-emergency situation. We had a slow draining kitchen sink. I explained that I had a 15’ manual snake which temporarily solved the issue, but it either wasn’t long enough or wasn’t big enough in diameter to completely fix the issue. We scheduled an appointment for the following business day during normal business hours. They said the service call was $75, but that was waived if they did the job. When the plumber arrived he quoted us $330 “because it was a very difficult job with very difficult equipment.” My wife vetoed me because she wanted it fixed now. He used an electric Rigid snake which you can rent at any equipment rental store for $50/day, and it literally took him 6 minutes from the time he opened the extremely accessible clean-out until he had his snake rolled back up and was asking for a check.As I said, super nice guy, but that should have been a $75 job.

Jordan and Devon were great - they were able to identify the source of our leak, which wasn't a domestic plumbing issue, but an issue with our fire suppression system. So, while they weren't able to actually fix anything they were extremely efficient and professional in helping locate the source. I also called several plumbing companies that day and Pure Plumbing was the only one that made me feel like my time mattered and that I was important. All other companies said they would try to squeeze me in or just didn't make me feel like I was an urgent need to them. Pure Plumbing put me on the schedule immediately and Jordan and Devon showed up with two hours. They also connected us with a restoration company to help with repairs. I would highly recommend them!

Mr. Rooter came to my house to replace my water heater pilot light assembly today. When I scheduled the call the dispatcher told me that it would be priced on site (understandable) and there would be a $70 estimating charge that would be waived if they did the work but would not give me an hourly service rate (first red flag), they then charged me $337 for the work. Mr. Rooter apparently believes that they employ lawyers and doctors. When I called to find out about why I was being gouged, I was told by the dispatching service that the phone lines were down. This experience has been awful and your pricing is criminal. 2 hours after the work was completed I received a call from the Manager or owner who proceeded to yell at me that I was not held over a barrel and had a choice on not doing the work (I suppose he was right about that, but paying $70 for someone to knock on my door seems crazy to me).Final verdict of my Mr. Rooter experience - Outrageous pricing, outrageous code of conduct and an extremely rude manager/owner whomever called me.

Quick service, professional and tech was on time. Explained my options that I had and didn't force anything that I didn't need/want on me.

Complete sewer line replaced in a day. Only reason not finished is because waiting on city to inspect. I’m thoroughly happy with the work and crew. I highly recommend this team.

I am very happy with the work that Peerless Plumbing Company-Dallas did on my toilet. It was a complicated install because of the old piping and they took the time to do it right, without cutting corners. The plumber installed everything professionally and finished within a few hours. There were no leaks or other problems afterwards. Now I have a good functioning toilet at home thanks to them!
