I had a very positive experience using Mr. Rooter recently to take care of several plumbing tasks in my home all in one day. Matthew was very professional and diligent as he explained each of the issues and made the fixes/upgrades. He worked promptly and also kept the work areas reasonably tidy during and after the job was completed. Scheduling and having to make changes to an appointment were also very straightforward.

This was the way they chose to fix our gas line out of the “100 ways to fix a gas line.” It looks terrible. They had no explanation as to why this was the way they chose to fix it just that all that matters is that it passes code. It doesn’t matter to them if the home owner is satisfied with the work they did nor was it discussed that it would be done this way.

Highly recommend HMcF Plumbing. David L. was here precisely on time and was up front about a) the situation with our faucets/pipes, and b) how the remedy may take certain steps. But they were extremely efficient and effective, and were able to fix the situation in short order. They were responsive, transparent, and great to work with! I'll be recommending HMcF and David to anyone who has plumbing needs in the area.

Dustin was very thorough. He communicated clearly his findings and made appropriate recommendations for repairs without pressuring me. He was very respectful and professional. I was very pleased with his service.

I needed to replace my disposal, and Saving Grace Plumbing was able to take care of it, hassle free. They were professional and managed to take care of it in short order. Zach was friendly, and explained the process before any work was done (I didn’t even know there was a reset button, but the disposal still didn’t work). Will call them again if I need a plumber!

So the technician that came out his name was James and of course with in 10 minutes once he figured out the problem he proceeded to tell me how my 2006 unit was getting pretty old how I might want to consider replacing the whole unit. I’m a car salesman and I never try to up sale anybody ever and I can’t stand it when this happens to me. And so he replaced 2 capacitors for 760 dollars way over priced 50% of that cost is for labor but they don’t tell you that totally totally totally over priced I’ll never use this company again. STOP trying to up sale customers, you will get more business if you are honest.

Total Plumbing provided me same day service within 3 hours of calling. Jubal was ontime, friendly and got the job done. The work was more challenging than expected. The quoted prices stayed the same. The quality of work is top notch. Will call Total Plumbing for my next needs.

Was referred to them by my warranty company. Never returned phone calls or kept appointments as promised. Would not recommend at all. Horrible experience after many promises not kept.
