We have used Sheffield for years and the quality of their work has not diminished. Thomas and his associates are a credit to their profession. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Thomas replaced our shower heads with the most amazing and reasonably priced unit. Highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line for cast iron sewer pipe replacement. Received five bids and Accurate Leak & Line were the lowest bid and most knowledgeable. We had all of our sewer pipes replaced including the pipe in our yard going to the city connection. They completed the tunneling, trenching, new pipe install, inspection, and backfill in 10 days. All of their staff and subcontractors were excellent, hardworking people and very professional. They made a dreaded task into a positive experience. Came out to my home quickly after a plumbing emergency! Fred was my technician and he was very polite and did a great job fixing my sink.

Pure Plumbing came and looked at my water heater when we weren't getting any hot water. They got me in as quickly as they could, were prompt, and very professional. They put in a new water heater for us and after the installation, they have been following up with us to make sure we were happy with their service! Very pleased with Pure Plumbing and will definitely be using them in the future!

Pascual came right out and found the water leak quickly. He was very friendly and explained each step of the process.

I am very disappointed with Flow Plumbing and will never use their services again. I called to see if they could unclog a clogged downspout (listed as a service they provide on their website). On the phone they told me they might not be able to do so as if the pipe is too thin they might break the pipe - but if they can't do the work they would only charge us the $59 visit fee. When they came to my home, they told my wife she had to initial a form for them to look at it, took a look with a camera for 5 minutes, decided they couldn't do the work, and said it would be $300. I don't know why they needed to use a camera to decide the pipe was too thin to do the work. Clearly they just took advantage of myself and my wife. When I complained to the management they were absolutely unapologetic and refused to help. There are plenty of plumbers out there - use someone else.

Sam has completed at least 6 projects for me over the last ten years including, toilet replacements, disposals, clogs, supply line replacement and even tunneling under my house to repair water line leak under slab. He's currently preparing to do a new shower install. Fair, honest, hard working guy.

Tech Robert came out promptly. Explained repair work and cost. Was very courteous and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend their services.

Despite the emergency appointment Queen and her team were professional and determined in tracking down the problem and clearing our pipes down through to main. They worked around the constraints of our home, and still charged a fair price. I will definitely be returning.
