Fred arrived at our home on time. He was honest, profession and spent over an hour explaining what all needs to be done. I have never had a plummer explanation so detailed. Good job.

TL;DR Joe kept 3400 dollars for a job he never did. Said he'd pay me back, sans the hours he put in trying to diagnose my problem/messing with my pipes, and now seems to be ghosting me.Had a flood in a bathroom from the base of the toilet. Joe looked at it, figured we had a slab leak. Asked for a 3400 dollar down payment to deal with it by tunneling under the house. We saw his reviews and trusted him, and paid him.He kept showing up hours later than he said he'd be, and a flushed toilet caused another flood, leading us to doubt his diagnosis. He was gonna deal with the clog, but he still believed their was a slab leak.He said he'd come deal with it at 7. My girlfriend got up early to let him in; he showed up at 9 but had to leave almost right away because he didn't have the right equipment or he needed to drive his girlfriend to work.Last straw for us. We told him we were just gonna hire a big corporate plumber to get it over with fast. He was polite, said he'd pay us back the down payment.We called in another plumber, they showed up, used a camera snake to find the clog, demolished it, and were gone within one hour. 600 bucks. They said they found no sign of a slab leak.Joe suddenly got real hard to get ahold of. He hasn't replied to a text or call in... 4 or 5 days now? Been over a week since we let him go.Last time we talked, and I told him I was freaked about the chance of him walking with my money, he said I'm not that guy.I honestly don't get it. I'm starting to wonder if he ever honestly believed there was a slab leak, or if he just thought we looked like a couple gullible idiots. I guess he was right, if so.

There are plumbers and then there's PHS Plumbing. First of all, I didn't have to wait on hold to speak with someone. That means I'm not just a number in line.PHS was prompt and very professional. Had them come out for a gas leak - my bill had gone up 400%. I liked that they explained what they were going to do, everything upfront so I knew what I was getting into. They fixed the problem in no and will be back for other items that need to be fixed.PHS is going to be my first call moving forward.Ps. Gareth was very friendly with my pups.

Plumbing services did a great job in repairing a leak in my meter I had. They came out to my property and repaired it without me being home sent me pictures of before and after it was very easy transaction. I highly recommend this company for anybody who is indeed a good reliable plumbers

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!

Have only used them once, but was very pleased. Kevin came quickly and was very courteous and thorough. Great speedy service at a really great price = very happy customer.Update: have been using Air Force One for years now and continue to be a very happy customer.

There is nothing fun or inexpensive about an under slab water leak. Total Plumbing was recommended by us from another plumber that couldn’t get to us for at least two weeks.Total Plumbing came out the next day to detect the leak and the next day to repair it. Every person was very professional and demonstrated great expertise. Highly recommend Total Plumbing.

I found Professor Plumb through Yelp by submitting a request for a quote. I was having an issue with my kitchen sink not draining.I submitted the request at 11pm (after hours) and received a response via Yelp Messages at 7am the following morning! We discussed the issue over the phone and they were able to get someone out at 9am the same day.The plumber that came out was on time and very respectful of my apartment. He was very quick in his assessment of the issue and went over the cost with me and the potential for additional cost if the clog was longer than 25 feet. I thought the quote for snaking the pipe was reasonable and I agreed with the quote and he started to snake the drain immediately. The work was quick and the plumber cleaned up after all the work.I am very satisfied with Professor Plumb and would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Hopefully I won't have anymore plumbing issues, but if I do I will definitely call Professor Plumb.
