I just wanted to share my experience with Reeves Family Plumbing! In the midst of 2021 Texas Snowmageddon, we unfortunately had a gas leak and our gas had to be shut off for safety. I frantically called over 2 dozen plumbing companies to help with our gas leak, but none were available. Understandably, all were booked from all the busted pipes in DFW.Reeves Family responded within 24 hours and was able to send a plumber the following day to assess the leak. Within 48 hours they had an excavation team and plumber at my house to start doing the work. Lori, the company’s point of contact was so responsive and was able to explain to me step by step on what needs to be completed. Trust me all, a gas leak is no joke! It was a process to say the least, with the city inspector, plumber, and gas company involved. Lori ensured me every step of the way. After the work was completed the plumber walked and inspected thoroughly that everything was working properly. I am happy to report that I now have hot water, heat (when temp drops), and a functional stove!P.S. I am not a spokesperson, an advertiser, promoter, or getting compensated for this. I am a nurse that just needed a hot shower in between my shifts. I was thoroughly impressed and thankful by the professionalism of this small business. Highly recommend!

Spent 300 dollar for them not to fix the problem now luckily the response of the manager was condescending and almost a joke. Anyways I lost my money , just a warning about how my experience was with this company.

Quick service, professional and tech was on time. Explained my options that I had and didn't force anything that I didn't need/want on me.

Had a gas leak on a Sunday. Joe came out the same day to inspect and give me a price. He was out the next morning to repair and took care of scheduling the inspection with the city until it was passed and the gas was back on. Price was very reasonable and he went above and beyond to explain the issue and help to get everything done as efficiently and least costly as possible. I would highly recommend!

Was very impressed with Keelan, very professional and explained everything he was about to do and was quick and efficient in his job! LeAnn was the greatest getting Keelan out to my house and was a blessing to talk with!

As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

Will keep you in mind for future needs. A bit pricey is my only concern. Some discounts should be given to senior citizens/veterans etc. Addendum: discount was applied!! THANKS.

Roy, David and Rob were great. We needed to replace our HVAC system, and Roy took the time to explain all of the details and options to us. He also took after-hours questions from us as we were making our decision. David and Rob installed the new system and were professional and courteous. The new system has only been running a couple of hours, but so far, so good!

Your company is the best, and your people are friendly, competent and customer service oriented. Jubal thoroughly checked all of our home's plumbing during our free inspection and made some minor repairs aimed at preventing future problems. Thank you.

The plumbers at Professor Plumb are very professional, approachable and will speak with you about your plumbing issues in a respectful and easy to understand manner. My experience with them (in the repair of 3 separate issues) is that they are always on time and willing to work with your schedule on arranging times for repairs. They provide a detailed explanation of the problem and offer multiple options to remedy the situation. I have always felt in my dealings with this company that the numerous plumbers and technicians were honest and fair in their assessments / repairs. They stand behind their work and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.
