They did this is a very timely manner and started the job quickly...Another plus!They saved us thousands and we didn’t have to tear out bathrooms!! I would high recommend Richard and his company! Do not work here! Clarissa who works as the social media person is a rude and evil! She treated me like less than her. And then she lied and cost me my job because of personal reason. She asked me to tell her how I felt offended by her and when I did she sent me home and then lied to the bosses and they fired me. When I texted her that how could she cost me my job, that’s how I pay my bills and feed my daughter. Very petty like she said that she knows many charity’s to help me feed my daughter. They stated they let me go because of my work performance but in every single one of our 1v1 meetings I was always told they liked me and I was doing great. They play with peoples money and discard them like they mean nothing. They are currently under staffed because of they way Clarissa is. They have no HR department so they treat people how ever they want.

2 units installed with various problems that had to be corrected. Then to top it off they didn't submit my warranty that I was told not to do because they would take care of it. I heard so many excuses over the phone. In the end they replied he didn't get back to me because he was sick and in the hospital. So at first I felt bad but then I realized this was going on for months and a company this size has backup. They don't just leave customers hanging out on a limb. BUT, THEY DID!

After getting a $16,000+ estimate of work and repairs from another plumber, I called Atlas to get a second opinion. Ben spent a significant amount of time walking through the video diagnosis performed by the first plumber and talked me through my best and worst case scenarios (all of which were much less than $16,000). His crew arrived at my house a couple hours later and began to perform repairs. After about an hour of work, the technicians had completely resolved the issue and my total bill was under $400. Needless to say, my wife and I were ecstatic with the service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire Atlas team.

Dakota was our tech, he arrived early, he fixed our leaks in such a timely manner and explained the whole process to us upon completion. We made a decision to replace our really old, under performing A/C system, this July. My research let me to believe that a Trane A/C would be the best system to install. Given the big out of pocket expense it was more important to get the right company to do the install. In fact that was my most important consideration. I chose Walker because of the previous reviews posted here and the many years they have been in business. I was not disappointed. The install was on July 15th. I monitored Walker's crew remove the old A/C and install the new one, which was very impressive. A week after the install Walker came out again to inspect the install and make sure we were please. And we are! Thanks Walker A/C for making my decision the right one! And thank you Trane, the XV20i is a amazing system.

They say they open at 8am but at 8:10 still nothing but a recording! So I just received a call back from Flow at 9am one hour after they should've opened not happy at all with the customer service. WON'T BE CALLING THEM AGAIN.

IM A VERY UNHAPPY CAMPER. the 22nd I called to have my AC repaired it was blowing hot air to hot for this. Maintenance guy came out was very nice. He replaced a battery in my switch out side he said we talked in the course of the repair he mentioned setting the thermostat, well alot going on he for got,I paid 289.00 for the work and service call.the Ac was blowing cold air that God, my 12yr grandson an I slept 2night with the window open to get little air so glad the AC is fixed. The next morning I called the office to ask could someone come out to adjust digital thermostat, that we for got to set. They said couldn't send someone unless I paid another 99.00 service fee, I explanation that was part of yesterday's service it didn't have to be him just any body in the area anytime. We just forgotten. They were to greedy and cheap to accommodate à customer without charge. I want use them anymore or recommend anybody.,besides I think all I needed was a battery in my thermostat I ended up replacing it the next day. hummm

Technician Jeremy Brown provided excellent service installing my new hot water heater in the attic of my 3-story townhome. On-time, courteous, answered all of my questions, clean job. Thank you Jeremy. And, it was great to actually talk to a live person when scheduling the installation!

I had a stopped up sewer line which was giving me really bad issues. I needed a plumber asap and called these guys to come and fix the issue.
