Above and beyond service, we will be using them again.

They were out a month ago to unclog my sink because I had put too much in the disposal. Then they came back at no charge to clear a pipe running from the sink to another drain that was clogged. I am grateful for the customer service by Carlos who explained the problem and process. I did not understand so he drew me a picture and then I understood. I was so impressed that he wanted to make sure I was informed. All I can say is WOW!

Called to ask about installing a gas log fireplace insert. Was quoted $99 for the first 30 minutes and $50 each additional 30 minutes. No estimate of the amount of time it would take. This is just the labor fee. Sounds like gouging to me. Will not be using them.

We woke to no AC and called Walker Air conditioning before they opened up for business and promptly recieved a return call. I spoke with their office and explained our ac issues the had me scheduled for an early afternoon appointment the same day. They called when they were on the way and were there on time. The technician was friendly and polite and quickly assessed the AC system and explained everything to me before they made the repairs. The showed me the damage part and the replacement one and explained the warranty. Baker Brothers came out to replace my entire HVAC system. They were very professional and did an extremely good and thorough job, ensure I knew the process throughout it all. Even with changing brands and size units they went out of their way to ensure it was a perfect custom install. When they were done they again went out of their way to clean up everything, including dust, in every room. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.
